Located on the iconic Corso Manthonè, this gem stands out for its refined and innovative take on classic Abruzzese dishes.okok During my visit, I had the pleasure of savoring the Coniglio dei Prati di Tivo, a beautifully tender rabbit dish with fresh herbs that take you straight to the heart of the Abruzzo countryside. The Falsomagro di Vitello Stracotto was another standout — a slow-cooked veal roulade that’s perfectly balanced with a rich, flavorful sauce, offering a true taste of tradition. The Pallotte di Ricotta di Pecora — sheep ricotta meatballs — were heavenly, delicate, and full of flavor, making them a must-try for anyone fond of authentic regional dishes. In addition to these delights, the Tartare Beef prepared at the table is another exceptional dish that showcases the restaurant's attention to detail and fresh ingredients. 03/06/2025: I am reviewing after my second visit. I tasted both the daily special and the choice from the menu; on both occasions I appreciated an excellent choice of products and good preparation of the dishes. In the era of clownish cutting boards that you see around I say to you: go and try "la fellata" and then you will tell me. And if you like to play you will order with a smile the "maccaroni alla borbonica" only to then be amazed and immediately try to remake them at home. Small but not confusing environment (at lunchtime there are usually calm employees on their lunch break, in the evening a couple of children would be enough to "liven up" the evening). Bathroom in order. Attentive, fast and friendly service. And to finish and define the comment I say that the quality/price ratio is good, especially in relation to the general price increase that you see around; my 5 stars therefore derive from the perfect fit between what you expect from this type of place and what you actually find.

15/05/2025: Found by chance on the internet, because I was nearby and with great surprise we ate very well, the staff is very qualified and friendly, they were able to advise us very well on the house specialties, everything was excellent, exceptional meat, I highly recommend it, you will not regret it

La territorialità è al centro del progetto in cui Marilena e Paolo sono i nostri "ciceroni " nei sapori e nel gusto ! Ottima anche la selezioni dei vini del territorio ( eccellenze Italiane) . 24/05/2025: I was invited to an 18th birthday party, what can I say…SPECTACULAR!!! I highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent food, huge venue, but above all excellent staff. I want to thank Anna, Nadia, Mira and Valentina in particular, who satisfied all our requests with great professionalism and a smile on their faces. I would also like to thank Cristiano and Manuela for their kindness and availability. I will definitely be back

04/05/2025: The welcome from Antonio and his staff is always top notch.. and if you are lucky enough to arrive on a day that is not too crowded, it becomes an even more engaging experience.. familiar.. we look forward to popping in to eat outdoors.. moving on to the dishes, I would say that Antonio has given a precise identity to this restaurant, reworking the flavors of the area with personality. Abundant portions, no fear of having complex digestions thanks to the choice of raw materials.

23/04/2025: Waited an hour and a half to eat. I had already told my wife that if they didn't show up with the dishes within 10 minutes (for 3pm) I would get up and leave. They bring dishes with a kind of overcooked, watery tagliatelle with the shadow of artichokes. The baked potatoes, I think, were soggy in some sort of oil-diluted water(?) with a nice dried artichoke in the middle. Lady smoking hoping the smell would go towards the open side of the shed. Need I say anything else?

08/05/2025: Great find in my city! Large place, well looked after, excellent, delicious appetizers. The kebabs didn't make me crazy but the potatoes, done in two different ways, were delicious!
