21/11/2025: I discovered this trattoria a few years ago, in the hills of Cesena, and was pleasantly surprised. It was a classic "easy" place, one you'd happily return to often because you knew you'd find generous portions, a simple but honest menu, and more than affordable prices: with a first or second course and side dish, you could eat, and with wine, water, and coffee, it was under fifteen euros. The quality was average, but perfectly in line with the spirit of the popular trattoria of the past: home-cooked dishes, familiar flavors, and an atmosphere that invited you to sit down without too much formality. Unfortunately, the situation has changed recently. Prices have skyrocketed to levels closer to those of a classic restaurant than a local trattoria, and especially for some courses, the meager portions—once the real selling point—have shrunk to the point that even my 9-year-old son, who eats like a bird, is still hungry after finishing his first and second courses. Unfortunately, under these new conditions, there are several places in the area that offer richer menus at more reasonable prices. Perhaps there's been a change in management, because the feel is decidedly different from what made it special. Incidentally, I rarely write reviews. I usually let them slide, even when the experience wasn't up to par. But given the times we live in, I believe it's our duty to provide other users with clear and honest information so they can make an informed choice. It's a gesture of respect towards those who pay. Talking about prices isn't a "problem," it's simply the bare minimum when a restaurant offers only food, with no special services or location to justify the increase. Faced with smaller portions and skyrocketing costs, a customer has every right to question whether what they pay corresponds to what they get. It's a basic concept, not a "milestone." If nothing else, your response, more than any review, tells future customers the level of consideration given to those who choose you.

25/11/2025: This place doesn't offer too many dishes. Among the dishes I tried, the grilled calamari on a cream of vegetables and fossa cheese was excellent. The fried seafood was plentiful, perhaps even too much, with the added bonus of the spectacular fried sage! Good value! Returned after five months, I stand by my review.

You won't know what to choose... quality ingredients and a great variety... Everything is truly excellent... a welcoming atmosphere and the option to eat at the tables.

21/08/2025: I booked at San Demetrio in Cesena, drawn by the recommendation of someone I know. And the opportunity arose on a terrible evening with a downpour. I must admit that, in addition to the truly excellent seafood and the attention to detail, we were amazed by everyone's attention to the customer. A feeling that's difficult to explain, making you feel at ease throughout the entire time spent in the restaurant. The waiter was always more than discreet but at the same time very attentive, and speaking of the quality/price ratio, I'd say it's truly amazing, given the fact that the dishes are delicious. What can I say? We were very satisfied and will definitely be back at the first opportunity. Well done.

30/11/2025: We tried this restaurant after hearing so much about it. Traditional dishes are served in spacious rooms with large, rather noisy tables. It seems more like a place for large groups than a quiet dinner or lunch for two, as the atmosphere is a bit noisy. The food is good and the service is average.
