15/02/2025: Ein fantastisches Restaurant mitten im Herzen von Portici. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und ohne den tollen Parkservice vom Restaurant selber, wäre es nicht einfach gewesen. Das Ambiente ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle von uns gewählten Speisen waren vorzüglich, Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut. Auf den Fotos ist zu erkennen wie fein und präzise in der Küche gearbeitet wird. Ein Erlebnis, welches wir gerne wiederholen.

20/03/2025: This is a great little place. We always stay in Portici when we visit Naples, and this is where we buy our pizza. They don't do eat in any more but the takeaway is delicious, crisp and hot. And the service from the friendly lady is amazing. Often she throws a few extras in too!
11/01/2025: But even if they paid me gold, I wouldn't order from this pizzeria run by 3 runaways who in my opinion should do a completely different job, like growing courgettes. Now after 2 hours of delay I am waiting for an order that I will never accept and for which the countess insulted me on the phone because I asked to cancel it

20/08/2024: Excellent pizza to take away! Better than the famous places!
But people complain that the lady at the checkout is very nervous, I don't know why....unbelievable stuff! Maybe with an order number you would feel better?!
After all, so many customers, so much work,
It would take a little patience and a smile which fortunately you find in the rest of the staff.
But there is a remedy for that!
17/08/2024: The pizza chef is good but unfortunately the owners are the real problem. The lady at the cash register, once you have received the receipt and collected the money, doesn't care very much about who comes first and who comes after, leaving you to get killed along with the other customers. THE TECHNOLOGY IT COULD HELP YOU A LOT... nothing complicated, just put a dispenser for the numbers and you're done... but unfortunately change is never welcome... place to avoid!!!

With all our sincerity they literally sucked for the money paid
for each toast I expected a high-quality product
I highly recommend this place.

07/09/2024: Unserious staff we ordered at 5.30pm to have the pizzas at 8.30/8.45pm which arrived at 10.30pm with 3000 calls. Being made fun of by the owner who answered us is coming 10 seconds and it's up to you. The gummy daisy that if you bring it to school you can cross out on the wrong order sheet. Never to be called again
18/08/2024: We ordered via just eat. Immense waiting times, we called several times and they told us it's coming it's coming.....from 9pm we waited until 11pm...it was worth the wait...burnt and rubbery pizzas, inedible to say the least.. ...never again.

23/02/2025: The most expensive pizza I have ever eaten in Campania, the pizzeria is one of the classic take-away ones but with a small room located about ten meters away from the main building, with about 20 seats, the service is not bad, the fried food (zeppl' is panzarott') is acceptable, the pizza is digestible, but the prices, Ouch... from the Principality of Monaco.
2x place settings;

1x Leffe Blonde Beer 0.33;
1x Can of Coca Cola 0.33;
10x Zeppoline (grown pasta);
5x Mini Crocchè (Mini, Mini);
1x Margherita Pizza;
1x Pizza Bella Portici (four seasons type);
1x Tuna, Onion and Provola Pizza;
Total €50.00.
I'll tell you the truth, I tried and tried to develop an account of what was consumed based on the market prices of the places I know, the result was always the same, in the Pizzeria Bella Portici you spend on average about 20 euros more.

22/02/2025: Pessimo!! Panino freddo hamburger che sapeva di congelato !! Panino mignon adatto per un bambino prezzo alto per la qualità scadente dei prodotti!!
28/12/2024: Non Raggiunge la sufficienza hamburger freddo in un panino freddo contorni non freschi e a dire il vero anche gli hamburger sembravano precotti non co ritornerei
