03/05/2026: A quaint restaurant run by an enterprising young couple. I tasted the care and passion for this work in every dish I ate. The menu isn't overly extensive, but the ingredients are of the highest quality. The service is friendly but attentive. Highly recommended.

08/08/2026: Recommended by Osterie d’Italia, we trusted them and did very well. They invented bringoli—which later became the traditional dish of Anghiari—with the fake sauce. The meat is of excellent quality. The pan di caffè, in my opinion, is the dessert to order. The atmosphere is convivial and the staff is kind and friendly. The price is fair for the quality of the food. If you need to eat in the area, there's no point looking elsewhere.

14/06/2026: A journey back in time and flavors: an absolute guarantee!
Returning to Castello dei Sorci after several years, and doing so strictly on two wheels, was an indescribable feeling. This is a place close to my heart, linked to the many motorcycle tours we organized in the past: on those occasions, it transformed into an enchanting place, vibrant with the energy and joy of countless motorcyclists.
Seeing the owner Alessandro again, kind and welcoming as always, and being able to share countless memories of the past with him was truly special.
In addition to the unique atmosphere, the cuisine remains a sure thing: I enjoyed a plate of truly amazing pici! The exceptional food and the beauty of the surrounding Tuscan landscape are a guarantee that never disappoints.
If you find yourself in the Anghiari area, I absolutely recommend stopping at the Locanda, unwinding, and enjoying the view. Five well-deserved stars!

22/08/2026: A huge disappointment. I think back to the past. It was a beautiful place where there was always friendliness. Today, that's really lacking, given the rudeness. But it's not even free, considering it's added to the bill without explanation, which explains why it's so high...
I don't recommend it to anyone who's respectable.

The restaurant is scandalous, and therefore the Michelin guide.
It's inconceivable how it could be recommended.
The waiter's rudeness warrants a ban from the restaurant.
We prefer to ignore the food because it's not food; everything is frozen or canned.
Wine is sold for three times as much, with €15 bottles seen for €60!
€4 cover charge per person and €4.50 for a bottle of water can only be described as robbery!
A tourist trap, avoid it!
The only satisfaction I got was telling him straight to his face... this place should be closed down.
