07/05/2025: I was in this hotel with friends, from the beginning I was a little skeptical but I had to change my mind. The added value of this hotel in my opinion is the staff, from the breakfast staff to the restaurant staff to the cleaning staff, they were all extremely kind, welcoming, friendly and available for all our requests.
The hotel is impeccably maintained, the external areas are well-kept, the view is breathtaking, I would give the bathrooms a redevelopment but they told us that they are thinking of redoing them next year. The rooms are very large, bright and spotless. The flagship is the restaurant, fast, friendly, friendly but not intrusive service, an assortment of wines that you won't be able to choose. In conclusion, truly a pearl of a hotel, a little treasure chest to discover!
13/04/2025: Not only is the place and of course the structure fantastic🤩 but so are all the employees... As for the dishes, they literally make you 'get high/enjoyed' in every sense 😋😛

18/05/2025: Incredible personal service. We were greeted by the owner, who was cooking, and his father, who served us at 77 years of age, better than any of us.
Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, excellent location, and service that makes us want to return.

26/04/2025: We were disappointed after the good reviews. I think they are a victim of their own popularity and the service was a bit frantic. We had the mixed fried seafood dish which was distinctly average. The waitress forgot our bread until we were halfway through our meal. I would recommend giving other restaurants in the town a try.

26/05/2025: Trattoria discovered by chance during a family trip, a place with a breathtaking view and an interior truly cared for in detail. Courteous and attentive staff, exquisite food, from appetizer to dessert. I would gladly return if I were local or nearby. Great experience!
26/05/2025: Traveling around Sicily we came across this trattoria and obviously stopped for lunch. Everything was perfect, excellent quality food, clean and welcoming environment, young but very kind and cheerful staff, the owner very kind, honest bill. Excellent everything.

27/04/2025: I have been frequenting the La Vela restaurant for 15 years and every time it is a pleasure to return. Salvo and Laura, the owners, are extraordinary people: always friendly and approachable, they make every customer feel at home. The fish is always very fresh and the quality-price ratio is truly excellent, undoubtedly the best in Giardini Naxos. A place that I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food and have an authentic experience.

15/05/2025: Recomendamos su antipasto di mare como un stater, un desfile de platos de mariscos locales sicilianos. Porción muy generosa, así que básicamente esto es para que dos compartan. También teníamos platos de pasta a base de mariscos, simplemente eran deliciosos también. Junto con una botella de blanco gaseado de la casa, cervezas, la cuenta era muy razonable. Usted será recibido por un propietario encantador que habla inglés.
En mi opinión, Messina no es una gran ciudad para hacer turismo, pero fue una incidencia muy afortunada que encontramos esta encantadora trattoria. Todas las mesas estaban ocupadas por clientes locales distintos a nosotros, prueba de autenticidad segura.

15/05/2025: The owner had a great welcome and very helpful. We had a very enjoyable dinner. Lasagna just delicious. Carpaccio of swordfish starter and main of Octopus were excellent. We so much enjoyed to fun and place which is small and warm on a cold evening. Nice wine as well.

The black pork ragu was the fantastic! Giovanni and Kenny were great hosts and made sure the service was fab.

17/05/2025: Lunch on May 2nd on the seafront, under the straw hut that protected us from the raindrops. The food was decent, a little pricey, but we paid for the location. The highlight of this restaurant is its adorable, smiling waitress who makes a point of speaking French and trying to enrich herself with new expressions while taking the time to share with her guests. We say hello from France.
17/05/2025: What a fantastic experience at Gola! The atmosphere was truly great, warm and welcoming, perfect for a great time. And what about the food? A true delight! Every dish was delicious and carefully prepared. A big thank you to Alessia, our waitress, who was absolutely great, always smiling, attentive and very helpful. We will definitely be back!"

18/05/2025: We returned after a few years here at the IL PADRINO Restaurant in Forza d'Agrò, what can I say, we found it just as we left it....
Attentive, kind and polite staff.
Excellent food in quantity and also in quality. Only appetizers 25 euros (about 15 courses)
Appetizers and first course (3 first courses) 35 euros...
Complete with the second course 45 euros...
They bring you included in the price, water, bitters, limoncello, liqueur, sorbet, sweets, cannoli, fruit..... In short, what more do you want. .
I highly recommend.
Compliments for the availability and kindness that are priceless.

I recommend better organizing the seating management. (I'm a colleague)
Anyway, we ate well.
The raw seafood was good, the fried calamari was good but the portion was a bit small compared to the price and considering that it was a frozen product.
The service was very kind.
The only flaw was that the pretty girls next to us were offered limoncello and we were given nothing...

03/06/2025: The restaurant is nice enough although quite brightly lit in the evening which did give it an odd atmosphere. The waitress was charming and very helpful. However the food was disappointing. We had the sardine spaghetti (which was unbearably salty) and then another sardine and tomato linguine with breadcrumbs which was better, but still very salty. It wasn’t much better than what you could make at home with good ingredients. I did note that the people next to us also didn’t finish their meal as it was too salty. A shame as it was hyped up to be delicious.
02/06/2025: Pasta no better than what’s capable being made at home. The atmosphere and service do not make up for the quality of food.
