Both the starters and the first courses are made with quality local ingredients but with bland flavours.

05/05/2024: A very good time with quality cuisine, especially compared to competing offers in Dolceacqua. Homemade bread and pasta, they were very good. The dishes are copious, in fact after primi and pasta we went straight to the dolce. The room staff is very friendly, answered all our questions and the staff also speaks French which can make things easier.
