28/02/2026: I've been to this place 3 times and I have to say that I noticed the same thing all 3 times: they never change the paper placemats and this is already a horrible thing, it seems that Covid has taught us nothing. Hygiene comes first, also because the prices are high anyway... I had 1 pinsa and 1 mixed fried meat and an already opened bottle of water that they give you from the fountain and this is another absurd thing, the water must be closed anyway, it cost 29 euros just for a pinsa, a mixed fried meat and 1 bottle of water from the fountain and this seems a lot to me especially considering the fact that the receipt said 14 euros for the pinsa, 9 euros for the mixed fried meat, 4 euros for the cover charge and 2 euros for the water... I mean, you make me pay for the cover charge and you don't even change the tablecloth, absurd. The food is not bad but I'm sorry I won't be back again.
21/02/2026: Unfortunately, today it was the only place open in the center of Scalea for lunch, and there was no one there—a bad omen. I ordered a pizza capricciosa, and strangely, they brought it with sausage and not ham. Well, given my hunger and my rush, I overlooked it, also had a small beer, and paid €19. I checked the receipt, and the pizza alone cost me €14. I later discovered that the pizza actually cost €10. I learned a lesson: never go into an empty place, always ask for the menu, always check the receipt, and if necessary, dispute it.

16/08/2025: We were on vacation in Scalea and decided to eat here at the last minute. We were very satisfied because everything was very good and carefully prepared. Mr. Vincenzo, the dining room manager, was very kind and professional. He even helped us choose the most suitable items for children since we didn't have much experience with Japanese food. I highly recommend it.

Excellent white wines by the glass 😋
The appetizers are excellent with an aperitif or wine.
The salsa pairs perfectly with tacos; it seems so fresh you'd think it was homemade.
Saturday: crepes with anchovies.
Indoor seating for groups and celebrations.
Ice creams for a fresh and tasty breakfast.
Stop by, you won't regret it.

07/11/2025: A lovely little place by the sea. Very friendly and outgoing service, almost biased. The problem is the food: of all the dishes we ordered, the only decent one was a fried fish dish; the rest was poor, at times inedible. A place for tourists.

18/11/2025: The owner is lovely, and her daughter is in the kitchen cooking. We absolutely loved the food. Just be aware that the portions are quite large. Excellent value for money.
18/11/2025: This place is truly amazing! The food, service and the atmosphere are amazing! Over the years we have tried multiple times to dine here, only to find out that they were closed. I've dined here twice on this visit to Scalea. I will continue to check their Facebook page for opening hours.

20/08/2025: I had the opportunity to try the sandwich at The Burger Bros at the Scalea amusement park, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional: the meat was fantastic, the cheddar was real cheese sliced on the spot, and the bacon was high-quality, not the usual processed product.
The owner and his wife were extremely kind and made sure we were satisfied. I will definitely be back; it's undoubtedly the best sandwich in Scalea.
20/08/2025: I had to wait an hour for a damn lower than average burger. Even Mcdonald's can do better than that.

Normal wait times.
The pizza is crispy with excellent leavening, fresh ingredients, and the quality is evident.
Normal prices, a variety of options, and excellent customer service.
In the summer, if you order takeout, I recommend booking in advance so you can at least get it at the time you choose.

03/08/2025: We stayed at Villa Brazzano and were absolutely thrilled! The property is stunning, meticulously maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for relaxing in touch with nature.
The breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruit and a good variety of products to suit all tastes.
The staff was always kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home.
A charming place that we highly recommend.

A place surrounded by greenery and so cool that we could relax without any worries, thanks to Villa Brazzano.
