04/09/2024: SUPER lunch!!! I have been to the Caminetto several times and I have ALWAYS found kindness, cleanliness and... abundant and excellent quality typical Trentino dishes, cooked with the heart of those who love their work. Friendly, helpful and very nice owner. Absolutely worth trying, as far as I'm concerned, as soon as possible, I will definitely return again. 04/09/24 I have returned to Caminetto several times and it has NEVER happened that I left this restaurant NOT happy with what I ate!!! In addition to the Trentino dishes, I recommend the spatzle, the squash and the delicious CAKES made by the owner FRANCESCA. Well done everyone as always.

02/09/2024: I ate divinely. Certainly the best dishes consumed between Val di Sole and Val di Rabbi, including famous mountain huts. The passion and use of quality ingredients as the basis for the dishes are evident. Note of merit for the homemade bread. Mandatory destination.

30/07/2024: During our vacation in this area, we had dinner at the restaurant. I don't even know where to start. We liked absolutely everything. The restaurant's design is perfect for a wonderful dinner with friends. Everything was delicious, beautifully served and the service was 100%! We liked it so much that the next day we came back for dinner again! I highly recommend visiting the restaurant! Alex

04/11/2024: What can I say about my experience here in Molveno...... enchanting place ❤️ and as a last lunch before leaving Molveno and the usual stop at the Maso, splendid staff, photonic food, nice location, good prices..... 07/12/2024: There are very few restaurants that leave me fully satisfied with everything: dishes, service, location, quality/price ratio. I went to this restaurant yesterday, 6/12/2024 with my husband and our son on the occasion of his first birthday. My husband had a tomino as a starter, then a porcini soup and a dessert, all accompanied with a glass of lagrain. I had goulash soup, polenta and a dessert. For our son we ordered spätzle from the children's menu, a dish which he enjoyed very much and ate most of it after the dark bread with herbs while waiting to order. Our son also really liked the goulash and polenta that I had ordered for myself, and to think that he is not usually a big glutton! At the restaurant's disposal, a high chair of the kind that attaches to the table and a wall-mounted changing table in the bathroom. This restaurant is one of those to bookmark and stop by every time you pass through Predazzo. Thanks again to all the staff! 🥰

06/12/2024: Just returned from dinner this evening, after all I have been a regular customer of this restaurant since 2008... I have tried many in the area but this is definitely the best, both in Val di Fiemme and Val di Fassa

04/12/2024: Better to book to find a place. Very busy place but still fast and efficient service. Ate fantastic potato tortels with mixed cold cuts. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

02/12/2024: Located in a magnificent position, from the large terrace, where in summer it is possible to sit and eat, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Adige valley, the Bondone and Paganella mountains, the Brenta group and the Vigolana. Inside are two welcoming rooms where wood is the protagonist in the furnishings. Fast and courteous service even at times of greatest influx of customers; they generally organize the service in two shifts. Traditional Trentino menu with tender and tasty meats, good tortels. The presence of sauerkraut and mixed mushrooms of mediocre quality is too repetitive in the second courses. Honest prices proportionate to the offer.

24/08/2024: Luserna è un paesino molto caratteristico posto s 1400m di altitudine. Vale la pna di arrivare fino a quassù anche se la strada è molto tortuosa ed in alcuni punti davvero molto stretta, è richiesta una ottima dose di esperienza di guida. Il ristorante dispone di una bellissima veranda con vista sulla valle. Tanto il personale in sala che garantisce un servizio rapido e puntuale. ottimi i salumi. Conto leggermente superiore alle mie aspettative, circa 40€ per una portata + tagliere condiviso, due calici di vino, acqua e caffè.

23/08/2024: Dopo qualche anno ritorno in questo posto sperduto nei boschi del Trentino. Come sempre esco entusiasta chiedendomi quanta passione serva per creare una cucina così legata al territorio ma moderna e ai livelli degli stellati che ho avuto la fortuna di provare. Non è facile essere così fuori dalle rotte turistiche ed avere il coraggio di proporre piatti così sinceri. Anche io sono bravo a cucinare ostriche, mazzancolle o ricci di mare. Provate con coregone e trota salmonata.... Per non parlare della guancia di cervo o dell"omaggio alle api" uno dei dolci più emozionanti che io abbia mai mangiato. Avanti così!

17/08/2024: We arrived there passing through obviously after a quick reservation. La Cascina is a very informal, welcoming place with various surprises. Purchase of books for €1 for a very noble cause and children's area where they can colour/draw. The food was good with various offers on the menu... the lady who served us at the table was very nice and witty and knows how to entertain guests. And finally at the very honest bill (it was mid-August) he gave us a bottle of blueberry... a very welcome gift. The trip to Arona was beautiful and we will return to the Cascina.
