17/01/2025: White lasagna with truffles... unbeatable, as is the game ragout on pumpkin candies. Much attention is paid to the "balancing" of flavors and even an undemanding "palate" is certainly able to grasp the difference compared to the ordinary and perceive how much culinary "study" and "effort" goes into it. Simple but pleasant presentation of the dishes. Superlative dessert: mine was made of overlapping wafers filled with eggnog/chocolate cream but my husband's, made with mascarpone, was also wonderful! Too bad it arrived at the end of the meal.... otherwise I would have done an encore! Abundant dishes and honest cost.

12/01/2025: Very welcoming environment with a lit fireplace and an exquisite smell, the service is excellent, kind and the food is very good and if you want to take a lunch break for a possible walk, it's perfect! Very recommended for those who are in the area or for those who are coming for a walk in the woods

28/02/2025: The girl is very kind and excellent for contact with the public, she should do training courses for many restaurateurs, the cook is also very good and kind, you feel pampered. The food is special, but even if it wasn't it would still be worth going because there is a wonderful environment. Compliments.

16/02/2025: Some time ago we had lunch at the Irina restaurant and were certainly satisfied 👍. Having arrived in the area around 1.00 pm 🕐, we glimpsed the structure from the main road that runs alongside the town of Savigno, therefore choosing to stop there. The young waiter 🧑🏻 at the entrance was very kind and immediately met us and welcomed us 🖖. He then asked us if we preferred to sit inside or outside; given the beautiful day 🌞, despite the presence of a bit of wind 🌬, we finally opted for this last solution (pleasant view 👁 on the walking path 🚶🏻♂️). Leafing through the list 📋 we noticed an overall limited number of proposals, but all absolutely delicious and interesting. The choice then fell on gramigna with sausage, tagliatelle with ragù 🍝 and a portion of fried gnocco with mixed cured meats. To drink, sparkling water 💧 and a half-liter bottle of Sangiovese 🍷, as well as a couple of coffees ☕ at the end of the meal. All truly delicious, with particular reference to the homemade pasta. After paying the bill we were also offered a bitter 🥃 at the counter. The owner 👩🏻🦱 was also very friendly and kind, with whom we also had a chat. Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻🧴. We returned more recently, again for lunch, and had a great time again. I CERTAINLY RECOMMEND IT 👍.

29/01/2025: Located in the ancient village at the bottom of a beautiful valley. Saturday lunch on the pleasant veranda in a scorching August. First prize tagliatelle with ragù, good meat and desserts. Attentive and competent service. Correct prices.
28/01/2025: The pizza is really excellent (soft, very tasty and digestible)... we also tried a first course (Strozzapreti cacio e pepe), which certainly needs improvement (the type of pasta is not the correct one so it is a little rubbery) .
The second course (cockerel with baked potatoes), the meat and the cooking of the cockerel were very good while I would definitely change the quality of the potatoes (consistency of the potato too sweetish).

08/12/2023: Da alcune recensioni e da opinioni raccolte il Locale ha chiuso a Ottobre 2023. Veramente un peccato.
30/10/2023: Purtroppo ha chiuso per cessata attività.
Ci sono andato per 30 anni e non ho mai trovato niente che fosse allo stesso livello, tranne qualche sbavatura occasionale.

31/10/2024: Ci sono stato una sera a cena convinto di entrare nel locale dove sono stato diverse volte ma mio malgrado ho scoperto che era cambiata la gestione e le pietanze non sono più quelle di una volta.
Menù con pochissima scelta, ma questo è il meno, tigelle confezionate e servite praticamente fredde, crescentine che sapevano di olio e cotoletta alla bolognese che non aveva niente a che vedere con il nome che porta.

28/07/2024: Veramente bravi. Piatti preparati in modo eccellente, tanto da far risaltare i sapori e i profumi delle ottime e fresche materie prime. Nascosto sotto i portici di Savigno è una sorpresa del gusto. Piatti della tradizione rivisitati e resi ancora più gustosi. Il tutto preparato in giornata. Tortellini in crema di parmigiano e tortelloni alle 3 ricotte con sfoglia sottilissima e di gusto delizioso. La carne è la regina del locale, tagli preziosi cotti alla perfezione. Il locale è piccolo ma decisamente molto accogliente. Gentilissimi i proprietari. Veramente da provare
12/05/2024: Ogni volta, la riconferma sull’eccellenza dei piatti e delle materie prime utilizzate.
Il tartufo, la pasta ripiena fatta in casa e la carne cucinata alla griglia sono i piatti di forza.
È impossibile uscire dal locale insoddisfatti!
È vivamente consigliata la prenotazione in quanto i posti sono limitati.
L’accoglienza e la Cordialità sono di casa. Rinomato in negozio di Macelleria e Gastronomia.

Trattoria La Villa

17/07/2024: The Alla Villa hotel restaurant, near Savigno in the municipality of Valsamoggia, was open yesterday evening for a few intimate guests. From Monday it will be closed for renovations and a change of management. It will reopen as soon as possible, with the restaurant and bar renovated, and with the rooms renovated, hopefully in time for the new trade fair-congress season. When we reopen we will find the old staff, supported by new faces. So see you soon!
30/06/2024: Un primo suggerimento: Google Maps non è accurato e sembra indicare un altro locale. Proseguite fino alla chiesetta, molto bella e con una storia suggestiva da raccontare; la trattoria la Villa e' proprio dietro la Chiesa.
Il luogo è fresco , tranquillo, un bel prato davanti ed i tavoli sotto una grande pergola.
Il locale è molto semplice, come ci si può aspettare , e magari richiederebbe qualche miglioria, ma nel complesso accogliente e familiare.
Noi abbiamo scelto crescentine , affettati, salumi, formaggi, sottaceti : tutto ottimo, in particolare le crescentine fritte in modo insuperabile.
Un posto dove tornare !
