Even now, under the new management, we enjoyed our meal immensely, and the service from the two gentlemen was fantastic. We were very pleasantly surprised that we could speak a little German. 29/04/2025: I had a great experience at Baccus L’Osteria. The owner, Giuseppe, was friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. The food was delicious—especially the Ragu Bianca e Tartufo fresco (pici pasta with meat sauce and truffle) and Tagliata di manza e Tartufo fresco (sliced beef with fresh truffle). Everything was fresh and full of flavor. I also loved the Tiramisu at the end. Overall, the service was excellent, the prices were fair, and I’d definitely go back. Highly recommend!

14/04/2025: Siamo arrivati in quattro, due adulti e due bambini, abbiamo chiesto se fosse stato possibile pranzare, ci hanno dato il tavolo, dicendoci che avremo dovuto aspettare per ordinare, in quanto il locale era pieno di tavolate molto numerose. Ma da lì a poco è arrivato il cameriere per l'ordine e poco dopo il cibo. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e il rapporto qualità- prezzo molto buono. Lo consiglio vivamente.

29/04/2025: Very disappointing experience – 1/5 The day before our visit, we asked if we needed to reserve a table and were told that reservations were not necessary and that they don’t even take them. However, when we arrived the next evening right at opening time, we were turned away because all the tables were apparently reserved. We were left without dinner and very frustrated. This kind of inconsistency and poor communication is unacceptable. We were really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. It might be a good food there but for such disappointing expirience I'm giving you 1/5.

16/04/2025: Di ritorno da san Quirico attratto dallinsegna bar ristorante dopolavoro merende insieme a mia moglie entriamo,veniamo gentilmente fatti accomodare a un tavolo.ed ecco che ci viene presentato un foglio con il menù del giorno a 160€ a persona e il menù alla carta . optiamo per due taglieri formaggi e salumi una bottiglia di acqua e 2 caffè conto 43€ la cosa spiacevole è che i prodotti tanto decantati dal cameriere gentilissimo erano di quantità scarsa e di qualità mediocre.quindi consiglio ai proprietari di esporre un menù esterno perché l insegna è ingannevole e non lascia presagire dei prezzi da stella Michelin

02/05/2025: Había tantos extremos aquí, que es difícil no escribir una crítica. Tristemente, en su mayoría negativos. La vista, sí, es espectacular, sin duda. Pero esto es todo. El servicio es terrible, tomó 30 minutos para obtener las bebidas (no estaba lleno) . Y otros 30 minutos para conseguir la comida. Tomé pizza. Se titula "Margherita 3. 0 ". Tristemente es más " 0 . 3 ". Menú anuncia masa casera artesanal. Sabía más seco que horneado. Piense en pizza congelada de el supermercado, pero aún más exagerado. La pizza entera era como pan seco rancio. También viene en diámetro alrededor de 20 cm, que no alimentaría a un niño. Y cuesta, espéralo, 22 euros. Más 3 EUR de tarifa de servicio obligatorio. Trampa turística, mala gestión... elige y ven preparado para ser decepcionado.

12/04/2025: Aesthetically well-finished dishes. Quality ingredients. Friendly and attentive staff. Breathtaking view. Only note I would increase the portions of the dishes a bit. Recommended.

24/03/2025: Una accoglienza stratosferica da parte di tutto lo staff che gestisce il tutto garantendo una atmosfera familiare. Piatti tutti squisiti, ma menzione particolare per i Pici cacio e pepe. Davvero ottimi. Se andate a Pienza fermatevi a pranzo qui!!!!

20/04/2025: I called yesterday afternoon/evening to ask for information and I confirmed a double room. Send me the quote to accept valid up to and including today. After working through the night I am about to confirm but he no longer gives me the option. I called and he informed me that he had already given the room away and that we would not have been welcome anyway given that I was arriving by bicycle and he informed me that he would have asked us 30 euros per person to charge the bike A real steal!! 11/03/2025: Parecía un McDonald's. La comida era adecuada y nada más. O el servidor era desatento y continuamente pasó por alto muchas de nuestras necesidades básicas como cubiertos, pan para la mesa o traer pedidos completos. Pienza es una ciudad hermosa, pero Rossellino fue una decepción.
