21/10/2025: The meat may be good, but waiting more than an hour (despite a reservation) is definitely not worth it. The place is basic and the prices are high. It's not worth it.

01/11/2025: This was the worst restaurant I had on my two-month trip through southern Italy! The owner was self-absorbed, the staff (far too many people) were preoccupied with themselves and had no time for customers. After I'd been sitting at my table for 15 minutes, they set up a huge loudspeaker. First, there was noise while I was searching for a TV channel, then the music was way too loud. The disco back home was quieter by comparison. They turned it down when I complained. Three tables of regulars thanked me! And the food: I needed two grappas afterward. On my walk afterward, I saw some lovely tavernas that unfortunately weren't shown on Google Maps. What a waste of time, money, and the wonderful town of Scalea!

22/08/2025: I had a chocolate milkshake, I have to say it was quite good, but €4.00 for 300ml is a steal, I expected at least €450.

22/09/2025: The Capricciosa pizza is good, but the Diavolo is not so good. Large portions.

24/10/2025: The mussels... not very fresh, to put it mildly. The rest were average quality. Considering the portion size, it was simply very expensive. The service was okay, but lacked flair and interest. The atmosphere is diminished by the poor food and average service. Maybe it's better in season.

25/09/2025: What a way to ruin everything that took years to build! It used to be a restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere, reasonable prices, and delicious food. I loved Tegamino (zuppa di cozze) there. They ruined the taste of the food, raised the prices, and hired rude waiters. Da evitare!

25/08/2025: The best pizza in Scalea and definitely one of the best I've ever eaten. Don't let the somewhat spartan location fool you: the quality of the pizza is absolutely worth trying. Super fresh ingredients, perfect dough, and exceptional flavor. Highly recommended!

08/09/2025: I can say that we spent two days in this very beautiful and peaceful property... very convenient for reaching nearby beaches and towns... the manager Francesca was very helpful and the two ladies at reception were very kind... a weekend to remember.
