27/09/2025: Saturday evening at 11:30 PM, 30 minutes spent wandering around the parking lot, with zero—I repeat, zero—results. Organization was lacking due to the unlimited entry. Cars were constantly coming and going despite the inaccessibility.

25/09/2025: Ercolano is a small town just on the outskirts of Naples which is where the roof garden lounge bar is located. Our hotel restaurant was closed so we ended up heading here following a recommendation from some fellow guests. When you get up to the top floor you can clearly see why people flock here as the views over Naples, particularly at sunset are incredible. But it stops there. Food was basic and uninspiring but what was most galling was that upon asking for the cheese and meat board we were told that it was not available. You can imagine our frustration therefore when a table of clearly locals turns up two platters of cheese and meat boards mysterious appear. They clearly see tourists coming here and the pizza that was recommended to us by our rude server as an "amazing, incredible local delicacy" looked like something that had been bought from a supermarket and cooked only 5 minutes earlier. If you're visiting from out of town, avoid this place.

28/09/2025: I'd give it 0 stars for several reasons: 1. We booked at 9:45 PM and arrived at 10:30 PM. It's Saturday, so that's fine. 2. The table is unstable and unset. Oh well, that's okay. 3. After ordering, they still don't set the table, and only after we asked did they finally bring us drinks without opening the Coke for us, so we continue to wait for drinks. Oh well, that's okay. 4. An hour passes, and after asking several times where the pizzas were, we're told they're in the oven. The truth?! The order had just arrived because, according to them, they'd had a problem with the oven. So not only did people who arrived after us eat first, but we also left without eating (we left the pizzeria at 10:30 PM until 11:55 PM). I appreciate the attempt to make things right, but the management absolutely needs to be reassessed, as well as the wait staff. Obviously I strongly advise against it!

27/09/2025: BAD decision to book here! After waiting half an hour past our reservation time, they finally seated us at a table, only to ask us to leave shortly afterward to seat other people who claimed to have arrived first. In reality, they were seating customers without any criteria or respect. Whether the pizza is good or not, what matters most is the respect and dignity of the customer. A word of advice: learn to manage people better!

03/06/2025: The pizza reminded me of an 80s style: the idea of ​​the star shape for the pizza of the same name is interesting, with different flavors on the tips, but the flavor is confusing and the whole thing is too heavy. The dough is hard to digest and deserves more attention. Positive note for the crocchè, good and offered at a really competitive price.

I order a coffee and it's one of the best coffees I've ever had, accompanied by a glass of water as cold as the air this morning and a warm sfogliatella mignon and... K to ddic affa'... very fresh!!!! I ask for the bill... €1.20. It's a beautiful day that I invite you to experience at Granhattan del Granatello in Portici!!!

11/05/2025: Great place with a view at the sea and Napoli. We ordered a board of salami and cheese and it was delicious, very good quality. Drinks were.also very nice and fairly priced. The waiter spoke perfect English. It was a highlight of our trip, thank you!

04/09/2025: The waiters were professional and friendly, and the place was nice. But I ordered a €15 sandwich with a small, dry burger. I asked for fresh provolone in addition to the cheddar. They took the cheddar off and added a slice of cheese. Horrible experience. Extremely high price and poor quality.

17/08/2025: Very welcoming place, the waitress was super kind and dressed decently (not like the other waitresses at other pizzerias). Every now and then she might even accommodate a child with a "special" pizza request. The pizza was very delicious and top notch! The dough rose: excellent; the buffalo mozzarella: treated perfectly and very juicy. And I must say, the ingredients weren't bad either. Now let's talk about the place. The place is small but super beautiful with photos of Vesuvius and the bathroom with a door that represents it! The air conditioning is incredibly cold, in fact I had a great time because it was scorching hot. Keep it up guys. You are special and have a heart that I wish I had too! ❤️

24/08/2025: Terrible experience! Pizzas for home delivery ordered in person at 5:00 PM The person who received my order and checked it said the delivery would be made between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM. I called at 8:45 PM to follow up, and they told me they'd already left for delivery. I called back at 9:00 PM, and they told me to be patient because it's Saturday and there are a lot of deliveries to make. I called again at 9:15 PM, and they said they'd probably misplaced the order and if I repeated the order, they'd deliver it as soon as possible. At this point, I told them I no longer needed the pizzas. Before offering a service, organize it!

10/09/2025: I ordered two poke bowls and they arrived like this.... I even had to throw it away because from what you can see in the photos, I think it fell on the floor and was put back in! Terrible home delivery service!!! The courier left the bag and left... I'm attaching a photo.

30/08/2025: Ever since I tried Pokeria's poke bowl, I can't live without it; I have to order it at least once or twice a month. They use the freshest ingredients and always have a wide selection on the menu so you can customize your poke bowl, which is very filling and tasty. Both the restaurant and the takeout service are very efficient and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend it; it's one of the best!
