The tagliatelle al ragú and the tortelloni di ricotta were also good. I finished with a cotoletta cooked typical bolognese style and it was really really good. I thought it couldn’t go any better and they brought me artisanal panettone covered in Mascarpone: wow! I already want to come back!

Delicious fried porcini mushrooms, second courses with tagliatelle with mushrooms and chestnut gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, speck and hazelnuts, sliced ​​meat with truffles, Bolognese cutlet again with truffles, baked potatoes, a good red wine from the Colli Bolognesi. 08/12/2024: Premetto che ho vissuto per lavoro a Roma per diversi anni e ho avuto modo di apprezzare le sue tradizioni e ovviamente la sua cucina. Ho cenato con amici in questo ristorante dal nome pomposo: “Accademia”. Ho trovato purtroppo una cucina romana tradita sotto diversi punti di vista. Qualche esempio: La focaccia romana con pecorino e cicoria purtroppo si è rivelata un composto compatto di verdura, adagiato su una focaccia molto unta e con sopra due sottilissime fettine di pecorino. Il condimento della pasta all’amatriciana (personalmente preferisco i bucatini e non le mezze maniche) era privo di pepe/peperoncino e con una debolissima presenza di guanciale. I saltimbocca peccavano di carattere e come direbbero i romani veri: “sciapi”. Una raccomandazione spassionata e priva di qualsiasi polemica ai gestori del locale: La vera cucina romana è saporita e nutriente, essenzialmente povera che nasce dalla tradizione contadina, con pochi ingredienti, ma ricchi di sapore, che danno vita a piatti entrati nella storia della gastronomia e famosi in tutto il mondo… perché scordarselo?

17/12/2024: Super crowded place, but they can't take care of all the tables. The food is good but they charge like a restaurant where you are served and looked after.... here you sit and hope that someone has time to serve you.

30/04/2024: An amazing place just a short drive away from Bologna. You are accommodated just in the middle of a small local winery. The restaurant serves local home-made dishes, and it tasted like heaven, like a local grandma cooked it for you. Definitely go for breakfast, it's amazing - with local eggs and lots of proschutto and cheese.

We took some glasses, a white, Erbaluce, very pleasant, and a red, accompanied by a nice generous platter. Spend €40. They also advised us against (for the next time) to check the absence of events at the sports hall next door as the area becomes a restricted traffic zone. Thank you very much also for this advice

19/10/2024: Molto buona la crescenta, normale e anche con i ciccioli. Pratico l’asporto sia in sacchetto sia in scatola. Il pane è preparato ogni giorno e si conserva a lungo.

28/09/2024: Il pane è molto buono, anche in versione integrale, il tipo Napoli può durare per molti giorni. Molto buone anche le varie focacce e le pizze. Alcuni addetti però con la stessa mano con cui toccano i soldi toccano anche il pane.
