19/08/2025: Dirty bed, room with butterflies inside, very little light, I won't tell you what I found in the bed, sheets full of blood, and strange stains, it smells

18/08/2025: This is not the hotel we booked: two days before departure, we were informed that our room was unfit for use and that we would be transferred to this different property. Given the negative reviews, which I can wholeheartedly confirm, we were disappointed to be assured that the new management had renovated and improved the rooms. I can't imagine what the situation was like in the past, as it was in deplorable conditions in May 2025: unsanitary conditions in the room, filthy tub and sauna areas, worn carpet, rust in the refrigerator, and linen changes only upon explicit request. I seriously doubt the reliability of the positive reviews!

22/08/2025: A casual place in a beautiful location. The food is simple but good, especially the tuna and onion pizza. Prices are average.

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.
