08/10/2025: Calabria's best Michelin-starred restaurant, it brings the Calabrian brand abroad while remaining rooted in the Aspromonte region. It uses local flavors fused with international techniques. A strong bitter note characterizes all dishes, yet perfectly balances the flavors.

26/09/2025: Shocking: 3 Negronis (half a glass watered down) with 3 meat croquettes, 3 eggplant croquettes, 6 tiny pizza slices, and 3 balls of pizza dough filled with inedible ham. 49 euros 😱😱😱 Then we complain that Sambiase is a dead town with these prices. Never again, I'm sorry, but we've gone crazy...

09/09/2025: Here's an example of what's wrong in Calabria: there's a tourist, and you have to take advantage of it! €3.50 for a calzone stuffed with breadcrumbs and unspecified cheese is outrageous, to say the least. But not even a stuffed ham and mozzarella can cost €3.50. €1.50 for a small slice of Margherita pizza, already stale and with mediocre ingredients. Even in Milan, they usually give them away or half price around closing time. Local customers who came in after me, obviously, get the normal price. Be smart in the long run instead of grabbing that extra €2.50 by taking advantage of the moment. The result is that I obviously won't be back in the next few days.

17/08/2025: I came twice for dinner on recommendation! Extremely long wait times despite there being few people! I was at the seaside on a Sunday and went up for lunch at 1:30 pm. It was 3 pm and nothing had arrived yet! Obviously, recommended people who arrive sit down and have lunch immediately! I came to go to the seaside and not to sit at a table for three hours. Highly not recommended, absolutely to be avoided!
