30/11/2025: A small, stone-built restaurant just steps from Borgo Fioralle. The staff are friendly and efficient. The appetizers are spectacular, the wine is excellent, and the main courses are sublime. We'll definitely be back.

30/11/2025: I recently visited Da Padellina and had a truly pleasant experience. The restaurant has an authentic, simple, and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for those seeking traditional cuisine without frills but prepared with care. The dishes are the real highlight: generous portions, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors reminiscent of home cooking. The Florentine steak is impeccably cooked, while the pasta dishes—especially the butter and sage ravioli—are absolutely worth a try. Even the desserts are authentic and taste just right. The service is friendly and fast, despite the restaurant often being busy. The prices are fair and commensurate with the quality and size of the portions. In short: Da Padellina is a restaurant that focuses on tradition and substance, and does so very well. Recommended for those who want to eat well and feel at home.

16/11/2025: Cantinetta di Rignana never disappoints. The primi are outstanding — rich, perfectly balanced, and genuinely memorable. The antipasto is exactly what you hope for in Chianti: generous, fresh, and full of flavour. The wine list is spot-on and pairs beautifully with everything on the table. Dessert was the perfect finale: a top-tier tiramisù and a fantastic torta cioccolato e pere that was warm, soft, and ridiculously good. Hidden in a stunning setting, with food that’s worth the trip every single time. Highly recommended.

29/10/2025: A really good osteria in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. I went there twice during our stay at a nearby agriturismo. The food was excellent. Wine list offered some good options with local and not so local Italian wines. The service and the staff were very welcoming. Definitely recommend it.
