13/05/2026: A wonderful discovery, located on a busy street yet sheltered from the hustle and bustle. The food, the service, the premises—everything was impeccable, and the chef, in his colorful attire, certainly contributed to making the customers feel at ease. Highly recommended.

10/05/2026: I discovered Casa Nova Restaurant by chance, and I must say it was a wonderful surprise. From the outside, I absolutely couldn't have imagined such a large, well-kept, and charming place hidden beneath the trulli, right in the heart of Alberobello. The location is truly spectacular: evocative stone rooms, an authentic yet elegant atmosphere. Reading the menu, I discovered that it was once an old olive oil mill, and this history makes the place even more unique and charming. The food also won us over: delicious, well-prepared dishes with quality ingredients. A pleasant experience both for the cuisine and the unique atmosphere.
