15/03/2026: The food is just enough to keep you from starving, but the quality is truly embarrassing. Considering the price, it's a terrible value. There are many other, much better restaurants in Amantea: my advice is to stop at the restaurants in the square just before arriving here, or choose any other place in the area, because you're unlikely to eat worse. It was lunch, but after finding worms in the appetizer, our hunger and desire to stay completely disappeared. Despite this, we waited for the main courses anyway, which unfortunately turned out to be equally disappointing: flavorless and decidedly poor quality. Without exaggeration, it was absolutely the worst place I've ever eaten at in Amantea... and probably one of the worst of my life. A totally negative experience. 🚫🍽️
06/03/2026: A very welcoming and elegant restaurant, with a refined and pleasant atmosphere. Despite our late reservation for a large group (there were 25 of us), the restaurant was accommodating: we had initially booked for 1:30 PM but later asked to extend our reservation to 2:15 PM, and we were met with no problem. Upon our arrival, a room was reserved for us, although we were divided into four tables, an understandable choice to better manage such a large group. The service staff were always very kind, but unfortunately the wait was truly excessive: it took us over four hours to finish the meal. During the service, several bottles of wine ran out, forcing us to change labels several times and mix three or four different wines. Dessert was also a small disappointment: the tiramisu cream had run out, and some desserts arrived presumably hastily prepared, with the ladyfingers still quite hard. That said, the quality of the food was excellent, as was the atmosphere and the welcoming atmosphere. For this very reason, we believe the restaurant has great potential, but that the service and organization, especially with large groups, could be improved.

08/03/2026: Today, March 8, 2026, two people for €59.50. Nice place and decent service. The problem? The price and quality of the food. €19 for 6 bruschettas, embarrassing to say the least. Ten paccheri that tasted only of salt, and a scialatiello so raw that if thrown at someone's head, it would have caused a brain injury. I understand that these are the costs these days, and if you decide to go out for lunch, you have to take that into account. But absolutely not like this. I repeat, €19 for 6 bruschettas.
11/01/2026: Takeout mixed fried fish for me: calamari, shrimp, and a few octopus. I've attached a photo. Minimum quantity, maximum price: €20. Shrimp soaked in oil and with a dry, stringy texture, not juicy. Too much salt. First and last time, goodbye.

27/08/2024: Attirati dalla bella posizione ci fermiamo, io e mia moglie, in questo ristorante con vista sul mare che, però, non abbiamo potuto ammirare a causa della pioggia e dell' oscurità, in quanto era sera. Ad accoglierci il titolare del locale, affabile e gentile ed il suo valido cameriere, simpatico e professionale. Abbiamo assaggiato una serie di antipasti, ovviamente a base di pesce, caldi e freddi, i quali, pur rispettando la tradizione calabrese, si presentavano con un tocco di estro, da noi particolarmente gradito. Il piatto migliore è stato, comunque, il polpo alla piastra con cipolle caramellate, consigliato dal titolare e cucinato dalla moglie, chef indiscussa del locale.
