I migliori ristoranti di cucina cucina toscana in Lombardia

10/07/2024: The experience at this restaurant was, to say the least, grotesque. I entered on an evening when it was pouring and the place was empty: they asked me if I had booked and made me wait to check availability. So far nothing strange. After having made me sit at the table that they wanted to assign to me, I was brought the menu with the list of dishes offered at a cost that I could say was disproportionate for each course. I opted for the dish "Risotto Acquerello with squid ink, smoked butter, herbs and toasted hazelnuts": basically a risotto seasoned with a brackish green mush and pieces of hazelnuts, which I was told was excellent and I asked, as usual, that it be very, very al dente. During the long and inexplicable wait, I was served an entrée that seemed to mimic molecular cuisine, so fashionable a few years ago. The unacceptable factor is that the rice was so overcooked that it formed a mush and the green mush had an unpleasant taste on the palate. The location, minimalist with some modern pieces, overall creates a kitsch environment. The very supportive staff treats customers with detachment and sufficiency. In this case I give one star because I can't put zero. Personally I found the whole thing unclassifiable.

28/04/2025: Come al solito… TOP. Era un po’ di tempo che non andavamo a trovare la LALLA e suo marito. Si mangia la Vera Cucina Toscana, e la carne…. La carne…. La vera Fiorentina, non la carne “taglio Fiorentina”…. LA VERA FIORENTINA!! Grazie, ogni volta che vengo a trovarvi, mi sento a casa.

05/09/2024: Ambiente tipico e piacevole nel cuore del Parco a Moggio. Pranzo di sabato 20 agosto in questo locale che conosciamo da vari anni- siamo in 4 commensali . Iniziamo con gli ottimi antipasti d'impronta toscana, poi scegliamo una "Fiorentina" da 1300 gr. (65 Euro/kg). Purtroppo non era livello qualitativo degli antipasti ed era circondata da blocchi di grasso (fotografati); in sostanza un delusione ! Ottimo il Chianti della casa. Probabilmente torneremo ancora alla "Puppola" ma non ordineremo mai più una "Fiorentina!

24/08/2024: Con amici abbiamo pranzato ottimamente. Antipasti con bruschette salsiccia e funghi, salumi misti e formaggi. Pappardelle al ragù e gran finale con grigliata di carne mista deliziosa. Servizio rapido ed efficiente. Super consigliato.
