03/02/2026: Discovered by chance but it was fabulous, the food was all good, excellent prices and the owner and staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I tried both the mushroom polenta and the truffle tortelli, delicious!
06/01/2026: If you want to eat in a fairytale, go to Piero! We've known him for 40 years, a small trattoria created from a stone house, a priceless atmosphere with simple, mountain-style furnishings! The food? OUTSTANDING! With simple but quality ingredients! I recommend the raw polenta, the grilled sausage, the first and second courses with mushrooms, and for dessert, I had the Catalana con la fiamma!!! Wonderful for the sight and the palate with reasonable prices! PS: For those who feel the cold, I recommend the table in front of the fireplace.

06/01/2026: Good food, the shank was well-cooked, and the polenta with Taleggio cheese and venison stew were delicious. I really appreciated the staff's dedication and the youthful atmosphere. Excellent value for money.
05/01/2026: A refuge near the lake, I've always stopped here for a snack after summer or winter hikes. The blueberry pie is excellent.

Pleasant breakfast, with no one smoking at the entrance...and that's a great thing.

28/08/2025: A wonderful experience, where it seems as if time has stood still. A simple hotel with incredible hospitality from the owners, Marco and Natalia, and truly excellent cuisine! The surroundings are simply enchanting. The hotel is the perfect base for many walking trails and excursions. P.S. The hotel is dog-friendly 🐕
19/08/2025: We stayed at Hotel Veles for the Ferragosto weekend. The hotel is in a great location, in a quiet area a 20-minute drive from Corno alle Scale and a few minutes from Vidiciatico. There's a grocery store behind the building. Our room had slightly dated furnishings, and the shower was open, which meant the bathroom flooded every time we used it, but we found everything spotlessly clean. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, featuring local products. The best parts of our stay were the common areas, where it's very pleasant to have a beer or dinner (the tortelli were delicious), and the kindness and helpfulness of the owners: Marco and his wife made us feel at home. We'll definitely be back.

19/10/2025: A fully equipped restaurant in the center of Vidiciatico, excellent for breakfast, aperitifs, snacks, lunch, and dinner. The pizza is delicious, and the starters and main courses are also excellent, generous and authentic. The staff is friendly, young, and cheerful. Fair prices.

15/08/2025: A restaurant along the main road in Querciola. It's primarily a bar; the owner explained they serve pizza on weekends and holidays; we stopped for dinner on the evening of Ferragosto (August 15th). The restaurant has a very quaint decor and is family-run. The owner is very friendly and helpful; the pizzas are thin-crust, well-topped, and delicious. The view of the surrounding mountains is beautiful. The prices are very reasonable! Recommended for a pizza or a beer if you're in the area.

07/12/2025: We won't be back, really too much waiting and disappointment in the courses unfortunately the raw materials such as tortellini and meat were good but ruined by the cooking of the meat which was without oil and rosemary and the tortellini cooked in stock cube...
29/11/2025: We were greeted with great kindness even though we arrived at almost 2:00 PM. The food was truly exquisite, the polenta with porcini mushrooms was delicious.

The interiors have recently been renovated, very cute and welcoming.
Our room was small but functional and had a lovely balcony overlooking the square. The bathrooms were spacious and clean.
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Rita, the owner, for her kindness, courtesy, and attentiveness in taking care of our requests. The same goes for Stefano, whose professionalism and helpfulness are rare!
The kitchen offers gluten-free options, including the pizza, which is truly excellent!
What can I say? We'll definitely be back! Thank you so much!
28/12/2025: We stayed at the small Tanamalia Hotel and had a wonderful time. The owner is truly special: welcoming, kind, and always available.
During our stay, we had a car problem, and she not only immediately offered to help us, but also personally drove us there in her car, allowing us to still have a wonderful day on the ski slopes with our children.
She provided us with all the necessary information with great care and attention, making us feel right at home. A rare example of hospitality, truly heartfelt. We recommend this hotel to all families and anyone seeking a warm, authentic welcome. We will definitely be back!

11/10/2025: Step inside and you'll find yourself in a familiar atmosphere that will transport you back in time. The spacious rooms and generous portions of food made with local ingredients (e.g., mushrooms, blueberries) are perfect. If you're hiking in the area, stop by!
30/09/2025: Friends brought us, so I have no idea how much lunch for five people cost. The food was excellent and plentiful; it's not a fancy restaurant, the staff is young and friendly, and they're also fast. I recommend the white, red, and green trio to round out your meal. They're three low-alcohol cicchetti made with grappa and fruit.

Servizio assolutamente disorganizzato, tempistiche completamente sbagliate e qualità nella media.
Conto comunque troppo salato!
Purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi, e mio figlio di 5 anni non ha nemmeno mangiato!!!
