22/04/2025: Too expensive for the food. You eat under an awning and on one side they have made a wall with fake plants and stones that looks abandoned, all dirty. The octopus was really chewy, the dessert was practically all sponge cake with a hint of lemon cream inside, terrible. Grilled vegetables are good

21/04/2025: I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time, and I finally did. As soon as you cross the threshold, you are immediately surrounded by a warm and lively atmosphere reminiscent of Sicily, thanks to a setting full of wonderful colours. Each dish is a small work of art: well presented, full of authentic flavors and cooked with great skill. The only aspect to consider is the price, slightly above average, but largely justified by the overall quality of the experience.

13/04/2025: We arrived at around 11pm after watching a basketball match at the Palatiziano. They welcomed us very willingly, without putting pressure on us to eat and satisfying us in all our requests. Excellent service, the waiter was very kind to us. The price is honest.

17/04/2025: The arancini were good. However, the lady working on 16/April at night was extremely rude. I got there at 21:10 with my family and it was clear she was ready to close the store (closing time was 22:00). Most of the food was already removed from displays. There were only a few arancini options available left and were given to me cold. The worst part was how rude this lady was. She was even angry at us for walking into the store to spend money. We left quickly and then walked by the store again around 21:40 and the store was of course already closed 20 minutes earlier.

21/04/2025: I returned to Gensola after 7 years, the food was good, the environment was impeccable; for the service, except for the historic room manager (excellent person), I would chase away all the waiters, they serve with disdain and overflow into confidences NOT REQUESTED. I'll be back to report it in person

31/03/2025: A good place come on! Generous portions, average prices. Very good frying. The first one (clams and artichokes) didn't satisfy me at all. (the artichoke wasn't fresh and you can still find tasteless, washed-out clams today). If I had taken something else maybe I would have been 100% satisfied. I have eaten better pasta with clams than this one but nevertheless we can say that it is a good place and the food is good. There was a lot of choice. Must try!

18/03/2025: Absolutely top restaurant. I gave the ambience 5 stars. But point out that it is easy. I personally like it very much. In any case, very clean and incredibly tasty. Located inconspicuously on the street. When you enter, you feel comfortable.

02/04/2025: Always a great experience dining at Peroni. Good food and service as per tradition, very, very friendly. Returned after three months with a cheerful group: ate very well and had a lot of fun!

02/04/2025: Since it was our last night in Rome, I took my time to choose the restaurant. I was hoping for a cheap and tasty restaurant run by a major beer manufacturer, like Kirin City in Japan. As a result, I had to endure the pain of washing down my family's meals with water, feeling responsible for choosing the restaurant. The carbonara that my family was looking forward to was dry and the pasta was hard, and the cheek meat was a tough lump with a strong smell. (I couldn't swallow this, so I hid it in a piece of paper.) The amatori that I ordered had a sticky taste. Maybe it was a cheap tomato sauce? However, the atmosphere of the restaurant surpasses Kirin City. The beer is cheap and tasty. Depending on the menu, it may be the best value for money. I don't know though.

18/03/2025: Very nice people. I ordered takeout, and while I waited for my food, the owner offered me a glass of wine. Incredibly nice. Highly recommended!

09/03/2025: Cercavamo un ristorante per cena ma ci eravamo scordati che era sabato e in più festa della donna. Scoraggiati siamo tornati verso l'alloggio e ci siamo per caso imbattuti in questa trattoria. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ottimo il cibo . La cassata spettacolare. Personale molto professionale e cordiale. Lo consiglio

05/04/2025: The croissants were all very tasty. The first day we went there a few of the six were a little bit overdone but the second and third day we went back as the service was good and they were perfect. It’s mostly a local place so just be prepared to try and learn their system for ordering. The woman working was very nice and helpful the men not so much. In fact on our last day one of the men scoffed when I asked him why he was getting a different bag, then shorted me one croissant of my order of six and two donuts.
