02/09/2025: I was there 2 days ago, on Sunday evening, and I am truly disappointed. When I arrived, I said hello and ask them politely to give me a table. (There were free tables, but I wanted to be polite and wait for them to give me a table) However, they did not say hello, did not give me a table, then I chose one, then they said that I should move to another table. Then two waiters (two men, one of them was black) were arguing and pointig to each other who should come to me and take my order. That was rude and disrespectful and I left without eating anything there. I came here, because I heard, that it is a good place, but a good place should not allow the waiters to be rude with the guests.

08/09/2025: Our waiter was great even though he refused to speak English 🤣 but the rest of the staff standing nearby were terrible. They kept staring at us and we didn't feel good at all. The restaurant is supposed to be "the better one" but they seated us in a place next to the sideboard, even though the restaurant was almost empty and I would say the rest of the waiters and maybe even the chefs spoiled the overall impression. The food was good, not special, but good.

07/09/2025: Restaurant located in the historic center of Alberobello We were warmly welcomed and served quickly. Aside from the appetizers (octopus with vegetables), the first courses were completely inedible. It was like eating boiled pasta thrown into a sauce without any proper blending. Not to mention the presentation of the dish, which was missing some of the ingredients listed on the menu. So, I recommend avoiding the gnocchi with zucchini blossom pesto, shrimp, and almonds.
