07/06/2025: Even though we had booked, we had to wait a good half hour before sitting down. Average food, small portions, exaggerated prices, no menu to see the costs. We paid €18 for 3 meatballs and €15 for a small plate of gnocchi in an informal setting. What can I say? We thought it was more honest. The choice needs to be evaluated.

The dishes, abundant and of the highest quality, were always accompanied by spectacular presentations. Excellent value for money! We will return

03/06/2025: Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante molto incuriositi dalla fama del giovane chef che da poco ne ha rilevato la gestione. Siamo rimasti entusiasti per l'eccellenza in fatto di gusto e bellezza dell'impiattamento, opere d'arte che erano strabilianti come sapore. Direi una delle nostre migliori cene in assoluto. L'accoglienza poi è perfetta. Le ragazze sono gentili e si pongono con estremo tatto e considerazione verso il cliente. Di sicuro un posto che non puoi dimenticare ma vuoi rivivere in un connubio perfetto di qualità ed atmosfera

05/05/2025: It was the icing on the cake for a weekend dedicated to relaxation, culture, nature and obviously, thanks to Matteo, also good food. Cuisine characterized by typical local dishes, good, tasty and generous, accompanied by excellent wine from the Marche cellars. We were pleasantly impressed by the Le Scalette Restaurant so much so that it became our fixed point for our dinners and we will certainly return again next time. A concrete restaurant based on tradition and love, far from the impalpability of Milan's restaurants.

04/06/2025: Excellent restaurant! The dishes are varied, but all really high quality. I had the pappardelle with wild boar ragù, really delicious. For the second course a grill with potatoes and chicory.. but I wasn't able to take photos. The meat was really super. The place inside is large, very clean and welcoming. The staff is super kind and above all prepared. Unfortunately when we went there were baptisms or birthdays (I didn't understand well) and there was a lot of chatter and above all a lot of people coming and going. In any case I recommend this restaurant.

15/06/2025: I had dinner at Andrea for three nights in a row, that is, for my entire stay in Macerata for a conference. I booked the first night, I had such a good time, for the welcome of Andrea and his staff, always kind and ready to give advice, for the quality and variety of the food, for the wine pairing, and for the location, that I decided to have dinner at La Volpe e L'Uva for the following two nights too. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The aroma is inviting, the consistency is perfect, and the taste... simply delicious! A perfect mix of tradition and rustic flavor that recalls the dishes of the past. 20/06/2025: You eat well. There are the famous bauletti and gesuiti, tagliatelle with mushrooms, fried and grilled lamb. All good. Prices are normal

12/03/2025: Posto molto carino e adatto a famiglie con bambini. Piatti di qualità e porzioni abbondanti. Prezzi nella media, anzi bassi considerata la quantità. Personale gentile e servizio veloce.

22/02/2025: Avevamo provato recentemente questo locale che ci era stato consigliato da diversi amici e abbiamo ripetuto la scelta per il compleanno. Ottima accoglienza, ottimo cibo ed anche il vino sfuso di qualità eccellente (lacrima di Morro d’Alba). Tagliere di salumi e formaggi, con crostini e fritti, molto interessante, con prodotti di eccellenza . Primi buoni e grigliata fatta bene. Un consiglio …..di non esagerare con le porzioni: sono esattamente il doppio di quello che una persona normale mangerebbe. Siamo stati benissimo ed abbiamo speso il giusto (come in Romagna). Per l’estate è un posto FANTASTICO. BRAVI VERAMENTE. Probabilmente uno dei migliori posti di Ancona e dei più onesti. Complimenti. Torneremo
