09/10/2024: We stayed in this hotel for a family holiday, clean, welcoming environment, friendly staff. The hotel is located in the center of Capri near the famous square and the famous QUISISANA hotel. Excellent and varied breakfast. Super recommended

02/11/2024: Donna Rachelle is not only a charming place in Capri, but also its food and service will make you feel like you are in the middle of an experience. On my first visit I had a Donna Rachele pizza, not only was it generously sized for one person to eat, but its flavour was spectacular. I couldn't help but return after seeing their varied menu and I ate the best pasta I have ever eaten in Italy. Donna Rachelle is definitely a place to return to in Capri.♥️

05/11/2023: Day visit to Capri, in the middle of a rainstorm, no umbrella. Gave up trying to kill time so arrived at restaurant bit earlier than opening. Staff could not have been more helpful, towels to dry off etc. Finally got settled and food, wine and service all exceptional. In particular, the risotto - best ever anywhere. Would love to revisit and try the dinner service.

03/11/2023: A hidden of the main path of this lovely little town is this place. Does not look like a lot, but is superb. Especially this little beautiful garden patio in the back. Excellent salads, pasta and pizza! Really among the best we had. More than worth it to walk a few more steps!!

01/09/2024: An excellent restaurant very well located in a quiet and extremely pleasant environment with beyond charming staff, an adorable boss and a menu that we like, typically Italian but at the top of the range. Not to mention the top wine cellar from top. In short, go there with your eyes closed, you won't regret it, believe me!!!

05/07/2024: Ristorante con posizione invidiabile, adiacente la famosa piazzetta di quest’isola amena, gode di una vista privilegiata sul sublime e iconico golfo di Napoli con il Vesuvio sullo sfondo. Le portate scelte risultano eccellenti: cappesante fritte per antipasto, tonno e ricciola freschissimi e cucinati alla perfezione. A concludere un gustosissimo dessert composto da profiteroles al cioccolato bianco e pistacchio . Amichevole, solerte e puntuale il sevizio. Ampia scelta di bottiglie locali e non.

30/06/2024: Fantastic view of island. My husband and I and another couple that we met on a Sailing Boat Excursion had lunch at this restaurant. The restaurant is clean and we were able to relax while there. I had the Tartufata and my husband had the Contadina. The meals were good but expensive. Service was excellent.

30/09/2024: Unfortunate. Food and drinks looked fantastic. We weren't served for 15 minutes - not even drinks - so upped and left. The prices looked extortionate but we were willing to pay. Apparently they didn't want our money though!

31/10/2024: Prix excessivement élevés, nourriture de mauvaise qualité et décoration vieillotte. Personnel agressif et menaçant. J’ai eu le malheur de passer par les toilettes et comme je n’avais pas d’argent pour payer j’ai été littéralement séquestrée et frappée. J’ai dû appeler mon mari au secours. Faites juste attention et lorsque vous passez devant ´Ristorante Augusta’, si vous voulez bien manger et payer un prix raisonnable, ne rentrez pas, et gardez bien vos distances.

25/10/2024: Visitamos este restaurante después de un largo día en Capri. Inmediatamente fuimos recibidos por los trabajadores amables que nos ofrecieron un asiento con vistas a los muelles. Nuestras bebidas fueron servidas rápidamente junto con algunos aperitivos de cortesía. Personal muy amable!

23/11/2024: I was a little worried about the Google ratings. Finally, I give a rating of 5 out of 5 for the dedication as well as the quality of service and value for money. The location is excellent and I have no negative comments to make. Enjoy 🍷😊

20/11/2024: €7.00 for a pot of peppermint tea. The tea is the same was what you can find in any supermarket, nothing gourmet. Very dirty toilet for customers. Rude waiter.

18/09/2024: Nos quedamos a una cuadra más o menos de aquí, queríamos una pizza para traer de vuelta a nuestro lugar. Hicimos nuestro pedido de pizza y me gustó ver el horno de pizza de leña: siempre una buena señal. Pedimos una ensalada para - ir a compartir, y tomamos una copa de vino tinto de la casa mientras esperamos. Vimos múltiples platos pasar a otras mesas y todo se veía increíble. Nuestra pizza y ensalada eran fantásticos. La próxima vez cenaremos en el restaurante. 😎

16/11/2024: The atmosphere was a bit '80s, but I must say that the welcome from the two guys in the room was splendid. Only 2 stars for the food because the caprese starter was quite poor. You can do better with the portions, come on. I usually leave a tip, so I didn't like the 12% mandatory service charge on the bill, it's not good in my opinion.

05/11/2024: My wife and I had a great time, friendly staff. The owner was warm and friendly and there was great music playing in the background every time we went. Great food and good prices. It's our point of reference. We will return again.!

08/08/2024: We ordered a Sprite (6 euros) and a Ham and Cheese Sandiwch. (11 euros) This place is incredibly expensive and not worth it at all. It is empty for this very reason. I don't see many years of life in him. The waiter waited on us while we ate (with his mouth full). Finally, the glass they gave us for the Sprite was dirty.

27/09/2024: Food and views were ok, but the service and fees for everything are not worth it. We had already rented chairs on the beach then had “cover charge” to go into the restaurant to eat lunch. The entire visit felt like they were trying to find ways to take advantage of tourists. Also a LOT of stairs to get down and then back up. Not worth the visit.

13/08/2024: One of the most atrocious dining experiences...supposedly a Michelin star rate restaurant with a pathetic waiter, who was spilling, while pouring, an expensive white wine we ordered. Absolutely bland face with no smiles during our entire stay at the restaurant. When he presented our Euro 500 bill, he asked for a Euro 50 tip in cash. When asked if any service charges were included in the bill, he said no. When we asked for the detailed bill to review, they had charged us a 15% Service Charge without our approval. Very unethical on behalf of the waiter and the owner. Lousy service, we will never visit the restaurant ever again.

09/08/2024: Everything bad! I Simply cannot recommend something that is all bad. Terrible employees, you would think that if you pay more you would be treated accordingly, but unfortunately that is not the case.
