15/11/2025: One word: flawless!!!! We celebrated our son's first birthday...we made a great impression, congratulations from everyone!! Salvatore was available from the start, with everything...the menu, the decor, the guests...that day he delighted us with his cooking, everything was truly delicious, so good that we don't have photos of the dishes...but for the first time ever...we celebrated an event without wanting to change a thing about how it went! A perfect day!! That's what happens when you deal with people who love their work!!!!

24/04/2026: I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at the venue for their great professionalism and helpfulness. I had booked for my son's 18th birthday, but unfortunately, about a month before the event, I was forced to cancel for personal reasons. I found them to be extremely understanding and honest. A special thanks to Mrs. Erika and the manager Gennaro, who were extremely kind and helpful, handling the situation without any problems and even refunding the deposit. At a difficult time for me, their human and professional attitude truly made the difference. I recommend this venue not only for its event planning, but above all for its professionalism and customer service. Thank you

23/05/2026: Immersed in the scents of flowers...the Masseria overlooks the lake with Capri in the background...we ate wonderfully...the freshest fish cooked by the talented chef Gabriella...all surrounded by a cool breeze that relaxes the thoughts...we will return soon Masseria Sardo

19/05/2026: In April, I celebrated my daughter's baptism at Masseria Sardo on Lake Averno, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When booking, I had clearly explained to the owner that I had dietary restrictions and was unable to consume cow's milk. She was very accommodating, reassuring me that she would use buffalo mozzarella and goat's or buffalo milk products so I could eat peacefully during the reception. On the day of the event, however, the venue was completely overrun with hundreds of people for a picnic/brunch organized in the gardens. The lake was practically inaccessible, the parking lot was completely full, and we were forced to park far away, traveling along an inconvenient and impassable road to reach the entrance. Even on the terrace, there were so many people that we guests couldn't even sit down immediately, having to wait standing. The biggest disappointment came at lunch: I realized that nothing had been prepared that had been agreed upon regarding my dietary needs. When I asked the owner for an explanation, she unprofessionally replied that "the problem was my own," that she "couldn't cook for everyone without cow's milk," and that I should simply eat vegan. I find it extremely unfortunate to promise attention and solutions during the reservation process, only to completely ignore them on the day of such an important event. A real shame, especially considering the special occasion we were celebrating.

25/12/2025: We spent our Christmas Eve there with our extended family, and it was truly amazing. The large room was entirely dedicated to us, with excellent food, attentive drink service, and outstanding hospitality throughout the evening. We are very grateful to the staff for their kindness, dedication, and professionalism. Thank you so much for making the evening so special.

05/12/2025: Drink prices are insane, even for a pub. Among the most expensive and disgusting coffees I've ever had. The waitress spilled some of the coffee and didn't even bother to give me a discount. Last time, the coffee tasted like a corpse; the smell was literally that of a rotting body. I suspect hygiene issues; so if the problem persists, I'll contact the NAS.

19/03/2026: Terrible experience. I ordered two pizzas for delivery and was truly disappointed. The "White Margherita" had only two thin basil leaves on top, almost invisible. Totally unimaginable. Even worse was the pizza with fries, bacon, and cheddar: I was charged the same as a Tyrolean pizza, therefore significantly more expensive, for no valid reason. A complete rip-off. Finally, the "receipt" I received was not a tax receipt, but simply the order receipt, which is absolutely incorrect. I'm also attaching photos to show the true quality. I do not recommend it.

08/06/2026: We were welcomed by Germano and spent a delightful evening enjoying excellent food and live music on a Friday night. The staff and food were top-notch. We'll definitely be back 👌🏻

31/05/2026: We stopped at this pub because of the excellent reviews, and we can only confirm them. I tried their cheesesteak with parmigiana, which was delicious. The atmosphere is classic and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends. The exceptional value is especially noteworthy: generous portions and top-quality ingredients at more than fair prices. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended! Reservations are recommended.

20/03/2026: I had a gluten-free Neapolitan pastiera today. It was really good. I recommend it to all celiacs. It's great for breakfast, as a snack, or after meals. I've never had such a delicious gluten-free dessert. A non-celiac wouldn't recognize it.

17/05/2026: A Sunday literally ruined!!! Mediocre tasting house appetizers, 4 inedible first courses that were worth throwing away, but the most disgusting thing was seeing the owners smoking in the dining room as if there was no tomorrow, in the presence of children and pregnant people, a nightmare!!! We will never go back!!! Extremely high prices: 4 mixed appetizers, 4 disgusting first courses, a bottle of wine, a coke on tap, 4 waters €340!!! Everything was a nightmare!!!!!!

02/02/2026: RUINED SUNDAY We had booked this restaurant for a family Sunday to celebrate my daughter's graduation, having just returned from Milan. Having fond memories of the place, I called ahead to specifically ask if they catered to celiac disease and lactose intolerance. The answer was clear: "Yes, no problem." Once we arrived, however, the situation was the opposite. When ordering, we mentioned the intolerances and were arrogantly told: "You can sort it out yourself, just avoid what you see on your plate." When we asked for specific ingredients (since butter and dairy products aren't always visible), we received rude and superficial replies, demonstrating complete ignorance on the subject. Result: my daughter was only able to eat an octopus salad. Added to this was the truly sloppy service: a bottle of wine ordered from the menu wasn't available, the alternative was poured directly into glasses without tasting, and one of the glasses even contained water, which the wine was carelessly poured into. Meanwhile, other diners were served appetizers of questionable quality, while my daughter received none. When we asked for gluten-free bread, we were told they "never bought it." At that point, we asked for the bill (€130) and left. The problem isn't the price, but the unacceptable way they treat customers, especially when it comes to allergies and intolerances. We had called ahead precisely to avoid this, but the restaurant demonstrated utter superficiality and disrespect. I almost never write negative reviews, but I do so to spare others this terrible experience. Ignorance, incompetence, and arrogance ruined our Sunday. Absolutely avoid.

12/05/2026: Now a regular for both lunch and aperitifs. The staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. A wide selection of wines and a relaxing atmosphere.

To enter the venue, you must pay a €6 fee converted into the venue's currency, which translates to 3 SLYs that can be spent in the bar and "restaurant" areas. However, this ploy distracts the customer's attention from the receipt, which clearly isn't provided. After gaining entry, you quickly realize the second challenge: seating availability. The venue is spread across small areas, meaning there's very little seating and comfortable dining options. Having already paid the "tax" at the entrance, you're forced to stay, as the currency conversion isn't refunded if requested upon exit. The staff isn't very attentive to customers; even if you manage to get a seat, ordering is a real struggle. Even after calling back several times, no one bothers to serve you; it almost feels like the customer has to chase the staff. On top of this, if you're lucky enough to be heard, once you've finished your order, the staff will take everything from your table without asking, literally rushing by. The price factor certainly doesn't help; just consider that a Parisienne or a Coke costs 2 SLY, or €4, and the products listed in the bar area with a lower price (i.e., 1 SLY, for example, a coffee or cappuccino) aren't actually available. Furthermore, the room where the foosball and pool tables are located requires a fee; there's no "concession" even though you pay for access blind. This is constructive criticism; it's not intended to discredit the concept, but these are areas where we need to improve.
