26/06/2026: Last-minute find for a quick dinner. Outlying location. Mediocre meat appetizer. Potatoes, onions, and grilled vegetables were not abundant, but over-seasoned, with unnecessary oil. Mediocre chicken steak. I wouldn't return. Excessively expensive for the quality and location: €44 for an appetizer, a steak, and two side dishes, including water.

27/04/2026: If you want to be poisoned, you can visit this place. My husband, children, and I will never return. First of all, the staff doesn't understand English, which is quite strange for a 21st-century resort. The interior is quite interesting, but the wine collection with dictator portraits caught my eye – this is unacceptable these days. There's a massive understaffing – the same people who serve you prepare food in the kitchen, without professional kitchen attire. Furthermore, instead of using the restroom, my husband accidentally peeked into the kitchen – it was very dirty and smelled foul. We ordered toast and found moldy cheese in it. And most importantly, and most surprising – they don't know how to make coffee in Italy, especially cappuccino: it's just foam, no creamy consistency. The place is located right in the city center, in a fairly good location, but the lack of hygiene doesn't compensate. There are also plenty of tables – if someone else is sitting next to you, you feel like you're part of their group. So if you want to get food poisoning and ruin your Italian experience, this is the place. We came here for vacation and it was recommended, but it turned out to be a place to avoid.

22/04/2026: On the main street, a stylish place with outdoor seating. Excellent coffee at the counter, a friendly welcome. Next time I'm in Scalea, I'll try the gelato; they say it's excellent.

23/07/2026: It was a pleasant discovery, we ate arancini and bread and panelle, both very good, but the sandwiches were out of this world, the staff were very kind, highly recommended, we will be back

19/07/2026: This isn't a restaurant. It's a dump. We waited 10 minutes to be seated at an EMPTY table. For 30 minutes, no one came to us. We got up and left. The service was simply nonexistent. What a waste of time.

15/07/2026: As a Neapolitan, this is the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. Artisan dough, not a pre-mixed one, light and surprisingly crispy. Margherita takeaway for just €9, a more than fair price. Kudos to Le Mimose pizzeria in Scalea: I recommend it to all celiacs, truly unmissable!

21/07/2026: If you're in Scalea for a vacation, I recommend eating at this restaurant, which is also close to the sea! The food is delicious and top-quality! Both the burgers and the traditional Calabrian cuisine! The owner was incredibly kind from start to finish, even offering us a delicious mint liqueur and lollipops for the girls. Highly recommended.

20/08/2025: I had the opportunity to try the sandwich at The Burger Bros at the Scalea amusement park, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional: the meat was fantastic, the cheddar was real cheese sliced ​​on the spot, and the bacon was high-quality, not the usual processed product. The owner and his wife were extremely kind and made sure we were satisfied. I will definitely be back; it's undoubtedly the best sandwich in Scalea.

21/07/2026: A lovely little place, very unique, and those little lights give it a warm feel, so it's a great location. The service was quick, the waiters were friendly, and the food was good. There were four of us, and we got sandwiches with matching sandwiches. I spent around €60 (about right) and I recommend it.

20/07/2026: We found this place by chance, as usually happens when you're on a carefree holiday, and so, wandering around various places, we ended up here... what can I say... one of the most MEMORABLE sandwiches I've ever eaten in my life... a relaxing place on a terrace surrounded by greenery... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... congratulations... PS the sandwich was gluten-free and it was a real experience...

03/08/2025: We stayed at Villa Brazzano and were absolutely thrilled! The property is stunning, meticulously maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for relaxing in touch with nature. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruit and a good variety of products to suit all tastes. The staff was always kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home. A charming place that we highly recommend.
