05/04/2026: As a big fan of Bob's, I have to admit I was very disappointed with my last visit. It had been a while since I'd been back, and unfortunately, my expectations weren't met as they had been in the past.
The individual portions seemed increasingly small, and the pizzas, while I understand their desire to constantly explore new combinations and raise the bar, were almost too rich, so much so that they were difficult to eat with your hands. Even the flavors, in my opinion and that of the people at my table, had changed.
The atmosphere of the restaurant today seems much more elegant and refined than before, which, however, clashes a bit with their historic motto "eat me with your hands." If the pizzas become increasingly elaborate and difficult to eat without cutlery, but at the same time cutlery isn't provided precisely because the idea is to eat with your hands, the result becomes almost contradictory.
I hope the place can rediscover some of the simplicity and spontaneity that made it so special in the beginning, when the experience was more authentic and relaxed.

26/12/2025: I want to give a huge compliment to Rossana from McDonald's: she's truly special. Always kind, smiling, and helpful, she makes you feel welcome even during the busiest hours. She's professional, fast, attentive to detail, and above all, a human being—a rare and precious quality.
You can tell she's passionate about what she does, and that makes all the difference in the customer experience. Kudos to Rossana and McDonald's for having someone like her on the team. I'll gladly return for that too!

The typical Mediterranean cuisine is prepared with care and love. The prices are excellent. What more could you ask for? All in one of the most beautiful areas of our coast. 100 with honors.

The waitress was friendly and polite, but the food took over 23 minutes to arrive.
The prices are more than fair, and the portions are generous.

06/11/2025: 'Over the top' is the right word (but in a good way). Delicious sandwiches, generously filled with authentic and tasty ingredients, at a more than fair price. The staff was super friendly (they waited on us even though it was closing). Highly recommended, definitely worth a try!

16/03/2026: A terrible and frankly irritating experience. I went in and ordered four slices of pizza, paying a whopping €16. That's already an exorbitant price, but what's really infuriating is the quality: the pizza was clearly old, dry, and not at all fresh. Paying €16 and not finding even a single freshly made, or even decent, slice is truly absurd. The slices looked like they'd been there for hours.
What's even more infuriating is the usual phrase you hear in these cases: "You pay for quality." Sure, you pay for quality... but there was absolutely no quality here. Not in the pizza, nor, unfortunately, in the service.
Paying €16 for four slices of stale pizza is simply unjustifiable. If this is the quality you pay for, then perhaps they should seriously reconsider what quality and customer respect mean.
It's a shame, because from a well-known place you'd expect much more: fresh products, more honest prices, and at least a modicum of courtesy. Instead, nothing. Not even a smile from the staff.
Really bad experience. I definitely won't be back.

Quality seafood, delicious and very creative pizzas thanks to a superb pizza chef.... various gluten-free and lactose-free dishes. Giada at the bar is always available and smiling. I highly recommend this place. Greetings from tourists in the Aosta Valley!
