We went for lunch at the restaurant of this beautiful property, located on the top of a hill on the outskirts of Cesena. It offers ample parking, a large shaded terraced outdoor area, and a guest area consisting of several suites located in the upper sections of the castle and tower. The interior consists of a large dining room, several smaller, more intimate rooms, a large veranda, and a bright terrace, allowing us to accommodate every guest's needs, both in terms of number of guests and the nature of the gathering, as well as any privacy concerns. We began with marinated cod and boiled potatoes with parsley and orange oil, a truly captivating sight and taste. A warm seafood platter, featuring a selection of steamed and marinated fish, highlighted not only the quality of the ingredients but also the skill of the kitchen. The same qualities were evident in the following dishes: the rich and exciting "mare a pezzi," fish steaks cooked on the grill; and a harmonious and engaging off-menu dish: sole rolls with crispy asparagus, which the kitchen, starting with simple, "poor" ingredients, has presented in a truly noble dish. To finish: small pastries with biscuits, brittles, and homemade desserts accompanied by custard, a single dish that brings together the world of pastry making—a truly universe of flavors; babà in a cooking jar with homemade syrup and siphoned vanilla Chantilly cream—a true must. Congratulations!!! Worthy of note is the seasonal pan with a selection from the garden, a vast array of vegetables cooked differently to satisfy every palate. If it's true that sitting at a restaurant table is like sitting at a theater, here we are certainly at a premiere at La Scala in terms of hospitality, setting, and the sensations it elicits. Noteworthy are the themed menus, which encompass an entire meal in a single course, very practical for a quick lunch. The extensive and certainly highly appreciated wine list offers wines by the glass, featuring national and international selections that are never boring. The dining room staff are a true added value: professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and smiling, their welcoming attitude already setting the tone for conviviality. Dinner at this beautiful and characteristic restaurant. Excellent food, prices commensurate with the location and service. Speaking of service, I'd like to give 10 stars to the waiter Alessandro, who truly proved himself to be a true professional of the highest caliber. Kind, knowledgeable, patient, and ready to please in every way.

We didn't take photos because we enjoyed the dinner from start to finish. But I assure you, they make delicious, refined dishes. A delight for the palate. The most important thing: the service. You can't hear or see them in the dining room. We had the honor of being served by Ilario. I don't know him, but he must be an exceptional person. Bring your loved ones.

Easy to reach with ample and convenient parking, a beautiful building harmoniously complemented by interior and exterior furnishings. Very tasty traditional food, generous portions, and refined and delicious desserts. The photos on the walls, including one of the Santa Matia dei Servi bathhouse in Bologna, aren't themed, but perhaps they're souvenirs from the owner.

The castle had been recommended to us by friends and I in turn can only recommend coming there too.
