From our first meeting, we felt a sense of tranquility, conveyed by the knowledge and expertise of those who know their craft. The in-house wedding planner helped us navigate the myriad of choices we had to make, from the table settings to the flowers, to the organization of the ceremony and party, ensuring we could experience such a significant event with the utmost relaxation. We immediately established a relationship of trust with Pasquale and his staff, ensuring our day was exactly what we imagined. The location is enchanting, the view is priceless, the food was excellent, and despite having guests of all ages, the evening was a blast for the young and the older parents and relatives alike. We received compliments from everyone, and we can only pass these compliments on to the Villa and its staff for making our day magical.

11/06/2025: A great shop for finding rare items. They ship quickly and the materials are carefully selected and in very good condition. I placed a couple of orders with them from Spain and everything was perfect. The only downside is the high shipping costs.

20/09/2025: Terrible food: salty first course, fried fish incorrectly breaded with a few tiny shrimp, partially breaded calamari, and questionable quantities. We were served by a waiter who should change his job, as he offends many in the industry. I'VE NEVER SEEN A RESTAURANT THAT USE NO PARSLEY, only "basil." Seafood risotto without parsley. STAY AWAY, they only care about money.

20/09/2025: When I chose to dine at the "A Casa Mia" restaurant, I expected a welcoming experience, perhaps with a genuine flavor, just like what you'd expect from home cooking. Instead, I found myself on a gastronomic journey in reverse: from mediocre to indefensible, passing through tragicomic. It began with a forgettable appetizer. A taste devoid of personality, which already hinted that the evening wouldn't be memorable. But the real apotheosis of bad eating began with the first courses, and it was here that the evening veered decidedly toward the grotesque. Paccheri with seafood arrived in a disharmonious and aggressively salty mess. The creaminess? Absent. The dish seemed to have emerged from a "worst amalgamation of the year" competition. At checkout, I ask the owner for an explanation, and he replies with disarming confidence: It's normal for them to be a little salty, there's seafood... a statement that, honestly, is an insult to anyone who's even accidentally read the Little Chef's Manual. Because yes, we all know: salt must be measured carefully, especially when working with naturally salty ingredients like seafood. But it doesn't end there. Two first courses—one for an adult, the other for a child—were completely forgotten. The result? A 30-minute wait while everyone else had already finished eating. Apologies were forthcoming, of course, but given such a poor service, they were the bare minimum. And then the other first course arrives: a seafood risotto, which, on the nose and in the mouth, was more reminiscent of the "scent of the sewer" than that of the sea. Watery rice, with a few scattered mollusks and pieces of cuttlefish thrown in haphazardly, as if the kitchen had exhausted all its culinary ambitions. We'll end on a high note with the fried fish: 8 (very small) calamari and an army of mediocre small fish, served in a bath of oil. Forget about crunchiness or lightness: this is pure colatura, greasy enough to make you long for the worst fast food joints. A shame, really. Because the historical context and location deserved much better. More attentive cuisine, more attentive service, and a minimum respect for the basics of fine dining. Conclusion? "A Casa Mia" is much better. And as for this restaurant, a careful review of the quality of the ingredients, preparation techniques, and service is not only desirable. My advice: forget it.

27/07/2025: Good, traditional cuisine with fresh ingredients, beautifully cooked. With their set menu, it's impossible not to leave this restaurant satisfied. They only have a limited number of seats to ensure good service and delicious food. We really appreciated the care and patience the entire staff gives to their customers.

16/09/2025: Best pizzeria in town! I absolutely loved the typical neapolitan pizza, the ingredients were fantastic. The prices are pretty low for the high quality of ingredients. I really liked the homemade tiramisu. Absolutely delicious!

05/09/2025: The seafood linguine was excellent, along with good coffee and homemade limoncello made by a guy from Pozzuoli. The service was attentive and very friendly, and the atmosphere was family-friendly. If I go back to Pozzuoli next time, I know where to eat. :)

21/06/2025: As a non-Italien speaking wine enthusiast, I would not recommend this spot. Our waiter didn’t know any English hence the communication was complicated and I received a rather mediocre wine without learning anything about it. Apart from that the experience was good, we had delicious snacks and the waiter was kind and quick. Would come back but maybe not in order to dive into the local wine culture.

Its simple setting evokes typical Neapolitan moments and phrases from everyday life, and the owner is helpful and polite. A highlight is the gluten-free menu, identical to the regular menu. Worth considering if you're in the area.

For me, 'A marenna 'e Mamma' is one of those places. Indeed, it's the place where Neapolitan tradition comes back to life, even in a gluten-free version. As soon as you walk in the door, you realize that everything here is made with love. Nothing is artificial; there's true passion, the kind you feel in the gestures and in the smells wafting from the kitchen, that aroma that takes you back in time to family Sundays. We start with the appetizers, and right there you know you're in the right place. The savory pizzas, the rustici, the fried pizza, the arancini, the gattò, and so many other delights that taste like home. But the moment when everything stops is when the genovese arrives (this is just one of the options on the menu). Tradition in its purest form. And then the meatballs and the pork chop (another option on the menu), capable of bringing back a distant memory and making you say, "Here it is, this is the flavor I was looking for." Behind every dish are Veronica's expert hands, hands that cook as if they were preparing lunch for their own family. And then there's Peppe, who welcomes you like a long-awaited friend. He pampers you, tells you stories, makes you feel part of a big family. And just when you think you can't ask for more, dessert arrives: the Bounty spoon cake. An explosion of flavor, and it's there that you realize there's always room for happiness. The place is a little gem, every detail speaks of Naples and its history. But the truth is that A marenna 'e Mamma' is more than just a trattoria. It's a journey into the heart of tradition. It's an experience made of memories of lost flavors, of the typical Neapolitan cuisine that represents our identity. I found all of this here. And it's not easy to explain: you have to experience it, sit at the table, and let yourself be moved. See you next time, guys.
