02/04/2024: Location ok, food ok, medium-high prices, service, the only sore point...the lady who took the lead and served us was constantly touching her hair and we found one on the table☹️it's definitely not pleasant. We'll try again😌

01/04/2024: The place very beautiful. Unfortunately the customer service is terrible. Every time a waiter served it seemed like I was asking for a favor. Hard and poor cut and side dishes MAL arrived. Despite this, when exposed to those in charge, they proved to be less than apprehensive and helpful. Too bad, I don't think I will recommend it.

06/01/2024: Pizzas without seasoning, poor quality, raw and smelly chips. When we called to politely ask for an explanation, they hung up on us. Rabble.

06/01/2024: We took 4 margherita pizzas with buffalo mozzarella and chips to take away. The chips were raw and smelly, the pizzas were not seasoned as requested (the buffalo had galloped away). Plus it's all very expensive... Kind delivery guy. Very bad experience, we strongly advise against it.

10/03/2024: A so-so experience I must say. I ordered a birthday cake from this pastry shop with the specific request that inside the filling there was Chantilly cream and pieces of raspberry. They assured me that there were no problems and it could be done. At the collection (yesterday March 9th) I was presented with the cake but I was not informed that the cake was not made as I requested. In the evening when I go to serve it I realize that there weren't even any raspberries but only Chantilly cream and a few drops of chocolate. The cake cost 71 euros, which isn't much because it was for 12 people, but I was very upset by the fact that they hadn't fulfilled the order after having assured me that they would. I was particularly keen given the special occasion. The advice I give them is to communicate to the customer perhaps previously that they are unable to do what is requested so that a solution can be found; When you collect it, make sure you ask what's inside. I personally don't think I will place any more orders from them.

03/03/2024: I have nothing to say about the products. I've been going there for a long time and I've never had any particular disappointments. However, there is something to be said about the service. Historic commissions are always pleasant, sometimes a little more hasty, but that's okay. However, there is one that really shouldn't be there, one of the most recent I would say, always serious, sulky, never a smile, with the attitude of someone who is doing you a huge favor. I waited to write this review because I wanted to have more elements before making a judgment. No, now I can say that it's always pissed off in the same way, never any attention to the customer. Those who lack empathy towards others should look for something else. The image of the historic Laganà suffers greatly!!!!

There was no paper in the bathrooms, a broken sink, the electric hand dryer was disconnected. I feel sorry for those who work in the room and show their face.

10/03/2024: Siamo entrati mentre diluviava per chiedere un tavolo e ci hanno sbattuto fuori dicendo che nessuno ci ha dato il permesso di entrare. Dopo alcuni minuti ci hanno dato il “permesso”. Personale molto maleducato, ci hanno servito i primi mentre mangiavamo l’antipasto lasciando tutti i piatti sul tavolo. I piatti non erano neanche male ma servizio scadente a parte la persona alla cassa.

02/12/2023: Breve sosta per un caffè! Ci sediamo in esterno e non veniamo considerati. Entriamo (a causa del vento freddo) e ci accomodiamo al bancone in vetrina. Totalmente invisibili, dopo 15’ chiediamo di ordinare. Altri 15’ e chiediamo di essere serviti. Ordinato 1 caffè al pistacchio (da menù avrebbe dovuto essere espresso con latte montato e granella di pistacchio). Viene servito un caffè non certo espresso, (più simile ad un goccio di americano) con spray pan e granella di pistacchio. Credo che Giorgio lo avrebbe rimandato indietro
