I migliori ristoranti di cucina cucina valdostana in Valle d'aosta

03/06/2025: Purtroppo questa volta hanno toppato. Ho scelto questo ristorante perché lo reputo fra i migliori in zona e lo frequeto volentieri non solo per il buon cibo la anche per la gentilezza del servizio e la posizione. Il menù è prettamente valdostano. Fra i piatti tradizionali io scelgo sempre quelli basici ed in particolare la zuppa valtellinese che qui ho sempre trovato buona. Questa volta però sono rimasto deluso in quanto se pur gli ingredienti c'erano mancava completamente il brodo. Così la zuppa era un mappazzone asciutto, da mangiarsi con la forchetta e poco piacevole. Fatto presente al cameriere, mi riferiva dalla cucina che il problema era derivanto dal diverso pane utilizzato che avrebbe assorbito il brodo.....beh, non mi sembra una buona giustificazione e sarebbe bastato ritirarmi il piatto, aggiungere un po' di brodo caldo e tutto risolto. Così non è stato ed il sono rimasto con il mio deludente mappazzone. Fra le altre portate una tagliata non era granché....carne un pò dura; lo Spezzatino così così. Buone ed abbondanti le tagliatelle al ragù, buono il lardo sul tagliere. Abbiamo anche bevuto un buon vino locale consigliato dal gestore sommelier. Buono il servizio, prezzi nella media, peccato per quella zuppa. Spero di ritrovarla buona la prossima volta.

31/05/2025: Jolie trattoria au bord de la route. Terrasse aérée et ombragée. Accueil et service professionnel et agréable. Carte variée. Nombreuses spécialités à base des produits locaux. Chariot de desserts magnifique. Carte des vins étendue. Une très bonne adresse aux accents gastronomiques.

25/06/2025: Before talking about the hotel or the place I would like to spend a few words to thank all the staff, always smiling, kind and helpful, especially the girl at the reception who will forgive me if I don't remember the name but her smile and friendliness but at the same time the professionalism deserves our thanks, for the rest what can I say, well-kept hotel, clean, excellent breakfast and dinner, hotel in a convenient position for excursions and with a view of both the lake and the mountains that is nothing short of heavenly.

20/05/2025: A place that seems to come out of a fairy tale, a very well-kept environment that smells of the mountains. The traditional food is good even if it lacks a little character.

31/05/2025: Locale molto bello. Cibo buono. Potenziale a mille. Ma 1) prenotiamo, ma ci mettono in uno dei posti più brutti del locale (vista macchine della raclette, confetti e via vai di tutti i camerieri), 2) per avere dei menu dobbiamo stalkerare i camerieri, idem per ordinare, 3) chiediamo di avere prima gli gnocchi per la bimba e, dopo un si si, questi arrivano con le nostre pietanze, 4) ordiniamo 3 bottiglie di acqua e ne segnano 4 (almeno qui, su segnalazione di mio marito, ci é stata stornata dal conto l’acqua), 5) abbiamo assistito a delle difficoltà di gestione fra l’esperto e il nuovo personale, magari la prossima volta: non davanti ai clienti!!!! Eh niente, speriamo migliorino!!!

29/05/2025: Mountain hut. You can feel and see the proximity to Mont Blanc. Excellent combinations. Fast service even on weekends. You have to go there several times because the menu is really complete

15/05/2025: Relaxing and typical atmosphere. Very attentive and fast service. Excellent value for money considering that you are in La Thuile where everything is more expensive. Recommended

13/05/2025: Passing through after an excursion to Lake Arpy. A welcome stop with typical products. Generous portions and a clean environment. Staying in La Thuile in the summer or winter season, it is definitely recommended.

15/06/2025: A paradise for us celiacs! The entire menu is gluten-free certified AIC. The menu offers typical dishes and the staff was really attentive and friendly. A special thanks to Carlotta who reserved the same attention to our big dog.

15/06/2025: Restaurant in the center, very center!!!!! Very nice location and very kind and professional staff. We ate a very good appetizer of typical products and second courses. Those who had the "escaloppa" with cheese and ham (including me) were shocked..... The meat was very hard as if it had been cooked for hours and reheated..... The other dishes were ok, even if I would have expected more. Since it was a busy evening we didn't sit there and create boredom.

11/06/2025: 35 minutes in this restaurant is too long. The speed of food preparation is questionable. In fact, the appetizer wasn't even finished when this happened. Everything was overcooked, way too salty. Plus, guests were yelling: the owner's response: "This isn't a cemetery." Bad across the board, I'm giving it 0.00 stars. And that's a lot.

10/06/2025: Very basic terrace, but the service and food more than make up for the first impression. The products are of superb quality from start to finish. The icing on the cake is when the waiter places the three digestifs (bottles) on the table and advises you to start with the least alcoholic one 🤭 Classy!!!! (Especially the owner with his goatee 👍🏻)

05/04/2025: Frequento La Thuile da 20 anni, al Pepita non ero mai venuto da quando è diventato ristorante perché mi ricordava il pub messicano che c’era fino a qualche anno fa. Devo assolutamente ricredermi! Il miglior tagliere di salumi e formaggi mai assaggiato in Valle D’Aosta , agnolotti ripieni di prosciutto di sanità marcel al lemon grass eccezionali, carni di grande qualità. servizio professionale. Complimenti!

08/03/2025: We went here as a party of ten, comprising all f two families with four teens. It was very busy and we had a few minutes wait for our reserved table (which was good as some of us were running late). The one disappointment was that they did not serve pizzas in the evening, which is a little odd in an Italian restaurant that has “pizzeria” in its name! I’m not sure what the cut off time is but we were sitting down after 9:30pm. The food we did order was all very good and well received. The wine too was good quality. Recommend.

08/06/2025: Came here for lunch in very low season. Ate the menu of the day. Average. Acceptable gnocchi with gorgonzola, good scaloppina and also excellent accompanying vegetables. Friendly and kind service, simple environment, the location is on the road, not much. To try again in high season for dinner.
