11/02/2025: Se vuoi mangiare dell'ottima carne è il posto giusto. Carni di tutti tipi e non solo, ci sono ottimi primi piatti e salumi , formaggi e ottimi dolci fatti in casa. Posizionato su un colle sul mare di Casalbordino lungo la statale16 a pochi Km da Vasto e Lanciano. Personale cordiale e la proprietaria molto attenta alle esigenze del cliente. È da provare....

28/12/2024: Eight of us had dinner on a Friday evening. The arrival of the starter and taking the order were a bit slow, probably due to the high turnout, given that the place was very full. Despite this, the staff proved to be young, friendly and helpful, still making the experience pleasant. The Angus carpaccio, chosen as a starter, was good, light and satisfying, although not exceptional. Those who tried bruschetta and pallotte, however, were very satisfied, so much so that they finished them quickly. The parmigiana, although tasty, appeared a little unbalanced, with an excessive amount of mozzarella compared to the aubergines, making it heavier than expected. The menu, although not very extensive, offers varied choices. There are no specific gluten-free or lactose-free options, but dishes that do not contain these allergens are indicated at the end of the menu. The portions are generous, so it is advisable to pay attention to the starters, which are quite substantial. The restaurant is very spacious, with a welcoming atmosphere and suitable for both families and couples. The tables are well spaced, ensuring a certain privacy and comfort. The location is quiet and easily accessible on foot if you're staying downtown, but nearby parking can be difficult to find. In general, despite some slowness in service, the evening was pleasant thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and the kindness of the staff.

16/02/2025: Unwelcoming place, staff trained to buy even senseless things. Pasta with simple sauce which was priced at 8.50 on the price list, they considered the price of the elaborate version, unfairly charging €7 more on the receipt.

02/02/2025: Trattoria located in the historic center of Chieti Alta, very nice place inside with checkered tablecloths and glasses, carafes of wine that recall the real trattorias of the past, simple but traditional food, generous but good portions. “L’oste” was a little on his side, but the atmosphere was still that of a real trattoria: informal. Cheap prices. Abundant first and second courses, with water: 20 euros.

02/02/2025: Rapporto qualità prezzo terribile, davvero deludente il menu senza pietanze eccezionali e riuscite, anche piatti della tradizione non soddisfacenti. Prezzi davvero eccessivi anche dato lo squallore dell’ingresso del locale

A private room with a lit fireplace was reserved for us, the food was excellent with several courses also for vegetarians, all expertly prepared by expert hands. The service was impeccable, but also welcoming and fun! I would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon

12/01/2025: I would have many things to say about this farm, starting from the non-functioning POS, the reticence to issue a regular invoice, the small bottle of oil on the table with the flavor of artichokes in oil, or the "reheated" roast. Never again.
