Il Ristorante Palladio è il miglior ristorante di Giardini Naxos. Su una terrazza panoramica con la migliore vista sulla baia, la chef Clara crea i più deliziosi piatti di carne e pesce utilizzando ingredienti biologici e locali. La sua cucina dovrebbe essere inserita nella guida Michelin. Il personale è molto cordiale e fa di tutto per offrire una cena perfetta. Tornerò sempre qui.

Posto carino. Personale cortese e professionale. Piatti di qualità anche se, forse, un po' troppo particolari. Aggiungerei qualche piatto "classico" di pesce sul menù. Prezzi sopra la media.

The only thing I regret having to give five stars is not being able to give six. We went here for a birthday and it was the best dinner of the holiday. The setting is beautiful and intimate with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from the center but away from the chaos and crowds. The staff is very kind and we were pampered all evening. But the part not to be missed is undoubtedly the food, with genuine ingredients and typical recipes reworked in a delicious way. The first ones are highly recommended. We will definitely be back, absolutely not to be missed if you have even just one evening in Giardini Naxos I recommend spending it here.

23/09/2023: Wir waren vor 10 Jahren hier essen. total renoviert. angenehme atmosphäre. frau vom besitzer und tochter kochen hervorragend. besitzer sehr freundlich. essen ala carte oder festes bauer menù. sehr zu empfehlen. unbedingt reservieren. hat neu jetzt auch b&b mit pool. nähe von castelmola nur mit auto erreichbar
14/07/2023: Location incantevole immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità assoluta, il locale si presenta impeccabile sia nella forma che nella sostanza.. il titolare ALBERTO persona simpatica e disponibile... la sua signora cordialissima ci ha deliziato con i suoi manicaretti! La passione in ciò che si fa paga sempre...ma bando alle ciance, il cibo: la freschezza primeggia su tutto! Antipasti cotti e crudi serviti in modo eccellente conditi ad ok! A farla da padrone sono il gusto della materia prima e non salse o oli per " camuffare"... primi gustosi e leggeri dove il pesce la fa da padrone!! Secondi perfetti sia come quantità che come qualità che non è mai mancata...il tutto contornato da ottimo vino, il locale dispone di varie etichette di qualità.. cmq il 🐓 ha cantato! È stato un piacere..

24/09/2023: I rarely gush about anything, let alone a restaurant but I loved this place and so did my wife. We are in our fifties and have had many holidays. We have never went back to a restaurant more than twice on any trip even when it was great. We visited this true gem 5 nights in a row, sampling something different from the menu at each visit. The food is exquisite, the service impeccable and the location, just off the main street was quiet and beautiful. This is a family business and they really take care to look after you. We were sad to leave Taormina and would truly return in order to come here again. We ate a Caprese. Spaghetti al vongole. Swordfish. Sicilian Orange salad. Sea bass. Spaghetti aglio,olio e peperoncino. Polpette with lemon. Lamb shank and potatoes. Raw prawns with Orange (sublime) casata, tiramisu. Prawns in a Marie Rose sauce with orange. Hazelnut semi fredo. Spaghetti with anchovies. Pasta alla Norma and much more. The wine list was varied and sensibly priced. The food was well priced. Superb.
17/09/2023: Went here initially on recommendation of our hotel (Villa Angela) and returned for a second time during our week in beautiful Taormina. Without a doubt our beast meal(s) during our stay , and there is lots of competition for good restaurants in the town!! . Beautiful setting, wonderful food and service . Burrata , steak and lamb shank come highly recommended. Good selection of local wines . Will DEFINITELY return .
