27/06/2026: I went to Il Mozzo pizzeria last night and I have to say it was a wonderful surprise. From the outside, it may seem like a very rustic place, almost like a pizza by the slice, but once inside, you find yourself in a welcoming, quiet, and well-kept interior, even equipped with a TV. ​The service was impeccable: prompt and courteous. We started with the arancini and rice supplì, and it's fair to say they are among the best I've ever eaten: succulent, flavorful, and clearly handmade (their unique shape betrays their artisanal preparation). ​The real star, however, was the pizza. You can clearly see the attention to detail behind the dough: they use four different types of flour, making the final product incredibly crispy and light. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, so much so that it was hard to stop eating! ​The quality-price ratio was truly excellent, which makes the experience even more positive. If you're passing through Campora San Giovanni, Il Mozzo is a must-see. I'll definitely be back! The final bill was very honest considering the high quality of what we ate 💯

13/09/2025: I had the pleasure of trying this Italian restaurant, and I have to say the fresh pasta is definitely the highlight. The gnocchi with cherry tomatoes were truly delicious, well-made, and served with a simple yet flavorful sauce. The ravioli with swordfish sauce were also a pleasant surprise: well-seasoned, with a balanced filling and a sauce that enhanced the dish without overpowering its flavors. On the slightly less positive note, the fried calamari were edible, but nothing special. The calamari were slightly sticky and lacked the crispiness you expect from a good fried dish. Overall, a good experience. With a little more attention, this could become a truly excellent place.

21/08/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant. Superlative first courses. It's a shame they didn't offer a raw fish appetizer; perhaps ask for it when you book, but unfortunately I didn't. The place is also welcoming and well-maintained. I recommend it.

02/07/2026: I called three times to see if the fried sugar donuts were available, but after the third call, I was left waiting for news that never came. After waiting in vain for an answer, I hung up. This is the service, professionalism, and kindness that reigns in this region. Congratulations, and don't complain when a tourist only enters once. POOR CALABRIA!

08/03/2026: Today, March 8, 2026, two people for €59.50. Nice place and decent service. The problem? The price and quality of the food. €19 for 6 bruschettas, embarrassing to say the least. Ten paccheri that tasted only of salt, and a scialatiello so raw that if thrown at someone's head, it would have caused a brain injury. I understand that these are the costs these days, and if you decide to go out for lunch, you have to take that into account. But absolutely not like this. I repeat, €19 for 6 bruschettas.
