01/02/2026: This restaurant was a delightful discovery. The food was delicious and of excellent quality. The service was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. Considering the excellent value for money, I would recommend it without hesitation.

14/01/2026: Hospitality in an intimate and informal setting. Traditional cuisine with refined Trentino specialties and more, plus a children's menu. The platter of cured meats, cheeses, walnuts, and giardiniera was generous, and we shared it between the two of us. My next dish was the obligatory canederli with butter and sage, while my son enjoyed a generous platter of stewed venison with polenta and sauerkraut. To finish, the homemade strudel, as well as the other desserts on the menu, was served. Impeccable and attentive service. We didn't take photos, but we truly appreciated the attention to detail and quality.

24/01/2026: Five of us went for dinner. The owner was kind and very proud of her work. We ordered salted meat as starters, accompanied by delicious homemade bread. The goulash was high-quality and delicious, not to mention the ricotta mousse dessert, topped with cinnamon, walnuts, and honey.

14/02/2026: Our evening at Mazu Palù in Brentonico was a true declaration of love for Trentino cuisine. We were offered the January menu—warm, enveloping, perfect for a winter evening in the mountains. It's not just a restaurant, but a place with soul: you can taste the home cooking of Trentino, the respect for tradition, and sincere hospitality. The beef literally melted in your mouth—tender, juicy, perfectly cooked. The roast beef was extraordinary, rich in flavor, unforgettable. The potatoes with cheese were wonderful, with that authentic taste reminiscent of dishes prepared by grandma in the old-fashioned oven. Everything was warm, genuine, authentic. A special pleasure was the wide selection of Trentino wines, perfectly paired with the dishes. And the strudel with ice cream… a surprising finale. I'd never tasted a strudel like this: thin pastry, fragrant filling, perfect balance of sweetness and texture. Service, cleanliness, attention to detail—all top-notch. Even the tea presentation was elegant and thoughtful, with great respect for the guest. If it were possible to give not five but ten stars, I would give them without hesitation. For me, it's a Michelin-level rating: 10 out of 10.

09/02/2026: We went here for lunch on Saturday, returning from a snowshoe hike. The nearby mountain hut had objected to the presence of dogs, so luckily we headed here. Not only did we have no problem with our dogs, but the food was truly delicious and the service impeccable. Thank you for your hospitality and compliments to the staff.

10/01/2026: I don't recommend this place. The service is unfriendly, and the way the food is served is outrageous. I was skiing for 10 days, and every day the staff said there was no table inside, even though there were free tables. I got the impression they only chose Italian customers. That was very unpleasant. The menu is only in Italian, very unpleasant as well. Never again. Unfortunately the was no alternative to get food anywhere else.
