28/08/2025: Everything was excellent! The food, the family that works there ❤️!!! I recommend going, it makes you feel right at home.

20/08/2025: We stumbled across this little mom-and-pop restaurant in Massa Lubrense, and I truly wish we hadn’t. What should have been a simple pizza dinner for our hungry kids turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had in Italy. From the start, the service was appalling. We stood for nearly 10 minutes without so much as eye contact from the staff. The owner ignored us completely until we forced ourselves to ask if there was a table. Once seated, a young girl likely their daughter literally threw menus, glasses, and cutlery onto our table. We brushed it off with humor since she was a child, but in hindsight, it was a sign of what was to come. We were told there’d be a 20-minute wait for food. Reasonable enough. But after an hour and a half, not a single dish had appeared. Not the fries for our kids, not the pizzas, not the calzone, not even the grilled beef. Meanwhile, multiple tables who arrived long after us were served full meals within minutes. Takeout orders were filled in front of our eyes while our family sat there completely ignored. Each time we asked, the only response was “five minutes.” It was a blatant lie, repeated over and over. What made this even worse was the attitude: no apology, no explanation, no acknowledgment of how long we had been sitting there with children waiting to eat. Not a single person smiled or showed the slightest courtesy. When we finally gave up and asked to leave, they still charged us for the water and sodas, knowing full well they had kept us waiting for over 90 minutes with nothing to show for it. We walked down the street to another restaurant, ordered nearly the same meal, and had hot, fresh food on our table in under 15 minutes. That contrast speaks volumes. This wasn’t just slow service it was neglect, dishonesty, and complete disregard for paying customers. Whether our order was lost, ignored, or intentionally pushed aside, it doesn’t matter. The result was the same: a family left sitting, waiting, and treated as if we didn’t matter. If you value your time, your money, and even the most basic level of respect, avoid this place at all costs. There are so many incredible restaurants in Italy. Don’t waste your time going to this one.

13/07/2025: Great experience especially with Bianca who hosted us with exceptional care and hospitality. She gave great suggestions, offers to help and constantly checks on us to see if we need anything - all without being asked. The stay itself is comfortable with huge and clean rooms with perfect views of sunrise, sunset, and the vast seas overlooking Capri island. The only gripe is the inconvenient location. The drive in is long but if you want tranquility, this is a beautiful place

13/07/2025: Five stars! I stayed at Relais Blu because I love this location so much that I celebrated my wedding there. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by the kindness, professionalism, and elegance of the staff, which is evident from the moment you greet them. In particular, the property manager and the maitre d' are top notch! Impeccable service, followed by a refined menu with attention to detail. The chef is amazing! As for the location, it needs no publicity because it speaks for itself! The first impression I had from the start was "feeling in paradise," truly a dream you'd like to experience every day. The rooms are wonderful, some with gardens. Perfection is obviously achieved with the suites with a whirlpool tub or a view of Capri! What more can I say? I can't wait to go back! Absolutely recommended!

07/09/2025: It was quite a high price for what we got. For example, with the Cerata spaghetti with anchovies, I only found one piece of anchovy. The waitress said the rest was in the sauce, but I didn't taste much of it. When I paid, the cashier pointed out that service wasn't included. So I had to pay extra for that.

04/08/2025: My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying in the detached cottage room. Valentina took great care of us and let us taste several of the homemade liquors they had at the farm, all of which were very good. The dinner was also excellent, and was offered at a great price as well. If we're ever back in Sorrento we will definitely be staying here again!

31/07/2025: We stayed for 3 days and were delighted. The setting is magnificent, between the lemon garden, the viewpoint to see the sunset, the terrace on the first floor with a panoramic view, everything is done to make us feel good. Valentina, her family and the staff do everything necessary to make us feel at home, everyone is very attentive. The meals are delicious and in addition you can buy a number of homemade products including lemon marmalade and limoncello. We highly recommend it, it is a place full of charm, calm and pleasant for a vacation full of tranquility.

10/09/2025: One of the best evenings we had in Massa Lubrense. The sunset view was unforgettable and the whole setting felt special. Staff were kind and attentive, and the food was excellent from start to finish. Prices match the experience. A great choice for a romantic night or to celebrate something meaningful.

03/05/2025: Bellissima location: cena in riva al mare con il rumore solo delle onde in sottofondo, una vera chicca nascosta . Se siete a Sorrento o dintorni, consiglio di cenare qui, prezzi buoni, personale gentilissimo e cordiale, cibo delizioso sebbene la pizza non sia stata eccellente, ma tutto sommato buona. Servizio ottimo. Consigliato !

The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always available to meet any needs. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and top-notch service. What truly made the evening special, though, was our wonderful host Roberta, who welcomed us like old friends and made sure we were taken care of. 10/08/2025: Locale su una splendida terrazza affacciata sulla spiaggia di Marina del Cantone apparecchiatura curata in ogni minimo dettaglio il menù è ampio con ampia scelta di piatti della cucina tradizionale locale e altri di innovazione e rivisitati con cura,e attenzione ingredienti freschi e di qualità la presentazione dei piatti è molto curata e piacevole da vedere il servizio è attento e mai invadente curando le esigenze e richieste del cliente la carta dei vini è vasta con etichette campane e non solo curata con professionalità da Domenico che vi consiglierà al meglio si conclude con una varietà di dolci che vi sorprenderà per freschezza e bontà curati personalmente con maestri dalla signora Mery il prezzo è in linea con quanto.offerto.da locale dove è sempre un piacere tornare per assaggiare le loro specialità in un contesto di qualità familiare.

02/06/2025: **5/5 Stars** Hidden gem near Sorrento! Stumbled upon this hotel restaurant in a small village and was thoroughly impressed. The seafood platter is absolutely must-order - beautifully presented with fresh sashimi, oysters, and caviar. The red prawn risotto (€25) was the highlight - perfectly cooked rice with generous, sweet prawns. For comparison, similar dishes in Naples or Amalfi would easily cost double. Other standouts: complimentary amuse-bouche, excellent bread selection with quality olive oil, crispy fried seafood with vegetables, and clam linguine. The chocolate dessert was artistically plated and delicious. Hotel has parking which is perfect for self-drivers navigating the area. Service was attentive and professional. Definitely make a reservation - this place deserves to be busy! Great value alternative to overpriced tourist restaurants in main towns.
