04/05/2025: My absolute comfort place since I lived in Bergamo! Inside it is small and very characteristic, the scent of the food immediately makes your mouth water. When I order takeaway they are always very precise and punctual, the portions are generous, the owners are kind, friendly and helpful, the dishes are always good and hot and the ingredients are excellent and unique, with the possibility of composing your own box as you wish or choosing from their proposals. When I'm a bit down no one can take away Wok Street to cheer me up, absolutely the best discovery I could have made! I will continue to recommend it to everyone!!

13/03/2025: Delicious food, timely delivery (with Deliveroo). I have ordered from here several times already and have never been disappointed. The restaurant offers the possibility of eating on site, even if the place is very small and has few seats. The only flaw: once upon a time you could also order at lunch, now you can't anymore :'( Please, put the deliveries back at lunch too! Working from home, your Wok is perfect for the lunch break.

11/05/2025: We wanted to try Asian food again, but I was very disappointed. We had roasted duck with glass noodle salad. Service was friendly and quick, but... First, the glass noodle salad was served, which was cold. Later, the duck arrived with some unidentifiable brown sauce. The pieces of duck skin, with some meat and gristle attached, looked crispy, but were soft and tasted of nothing. Only the soy sauce on the table could add some flavor to the noodles and duck. Everything was cold, especially since it was served on ice-cold plates. There were no chopsticks. I was horrified when I paid at the counter. There was a young man, who could have been the son of the owner, busy preparing an ice cream dessert. He was clearly struggling to scrape the very last remnants out of unappetizing tubs of chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The ice cream leftovers didn't turn out as nicely round as expected, so they first had to be "rounded" with water in the cup provided for cleaning the ice cream scoop before being placed on the dessert plate. The waitress looked on friendly, as if it were perfectly normal. Too bad I didn't take a photo. Sorry, but this is completely unacceptable! I think if food inspection were involved, the Pearl of the Orient would have to close down. Otherwise, the Pearl was busy; other guests seemed to enjoy the food, and the prices were reasonable. Wir wollten mal wieder asiatisch speisen, doch ich wurde sehr enttäuscht. Es gab geröstete Ente mit Glasnudelsalat. Bedienung freundlich und schnell, aber ... Zuerst wurde der Glasnudelsalat serviert, der ware dann kalt, als später die Ente mit etwas undefinierbarer brauner Sauce auf den Tisch kam. Die Stückchen von Entenhaut mit etwas Fleisch und Knorpel dran, sahen knusprig aus, waren aber weich und schmeckten nach nichts. Nur die Sojasauce auf dem Tisch konnte etwas Geschmack den Nudeln und der Ente geben. Alles war kalt, zumal auf eiskalten Tellern serviert wurde. Essstäbchen gabs nicht. Entsetzt war ich beim Bezahlen an der Theke. Dort war ein junger Mann, könnte der Sohn des Hauses sein, damit beschäftigt, ein Dessert aus Speiseeis zu richten. Er kratzte mit deutlicher Kraftanstrengung die allerletzten Reste aus unappetilichen Eisbehältern mit Schoko- und Vanilleeis heraus. Die Eisreste wurden nicht so schön rund wie erwartet, also mussten sie zuerst im für die Reinigung des Eislöffels bereitstehenden Bechers mit Wasser "rund" gemacht werden, um sie dann auf dem Desserteller zu platzieren. Die Bedienung schaute freundlich zu, als wäre das so ganz normal. Schade, dass ich kein Foto gemacht habe. Sorry, aber so etwas geht überhaupt nicht! Ich denke, wenn hier die Lebensmittelkontrolle dabei wäre, dann muss die Perle des Orients erst mal dicht machen. Im Übrigen war die Perle gut besucht, andern Gästen scheint es zu schmecken, die Preise waren günstig.

22/05/2025: Oggi a pranzo sono stata con mia mamma e la mia bambina di 7 mesi. Appena arrivata ho chiesto olio e grana per condire la pappa della mia bimba, mi è stato risposto che il grana non c’era e quando ho chiesto un po’ di Philadelphia (considerato che viene usato per gli uramaki) mi è stato risposto dalla signora in cassa che le cose per la pappa me le devo portare da casa e che non me l’avrebbe data, il tutto con una maleducazione incredibile. Non mi è mai capitata una cosa del genere.

22/04/2025: I have been passionate about sushi and sashimi for over twenty years, when in Milan there were only very few (and very expensive) places to eat it. Since I discovered this place, I can't find anything better. It happens that you go out with friends who take you to other places where "you eat like God". Then I bring them here and they never leave... The ultimate all you can eat in town!

22/04/2025: The best sushi in Milan, Eric and his family are very kind and friendly, the food is fresh and super tasty. Not a thousand poorly made dishes but a selection of quality dishes. Highly recommended: shrimp and vegetable udon and uramaki mango ebiten

03/06/2025: So very nice place with lots of parking. Very nice staff but very disorganized. I ordered the dishes and they arrived at the other tables; to not be too much of a pain in the ass we waited 30m before pointing out that I was missing 4 dishes. Too bad because the quality is there

10/05/2025: You eat a lot for little. I recommend the soy spaghetti with vegetables and the beef with peppers and spicy sauce. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is cozy.

20/04/2025: It was great to have a nice selection of veg dishes after all the carbs we had been eating. Many great vegan options though I didn't like the tofu. All the vegetables I had were quite savory and very welcome.

27/05/2025: As always, excellent Cantonese food, the dim sum are truly exceptional and highly recommended (we go there to eat only those), excellent service, kindness and professionalism. However, they have increased the prices considerably in recent times. For two with a bottle of "still" wine we spent €80 for lunch, without coffee or desserts.... It is still one of the best in the area.

22/05/2025: Excellent food with ingredients that seem to be of good quality and truly prepared in many particular ways. Efficient and effective booking system, simple to use and precise in taking reservations. Kind and helpful staff. Fast and precise service. Clean environment and really well cared for in the details. The only pub against: perhaps just a little too close to the tables to sit.

20/04/2025: 7 of us came for an informal dinner with friends. The food was of excellent quality and arrived quickly but the important and particular part was obviously the moment of cooking the food. You can choose from 1 to 4 broths in which to cook the food you order and we found it to be a very fun dynamic. It can quickly become a bit chaotic but if you are not looking for a refined and elegant dinner that's fine. Super recommended for those who want to try hot pot with friends in a simple, informal way. Excellent prices (which depend on what you want to eat) and top service. Very kind staff.
