Authentic flavors, fresh produce, generous and loving cuisine—nothing to complain about, it's exceptional. You feel good here, warm welcome, impeccable, smiling, and attentive service. It's the kind of place we'd like to keep secret, but which deserves to be known by everyone. Flawless from start to finish, congratulations to the entire team!

10/05/2025: Rare place. Because you really have to fall into it by chance (there are no offer posters outside and customer-catching waiters) but it is the best restaurant in the central Ostia Lido. Really good food, equally good wine. Welcoming. I will definitely come back

26/05/2025: This restaurant was reccommended to us by our Airbnb host and we were so glad we came here. Colline Emillane certainly earns its reputation as the best restaurant in Rome and we felt so lucky to get a reservation at this coveted Michellin-rated spot. I cannot say enough about just how high quality the food is. It is cooked to perfection with only the freshest ingredients. The pumpkin ravioli might be one of the most delicious dishes I have ever eaten in my life and the pasta's texture was mouth watering. I loved how manageable the portion sizes were; you get plenty of food, but not so much that you feel gross after and it tastes so clean. This restaurant was exactly what I pictured when I was planning an authentic and memorable Italian meal. I hope to return one day and experience this incredible food again. It was a welcome addition to our Italy trip and made our time there special! It was a privilege to eat at my first Michellin restaurant and it was well worth it!
