19/08/2025: Generally, I find it excellent. This time, we left a couple of dishes unfinished. The food, however, is good. It has an outdoor seating area overlooking the street and an indoor seating area below. The cuisine is typical Sicilian, and most of the dishes are quite good.
18/08/2025: A guaranteed find in Prati. Fish, of course, reigns supreme. We've already tried several pasta dishes, all tasty and plentiful. The house bottled wine is also good.

31/08/2025: Probably the third time visiting this restaurant. The food is good the service informal but friendly, the atmosphere is noisy. What I like here is that you can walk in and easily find a table and have a variety of Roman dishes without special formalities.
The prices are decent and the portions too.
30/08/2025: This restaurant offers traditional Roman cuisine. The portions are generous, the food is tasty and well-seasoned, and the wait time is reasonable. Our waitress was punctual and efficient. The restaurant consists of several spacious rooms, each decorated with phrases in Roman dialect. Service is free, and prices are reasonable compared to the current average. For two, we spent €38 after eating an appetizer and a first course each, a dessert for two, and a half-liter of wine.

29/07/2025: Sé que estamos en Roma y la comida en Roma es excelente. Pero si quieres probar Sicilia mientras estás en Roma, este lugar es una necesidad.
Estaba indeciso para elegir entre aperitivos de marisco o mezcla de verduras sicilianas. Yo elijo lo segundo. El plato vino con aceitunas adobadas ITh , caponata , cubos de queso , ricotta : estaba delicioso. Vi la receta panelle , garbanzos fritos, un plato típico siciliano , pedí pocas piezas y me sorprendió lo buenos y lite que estaban .
Para el principal me fui con un plato original. Sarde beccafico: filete de sardinas rellenas de pan rallado, pasas , piñones.
Era un sabor a Sicilia , fresco , muy lite en paladar y excelente.
Por supuesto que tienen una amplia carta de otros platos sicilianos: no te decepcionará

04/07/2025: Decisamente consigliato questo raffinato ristorante di pesce con cucina siciliana.
Evidente la freschezza e genuinità del pesce, dalla bottarga al crudo, di diretta provenienza dall'azienda di famiglia nel Siracusano (Marzamemi).
Assolutamente consigliata la frittura di calamari e quella di latterini.
Buona la carta dei vini. Discreto il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Molto cordiale ed accogliente il proprietario nell'illustrare i piatti.

12/08/2025: I'm half Sicilian, and I've been coming here for years to buy the legendary Sicilian food. Despite being right in the center of town, right next to the university, the prices are moderately reasonable, especially since a typical Sicilian arancino with meat sauce costs €3.50, but it's definitely a complete meal, no need to add anything else! Not to mention the rest of the deli, from pizzas to panelle sandwiches... Exceptional in my opinion!
08/08/2025: The arancini rice was completely overcooked, the staff was ignorant and didn't say hello, and there was no receipt. Highly overrated, avoid.

30/05/2025: Good evening, I'm not the type to leave reviews but this time I can't help it, impeccable seafood restaurant, family atmosphere makes you feel at home, compliments to all the staff.
31/03/2025: A good place come on! Generous portions, average prices. Very good frying. The first one (clams and artichokes) didn't satisfy me at all. (the artichoke wasn't fresh and you can still find tasteless, washed-out clams today). If I had taken something else maybe I would have been 100% satisfied. I have eaten better pasta with clams than this one but nevertheless we can say that it is a good place and the food is good. There was a lot of choice. Must try!

21/08/2025: A lovely place nestled between Tiber Island and Trastevere. It's a shame that, like almost everything in the city center these days, it's a place exclusively for tourists who like to splurge.
Although the dishes are good, the price/quantity ratio is inversely proportional, so much so that the main courses cost the same as the first courses and almost the same as the appetizers. About €20 for less than 80g of pasta and 3 shrimp... OK if you're from Massachusetts, but my mistake, living here, I tried to trust a place "in the city center."
21/08/2025: We stood out like sore thumbs as asians, but the waiter was patient and even offered to help us split our dishes to 2 shared portions without extra costs. Food was great and atmosphere was fancy, but I would have definitely love to come here with a local.

21/06/2025: I have been frequenting this beautiful Sicilian place for years, where I find courtesy, professionalism and excellent food, the pastry shop what can I say... sublime! Today I tasted a very fresh shaken coffee, a real treat, made by the barista Mirko always very kind and friendly!
If you are in the Prati area you can't miss going to "Catanese" I highly recommend it!

12/07/2025: We stumbled upon this little shop by chance and were blown away by the food selection!
Typical Palermitan delicacies, such as bread and panelle, freshly fried arancini, and superb Sicilian cannoli.
The guy behind the counter was incredibly friendly.
We'll definitely be back.

06/09/2025: Driver's message left at 7:15 PM, pizza delivered at 9 PM... I called the restaurant shortly before delivery to report the delay and was answered by a rude lady who, without even letting me finish, told me that the driver had arrived on time and had Just Eat call me. I should point out that I didn't receive a call and that I was at home at the time indicated. Beyond this context, the rudeness added to the €2 extra written in hand on the receipt for the double delivery!!! I personally handed the €2 to the man, asking him to keep it for himself, but considering the inconvenience caused, the lack of politeness, and the questioning of a regular customer's word without even listening to her version of events, I will never order from this place again... €30 for three pizzas, perhaps even better, I'd rather spend it elsewhere.

Pigeons were flying everywhere. Above the bar tables, looking for food. Foreign staff who didn't even understand what I wanted to order.
