15/03/2026: We had lunch at this place and were very satisfied. The food was excellent, the atmosphere pleasant, but special mention must be made of all the staff: very competent and kind, a real added value. Congratulations!

15/03/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times and have always had a great time, but last night, mmm. Let's start with the positive things I've always found at Birra e Brace: the waiters, always knowledgeable and very kind. Moving on to the food: excellent burgers, and I have to say that I think they've improved on the pinsa (I used to find them acceptable, but now they've introduced more unique and truly delicious flavors). Last night, the pinsa arrived in record time (fantastic), but the person at the table who had the burger arrived after the rest of us had all finished... we mentioned this several times, and when it came time to pay, we hoped she'd at least give us a discount on that dish, but the owner (I think she is) initially pretended not to know anything, then, when we insisted, she gave us a small discount of not even a €2. Oh, and on top of all this, since we booked with The Fork, we were already expecting a 20% discount that wasn't applied. We realized this later when we read the receipt, but we were angry and didn't want to go back to that place (before anyone says anything: we told them we were with The Fork). Thanks for ripping us off. This one also says, "Oh, but didn't I even offer you any bitters to apologize?" "Oh no"... do you think you did? Not even! Hahaha, who are you kidding!? The previous owner was kinder and more attentive to the customer.

05/11/2025: So far, I've only used takeout, but I've ordered several times by pre-ordering on their website, where they offer discounts of up to 20% on orders over €20. The food quality is good, based on what I've tried so far, with very generous portions.

03/04/2026: Sticky rice, Philadelphia cheese that tastes like freshly killed goat, salmon with pieces of skin embedded in it. High expectations but totally disappointed, and to top it off, burnt coffee! €35 for a crazy dinner.

07/04/2026: The waitresses were incredibly rude, rolling their eyes, practically throwing the food in our faces, and clearing the table before we'd even finished eating. Except for one gentleman who was quite nice. The Chinese food was like everywhere else, nothing special.

20/04/2026: I often order it for takeout, and it's become a must. One of the best sushi I've ever eaten: excellent quality, everything fresh and carefully prepared. It always turns out well, and it's always a guarantee when I'm craving truly well-made sushi. Highly recommended!

16/03/2026: If you come here for sushi, the selection is rather limited: mostly salmon and little else. There's a buffet where you can help yourself as much as you like, and overall the selection is good, but I wouldn't call it varied. Probably, partly to keep the prices low, the sushi selection isn't very varied.
