A gluten-free paradise with a huge heart! Finding a restaurant that offers true gluten-free cuisine is one thing, but finding a place where you don't have to sacrifice anything, from appetizer to dessert, is an absolute rarity. ​Here, you're spoiled for choice: the fresh bread, the first and second courses are spectacular, and the dessert selection will leave you speechless (finally, not the usual fruit salad or packaged panna cotta!). Everything is prepared with complete safety, without any worries, but above all, with a quality and flavor that leaves you feeling like you're missing traditional cuisine. You'd eat everything even if you weren't celiac! ​What makes the experience truly unforgettable, however, is the owner. A fantastic, down-to-earth, welcoming person with a passion for his work that shines through in every detail. He makes you feel at home from the first moment, chatting with the smile and authenticity of an old friend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ During our sightseeing tour, we stopped at Amarenna EMamma – and it was absolutely worth it! The trattoria immediately caught our eye from the outside, and the interior surpassed even our first impression: very charming, lovingly decorated, and with a truly cozy atmosphere. We especially want to highlight that they offer many, and even 100%, gluten-free dishes – a real highlight and anything but a given. The espresso was excellent, and the food completely won us over. We'll definitely stop by again next time. We'll be back!

I had a gluten-free Neapolitan pastiera today. It was really good. I recommend it to all celiacs. It's great for breakfast, as a snack, or after meals. I've never had such a delicious gluten-free dessert. A non-celiac wouldn't recognize it.
