15/01/2026: Personally, I've always eaten pappardelle with wild boar white ragù, well-blended with the pasta, with a sort of creamy texture left over from the cooking water and the meat, which was cooked very well with carrots, onion, and the spices used for wild boar. But here, we had a white pasta with dry, flavorless ground meat, so dry that I called the waitress asking if such a dish was normal... We had to add a lot of oil from the bottle to get it to drain down our throats... and so we ate pasta in bianco with ground meat, oil, and Parmesan. The location is truly evocative.

13/01/2026: We were there last night. It's a magical place, with abundant and delicious food; they make everything on their own. The people who served us were incredibly attentive, kind, smiling, and so sweet in explaining the history of the place. We were enchanted by the view of the vineyards, the castle, where you can rent rooms, and the small village nearby... The tranquility, the silence, and the lights, which, at night, truly make your imagination run wild, are priceless. Fair prices, quality food, and plenty of it. Congratulations to everyone, we'll be back, but you should go too, it's worth it!! Giusy, Alessandro, and Yuma (the dog).

17/12/2025: The best restaurant in Anghiari, listed in the Michelin Guide for many years and already included in the 2026 guide, offers exquisite and authentic dishes from the Tuscan tradition. The wine selection is top-notch. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.

03/11/2025: Good food, very small portions, high prices. The bill isn't transparent, and you'll find a surprise at the end. Absolutely not recommended.
