We really had a wonderful time. Excellent service from a young but very professional man. The place was traditional, warm and welcoming. The food was quality and superbly presented.
What more can I say? I highly recommend it!

28/04/2026: Found by chance during a visit to Bolsena, and dare I say, how lucky!
Exceptional porchetta sandwich, with the option to add ingredients of your choice based on what's available at the time, such as eggplant, pecorino cheese, and other vegetables, all strictly homemade.
Very pleasant house wine and more than fair prices.
Just thinking about the porchetta rind still makes my mouth water 🤤.
PS: I appreciated the Olympian calm in making the sandwiches; if you're in a hurry, go to a fast food restaurant 😘.

09/05/2026: Quality products and olive oil. The sign outside says "no pets allowed." However, upon inquiry, our Golden Retriever (clean and well-behaved) was allowed on the covered veranda, a quiet and well-ventilated spot. In case of an urgent need, he could quickly and easily exit through the veranda's sliding doors. Water was provided.
06/05/2026: We were warmly welcomed at this Molveno osteria, where we sampled local dishes. The quality was truly excellent: the first course, pappardelle with mountain pine topped with hand-chopped chamois ragù,
was so good we wished the portion had been larger. As for the venison morsels, a photo of which is attached, there's nothing more to say: they speak for themselves.

The prices are exorbitant, especially considering the quantity served (for example, two dumplings for €16, and a Florentine steak for €63).
The food was too much. Even if the intention was good, it was hard to finish.
Overall, the experience was satisfactory, although not comparable to the restaurant in Trentino.
02/04/2026: Courteous staff, clean and tidy environment, relaxing atmosphere, well-prepared traditional food with excellent ingredients, the homemade bread was appreciated, everything was very well-prepared! Nice little cellar where you can taste the amari and/or grappa.
The price is a little above average, but the experience makes up for it.

18/04/2026: Cipriana is a fantastic, upscale village restaurant. For a more intimate atmosphere, there's a separate area with just five tables.
The menu covers all the bases of Italian cuisine. The wine list is extensive and features award-winning wines from Trentino. I can honestly say the chef(s) are absolutely top-notch. All the ingredients are sourced locally. My favorite was the beef fillet with green peppercorns. The meat was of superb quality, tender, medium-rare, and cooked to perfection. The risotto was a true delight.
Simply put, if you have the chance, stop by and enjoy this delicious meal.

17/04/2026: I go there often with The Fork, and I can only speak highly of this place. The food is truly delicious, healthy, and of high quality. They have truly delicious dishes, in my opinion one of the best restaurants in Milan. The atmosphere is absolutely comfortable, always frequented by nice, quiet, and polite people. The staff is truly lively, kind, friendly, and helpful, and always know how to offer the best recommendations.
If you go there once, you'll always come back.
15/04/2026: We brought two friends who weren't familiar with the place.
They were thrilled with what they tasted and even more so with the intimate yet cozy atmosphere, where you can chat like in your own living room and feel a bit like visiting old friends.
The new dishes on the spring menu are excellent, as are the desserts, as always.
The prices are always fair, and the service is attentive, professional, and courteous.
