22/05/2026: Small restaurant in the center of Malè. I recommend booking, as it's always busy. The food is truly delicious. Traditional dishes are plentiful and of excellent quality. There's a good selection, and I must say everything is delicious. It's well-prepared and uses quality ingredients. Very friendly service and reasonable prices. An excellent trattoria.

18/04/2026: Cipriana is a fantastic, upscale village restaurant. For a more intimate atmosphere, there's a separate area with just five tables. The menu covers all the bases of Italian cuisine. The wine list is extensive and features award-winning wines from Trentino. I can honestly say the chef(s) are absolutely top-notch. All the ingredients are sourced locally. My favorite was the beef fillet with green peppercorns. The meat was of superb quality, tender, medium-rare, and cooked to perfection. The risotto was a true delight. Simply put, if you have the chance, stop by and enjoy this delicious meal. Best regards

08/06/2026: Restaurant in the most characteristic and restored part of the ancient complex of the monastery of Sant'Anna (1200). Easily accessible by car or by foot from Sopramonte, Trento. Kind and friendly owners who prepare excellent dishes, favoring products from their own garden. The cakes are excellent! We'll definitely be back. P.S. There's a children's play area inside.

The manager was courteous and very accommodating to our requests. We'll definitely return, whether for a motorbike tour, a hike, or a ski trip. 🏻

02/06/2026: Definitely one of the best restaurants we visited during our entire vacation along the Via Francigena! Simply delicious, and you can tell the owner puts his heart and soul into it. Even the locals eat here, a huge testament to the quality. Wonderful food and a feeling of being right at home. 17/04/2026: I go there often with The Fork, and I can only speak highly of this place. The food is truly delicious, healthy, and of high quality. They have truly delicious dishes, in my opinion one of the best restaurants in Milan. The atmosphere is absolutely comfortable, always frequented by nice, quiet, and polite people. The staff is truly lively, kind, friendly, and helpful, and always know how to offer the best recommendations. If you go there once, you'll always come back.

15/04/2026: We brought two friends who weren't familiar with the place. They were thrilled with what they tasted and even more so with the intimate yet cozy atmosphere, where you can chat like in your own living room and feel a bit like visiting old friends. The new dishes on the spring menu are excellent, as are the desserts, as always. The prices are always fair, and the service is attentive, professional, and courteous.

12/06/2026: A delightful little place, with a beautiful courtyard where you can dine under a pergola. The food is very good and plentiful, though it's a shame about the waiters: they're professional and fast, but a smile would have been appreciated. The same goes for the owner.

13/06/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by one of the hotel concierges and we ended up eating there 3 times during our stay in Rovereto. The atmosphere is very cosy sitting upstairs by the bar where there were many locals eating. Service was very attentive and the food is excellent. The gnocchi with nettle were outstanding... I don't think we have ever had such light fluffy gnocchi! We also loved the pasta with crumbled rabbit and pine nuts. The selection of large, tasty salads is really welcome when traveling in Italy. Also appreciated was the excellent wine list! The only disappointment was the bread which we found very dense with little flavor, not a typical airy Italian bread. Definitely a memorable place with outstanding food.

12/05/2026: All-you-can-eat potato tortelli for a reasonable price. Excellent quality cold cuts and homemade tortelli. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We were full and satisfied. Recommended! :D

Potato tortel 🥔 🔝… returning from a trip to Lake Tovel, a stop here is a must… excellent tortello and typical Trenini dishes, traditional atmosphere, very friendly staff… I recommend booking, always busy! A short distance away, in the lake area, you'll find an enchanting walk among the apple trees with a magnificent natural lake!
