Flooded with that "scent" of home, welcoming and food beyond all limits.
Impeccable service and infinite kindness.

14/12/2024: A little place discovered by chance near Anghiari (AR), as soon as you enter you are welcomed by a spectacular delicatessen counter, next to the rustic style rooms where you eat. The food is really good, made with quality ingredients and processed with love, you can taste it in your mouth! Even the oil at the table is of excellent quality and this says a lot. The ribollita is excellent, the tagliolini with duck ragù is excellent, the stewed wild boar is tasty, the scroccadenti, the seahorses and... the tart with fig and walnut jam are amazing! I say it for your good: go to Vecchia Osteria La Pergola, you can eat well 👍

27/12/2024: Eravamo di passaggio ed essendo ora di pranzo ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, servizio eccellente, ambiente accogliente e caratteristico con caminetto. Siamo stati davvero molto soddisfatti. Consigliatissimo.

12/01/2025: What can we say if IT WAS NOT AN ERROR! Certainly never again!
The sign that you can't take photos at the entrance was supposed to be a warning.
The place in the center has excellent potential but the humidity has created mold that no one has ever bothered to eliminate.
The service leaves something to be desired - if I ask for house wine and am told that it isn't available and you offer me an alternative... then you bring me the wine list with the prices and you don't just say if we want something upscale high or low! My standards may not be yours.
3 portions of bruschetta (2 of the day and 1 simple oil and garlic) cannot cost 40 Euros!
Then the first courses arrived and... they were the best thing since Tuscan bread.
Thank goodness we didn't dare with dessert!
Perhaps the best thing is the bathroom, clean and not humid
12/01/2025: To be avoided… 40 Euro for 3 bruschette (one of which only toasted bread with olive oil) and 3 Euro cover and the silver ware is placed in a bucket on the table… the bread was good, though. Portions are small for the price of the pasta dishes, and quality is questionable. I had the brigoli al sugo… ok, but not Michelin standards. Service was also questionable. We felt like we were asking for a favor for every little thing. They don’t even leave the parmigiano on the table. You can find a better place!
