09/02/2024: Purtroppo, dopo tanti anni che vi frequentiamo, sia da asporto che in sede, dobbiamo constatare un paio di cose: in primis l'insalata di polpo NON È FRESCA, di venerdì, non è una cosa bella. In secundis le porzioni della grigliata sono davvero misere, non è una porzione quella che fate. Fatela pagare di più ma se per mangiare devo prenderne 2 non mi pare giusto. Spero miglioriate

29/03/2024: Due to a fault in the cloakroom system, places were [too] crowded with no possibility of going out for 2 hours, nervous bouncers, screaming and kicking the sofas, people who felt sick and fainted or had a panic attack [understandable!]. It was like feeling trapped in a crowd of people with no way to move and it wasn't pleasant at all. It was enough to inform and give the possibility to go out and collect the jackets at another time. NEVER AGAIN!

29/03/2024: After having bought the tickets for the evening of March 29th, by calling when we were already at the venue closed, we discovered that the evening had been canceled and that they had forgotten to remove the event on the ticket box site. When we got there it was only discovered because we called as it wasn't written on any social media channel nor was there any paper hanging outside. Terrible organization, really selfish and disinterested people in their work. I only give one star because you can't give zero!!

08/12/2023: I ordered a pizza with bresaola. It smelled so disgusting that I couldn't even eat it. The person who took my order seemed uncooperative and annoyed.

06/01/2024: Terrible place, poor food and rude owner insulted us and asked for extra money. Furthermore, after dinner we were so sick that we had to go to the emergency room resulting in food poisoning. DO NOT ENTER EVEN TO GO TO THE BATHROOM. N.B. I notice from other reviews that the owner, in addition to being usually a rude person, is used to asking for extra money for any stupid thing. Maybe if he were less ignorant and rude he would have more customers, more earnings and less stress to vent on customers. Or maybe it would be better to close down and do another job. P.S. I notice that he also responds quite poorly to negative reviews. That is YOU, just as a person you are not well, I recommend a therapist. 😉

18/03/2024: We came to the Herb Market because, in many guidebooks, it was marked "to visit". I'm sorry, but I was expecting something more characteristic: a simple and small covered market! In Rome we have several. We then stopped for a quick snack, in one of the two spaces reserved for catering. The place appears a bit confusing with "different boxes", but without a precise diversification. The dishes we tasted were of average quantity and quality. The service was quite "rough". Prices a little high, in relation to the quality of both the food and the location.

16/02/2024: Rude service, mediocre food and terrible wine storage. I will never set foot in Altro again and will never recommend it to anyone. If you happened upon this on a busy weekend evening, you might have had the presumption that this trendy venue, with its avant-garde arrangement of food stalls, also offered quality food and drinks and that the staff were friendly. This was the impression I had previously too. When we took family friends visiting Italy, we took them to Altro before the dinner peak. My guests, who were here visiting as family, were simply eating pizza and were treated rudely over a simple misunderstanding. But not just rudely, pointing fingers at them as if they were scolding a child. I was ashamed of how the Altro staff could behave. Did they treat them like this because they weren't Italian? I don't know, but that's what it looked like. Only after complaining to me in Italian, highlighting their rudeness, did the staff member defend himself by saying he was just trying to "do his job". Perhaps because they are always so busy and receive many walk-in customers, they have never developed basic customer service or human relations skills, and on this occasion, when there were no rush hours, we saw this behavior in full force. light. Everyone deserves a little respect. I would recommend Altro staff get customer service training. I also wouldn't suggest drinking red wines at their bar, as they put them in the dishwasher, which definitely ruins these wines.

03/02/2024: Peccato che non si possa dare un punteggio inferiore. Arriviamo in coppia e ci accomodiamo nel plateatico esterno. Dopo 10 minuti di attesa il cameriere continua a servire gli altri tavoli ignorando completamente. Non ci resta alternativa che alzarci e andarcene. Magari cibi e bevande potrebbero essere interessanti,sicuramente da rivedere e competenze del personale. Esperienza pessima!

05/04/2024: Worst Lasagne I had in my life. I think they just put in microwave some old part because they were fridge cold in the middle and Luke warm at ends + they were extra salty. Do not recommend.

24/03/2024: I sat by chance because most of the shops were full. It was a pleasant surprise. Daria was very kind and willing to help me order. The atmosphere was great as I sat outside, in an alley where most of the tables were. The lasagnas are wonderful, as is the dessert. The prices are normal.

15/01/2024: Provato questa Hosteria cercando un posto tipico per la tradizione Bolognese. Locale molto molto turistico...poca qualità, poca tradizione. Piatti proposti non all'altezza. Prezzi molto alti senza sconto. La foto della cotoletta parla da sola...con il prosciutto sopra la fonduta, e non era neanche di ottimo sapore.

23/12/2023: Αν και ο σερβιτόρος ήταν ευγενικός στο τέλος αποδείχθηκε το πιο ακριβό με διάφορα αλλά και με την χειρότερη ποιότητα από όσα γευματίσαμε στην Μπολόνια.Το είπαμε ότι είναι πανάκριβο και μας έκοψε 8 ευρώ..14 ευρώ παιδική μερίδα με σκέτα τορτελινι...Επίσης 3€ το νερό από τη βρύση ...Δεν το συνιστούμε σε καμία περίπτωση.

28/02/2024: Siamo andati con mia moglie e bimba di 3 anni in questo splendido localino in pieno centro a Bologna, e subito siamo stati accolti con il sorriso da tutto lo staff. L'atmosfera che si respira è di convivialità e gioia, si vede che tutti coloro che ci lavorano sono felici di farlo. Ed il tutto si riflette perfettamente nel servizio: cibo ottimo, accortezze degne dei migliori ristoranti, e anche la nostra piccola è stata servita e riverita :) cosa non scontata, soprattutto in un locale che non sia il classico ristorante o trattoria! Straconsigliatissimo davvero, torneremo presto! Il rapporto qualità dei piatti e prezzo è davvero ottimo!
