YANG Asian Restaurant In Costa volpino

Very welcoming place, and I've always had a good experience with the food (never had any problems). The only downside is that if you linger a little after 2 PM, you'll immediately see them looking at you as if they could shoot laser beams from their eyes to evaporate you. The same goes for the waitress who starts clearing away under your nose even while you're still eating... not to mention the kitchen, which mysteriously stops putting anything out after that time unless prompted by the tables... Something I see happening more and more often; it wasn't like this in the first few years. If for work reasons I can only arrive by 1 PM, I'll consider other sushi restaurants in the area (of which there are plenty). It's a shame, I understand the guys are in a hurry to close for the evening shift, but at least change the lunch closing time to 2:30 PM instead of 3 PM. I rarely go there in the evening, but I haven't noticed these movements. Perhaps because there's a manager present? I'm making an adjustment due to the recent changes to the entire facility, including the staff working in the dining room. I no longer feel the need to clear the table early, and I'm grateful for the response. See you soon!

Modern and clean environment, welcoming service and good and well presented food

I've been there several times since it reopened, and the atmosphere has improved significantly. Unfortunately, I have to say that although the service is always excellent and very fast, I preferred the quality offered before the renovation. The selection of dishes is very wide, but I find the portions excessively small, which on the one hand allows for more tastings, but on the palate they don't satisfy 100%. Perhaps for my personal taste, there are too many sauces that have the same taste... Despite this, I will definitely return because, certainly, combining cleanliness, location, and service, it is a very nice place and all in all you have a good time.

Hands down, the best ACE sushi in the area (and certainly beyond). A must-visit. Excellent menu, including some delicious truffle dishes. Reservations are recommended.

All-you-can-eat sushi with a tablet to order. Excellent quality, fast service. Only note: the nigiri and hosomaki are smaller than usual, but still good, so you can try multiple dishes (the menu is very extensive) before you're full. I'll definitely be back.

A very welcoming and impeccably clean restaurant. The food and fish are delicious, made with fresh ingredients and perfectly plated. The only flaw is that the waiters rarely smile, several dishes from the online menu are missing, and the desserts are very limited. Excellent value for money. I returned after the reopening and must say that the service has significantly improved. The atmosphere is very refined and pleasant, the food and fish are excellent, and the value for money is good, considering they don't charge a cover charge. The desserts are exceptional. My compliments.
