30/12/2025: I'd never been to this place before, but I was impressed by the kindness, hospitality, cleanliness, and the spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. The dishes were excellent and refined, made with care and authenticity, from the handmade tortelli with nettles, the ravioli, the grilled meats, all homemade and served with kindness and skill. The price wasn't high either, considering we were in the hills of Bologna, surrounded by beautiful nature!

30/12/2025: This is the second time I've visited this restaurant, invited by some friends. I can't really say the food is bad; in fact, some dishes are quite good. Nothing exceptional considering the price.

05/01/2026: The change in management is noticeable. Both the restaurant and the bar service are excellent. Traditional dishes are made just like they used to be.
02/01/2026: We stopped at this café on our way to grab a coffee, but then the owner showed us the lunch menu inside the restaurant, so we decided to stay. Lunch was a wonderful surprise, with fresh ingredients and attentive service from the staff. We highly recommend this place.

10/12/2025: If you don't want to go wrong, but if you find a spot, you'll eat well here and pay the right price. Easy parking and easy access, depending on where you're traveling from.

08/11/2025: Excellent crescentine and borlenghi food in a 1960s location with a fireplace that still retains its old-fashioned mountain charm, so few frills and all substance, highly recommended.

05/01/2026: "Antica Trattoria Monari" is what the entrance says, and it truly feels like stepping back in time to a time when flavors and tastes had something special! Highly recommended!
17/11/2025: Terrible, 4 very dry tagliatelle with mushrooms, 3 portions of overcooked crescentine, very little cold cuts.
We complained about the crescentine and they brought us another plate, which was incredibly good (she said she wouldn't count them).
Bottle of wine, 2 waters, and 3 coffees.
All in all, €27 per person.
We won't be back.

21/05/2025: A farmhouse with a grassy courtyard and pens for farmyard animals, it could be a good place for groups with lots of children who can play while their families eat. Aside from that, the place has a tiny parking lot, completely inadequate for the number of tables and people it can accommodate. The whole place is perched on a very narrow road, and there's no way to maneuver without the owner's help. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the food isn't particularly good; almost everything seems to be made with crescent dough and cooked in a hurry. Dessert, a crescenta with cream, is half-cooked. The appetizers always consist of half-empty crescenta. If you ignore the advantage of the garden for children, there's not much left. Overall, it's still cheap.

02/11/2024: Piccolo ristorante di fianco al fiume, che riserva un bellissimo menu, dove non si sa cosa scegliere, sentirei tutto. Ricette tradizionali ma anche particolari a cavallo fra Bologna e la Puglia. Servizio curato, buona cantina, Personale gentilissimo. Da tornarci.
29/09/2024: Locale molto curato con una terrazza incantevole che affaccia sul fiume, piatti gustosi e abbondanti, personale estremamente cortese. Consigliato!

07/06/2025: Siamo arrivati senza prenotazione ma siamo stati accolti con il bellissimo sorriso della titolare . Il luogo è fantastico, il cibo buono, genuino e abbondante. Siamo stati benissimo! Grazie!
