An excellent restaurant, with a very refined and welcoming environment within the little jewel of Monticchiello. A place where you can feel at ease due to the well-balanced elegance and tranquility of the place, but also thanks to the hospitality and education of the staff. Excellent cuisine with well-prepared traditional dishes and quality ingredients. Excellent wine cellar. I would happily stay here again

A good restaurant with typically Tuscan dishes well presented and well cooked. The pici with white duck sauce are excellent.
Waiting times a little too long.

Visited in summer
After a welcome aperitif accompanied by an entree of duck leg with celery foam, a truly delicate dish, I had a very fresh rabbit salad with green beans, potatoes and rocket pesto.
Followed by excellent pork belly, crispy rind, aubergines and braised shallots.
I closed the dinner with a must in these parts: melted pecorino in a pan.
The Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva 2013 from Podere il Macchione was very good and was a worthy accompaniment to the dinner.

Sempre una garanzia anche nel dopo Daria. Pate di fegatini eccezionale (praticamente un fois gras) , così anche pici e ravioli. Buona la faraona ma un po’ troppo dolcificata. Atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Staff super efficiente, professionale e amichevole.

If we could give Daria's an 11/10 we would...we have been dining here for years and every time we visit it is consistently fantastic food (specials every day plus great variety on the main menu...the vegetable flan with pecorino cream is a simple, light, but outstanding starter), there are gluten free, dairy free options to satisfy any palate including mine and the front of house team is second to none. Welcoming, professional, always a pleasure to see them again. And then there is the wine list...extensive, great variety across all price points...and the atmosphere is just, well, lovely!

Pici al ragù toscano discreti, buona la faraona cotta a bassa temperatura. Ottimo il panforte. Con un vino di livello, si spendono 60 € a testa. Un po’ troppo, a mio avviso.
