16/02/2025: My wife and I go there at least a couple of times a year, the restaurant is very nice and welcoming, as are the owners, very kind and very approachable. The attention and passion for details and furnishings are immediately noticeable. The Tuscan owner and chef does not disappoint the expectations of the origin, the cuisine is very good and refined, I think I can say that I eat the best cacio e pepe in the area. Over time the prices seem to have increased a little too much but you always leave satisfied.

23/12/2024: I went for a midweek lunch and then for the company dinner: on both occasions I was able to enjoy dishes cooked with great care, with delicious flavours. The family management is the result of 50 years of experience, and it shows. Congratulations to the chef and his daughter Micol for the hospitality and experience you offered us!

08/02/2025: Vine aquí a mitad de semana con un grupo grande. Hicimos reserva, y el restaurante hizo frente admirablemente. Este es un restaurante muy bueno que ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. La comida es italiana y variada. No hubo quejas de nadie. Si vas a asistir a una conferencia en el centro MiCo y quieres un lugar local para una cena, este es un gran restaurante auténtico para visitar.

10/07/2024: The experience at this restaurant was, to say the least, grotesque. I entered on an evening when it was pouring and the place was empty: they asked me if I had booked and made me wait to check availability. So far nothing strange. After having made me sit at the table that they wanted to assign to me, I was brought the menu with the list of dishes offered at a cost that I could say was disproportionate for each course. I opted for the dish "Risotto Acquerello with squid ink, smoked butter, herbs and toasted hazelnuts": basically a risotto seasoned with a brackish green mush and pieces of hazelnuts, which I was told was excellent and I asked, how to customary, that it was very, very al dente. During the long and inexplicable wait, I was served an entrée that seemed to mimic molecular cuisine, so fashionable a few years ago. The unacceptable factor is that the rice was so overcooked that it formed a mush and the green mush had an unpleasant taste on the palate. The location, minimalist with some modern pieces, overall creates a kitsch environment. The very supportive staff treats customers with detachment and sufficiency. In this case I give one star because I can't put zero. Personally I found the whole thing unclassifiable.

03/03/2025: Siamo tornati da Rino perchè avevamo voglia di autentici sapori toscani. Abbiamo ordinato come di consueto un piatto di crostoncini di pane con fegatini( i miei preferiti , sempre deliziosi), delle freschissime e saporite pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale, dei tortelli con ripieno all'aglione e , per concludere , un altro loro piatto forte, il peposo.....così buono lo si mangia solo in Toscana! Tutte le volte che andiamo a mangiare in questa trattoria , rimaniamo soddisfatti e appagati per la qualità dei piatti , la gentilezza di Barbara e del suo staff, e la bravura dello chef Attila. Grazie , siete fantastici!!!

25/11/2024: Servizio lentissimo, cibo nella media, prezzi altissimi. Ristorante molto deludente e sicuramente molto molto caro! Non ci tornerò.
