21/07/2026: If you come here for a pasticceria or sweets, run away !!!! For coffee and nice ambience including air conditioner it's good. I don't recommend for sweets, they were tasting extremely old, the fruits on the tart including the strawberry were not fresh at all, they were turning into raisins. The dough on all of the pastries tasted extremely old (2-3 days). The tiramisu was good but again, not fresh. With my stomach semi upset and wishing to wash the taste of old away after eating them (since I paid for them) I asked for a "piu di acqua per favore" and "pagare con carta" I am not fluent in italian but it's understandable I'm wishing for a bit of water and to pay by card. They were nice and gave me some water and I was standing in front of the card machine to pay with my phone open on Google Wallet (obviously card on the phone visible and all) and on a weird tone by the guy staff I got asked if I liked it, to which, feeling put on the spot and shocked for getting asked this when I was standing to pay obviously, I answered "così-così", because why would I answer bad when I'm about to leave? Then the staff tried twisting it to my aunt who speaks italian that I don't wanna pay to guilt-trip me, as if, because I'm a foreigner I'm stupid and don't understand what they are saying. I obviously told immediately that I'm paying full for what I consumed because I never was gonna say anything to the staff, it was weird and rude to assume that because I'm a foreigner I won't catch on the attitude and twisting my words. I paid and left and my aunt who again, speaks fluently italian, talked to the staff and his attitude and of the staff was STILL shrugging shoulders and not really bothered or caring, only when my aunt said I'd leave a review publicly they woke up and cared and started worrying. This attitude is extremely weird, questionable and rude, I work in hospitality and it's unacceptable. Beyond the point thinking I'm a foreigner girl who is stupid and naive and wouldn't understand what they are saying in front of me. Overall, if you need an air conditioner, a coffee (it will be fresh because it's made in the machine immediately) and a place to sit down, come here. For hospitality attitude and actual sweets, do not come here, run away and go elsewhere. Never again.

02/02/2026: This supermarket's weak point, unfortunately, is its staff, mostly lazy and rude, especially at the checkout. They have no courtesy or kindness, nor do they know how to greet or thank a customer. If the customer does, they don't even respond. They often chat among themselves from one checkout to the next while they work, which causes enormous annoyance to the customer, who feels they're receiving little attention. Today, all the self-checkouts were out of order, while only one non-self-checkout had a long line of customers. I see a clerk wandering near a checkout, so I politely ask if she's opening. She aggressively tells me I need to give her time to get ready. Resigned, I continue waiting in line and, after five minutes, I catch her having a pleasant conversation with a colleague near the promotions counter. I'm sorry to say, but this supermarket lacks a professional who knows how to manage the staff. Everyone does what they want... as always, only those with a sense of duty know how to manage themselves. —-/////————————-//////—— I think I've been very clear in describing what happened.
