Saturday evening, dinner for five. The welcome and service were first-rate, with the staff always present and attentive. The restaurant was elegant, quiet, and pleasant. As for the food, the quality of the fish was unparalleled, but more than the freshness and quality, the extraordinary thing was the respect for the ingredients, the perfect cooking, and the combinations that fully reflect local tradition with noteworthy innovative touches. Will we be back? Yes, again and again.
