So I'm writing to talk about Giulia's beauty, I'm not simply referring to her big blue eyes... as beautiful as the sea of ​​Crotone or the sweet features of her face, I'm thinking of her very delicate ability to "care". 17/08/2023: A Pleasant surprise again, After visiting in Feb 2022 I went to this place again without a booking, the place was packed over 300 people but the owner scrambled to find Me a seat anyways much appreciated. The Food was even better than last time I visited , We had mussels an d other delicacies, the waiters were very attentive although they were hundreds of people and make us feel like we were the only ones super professionals. We will be back again soon , high end foos at reasonable prices .ExCELLENT all around!!!!!

24/08/2023: Un antipasto misero e due piatti di pasta insipidi. Buona la focaccia.....arrivata insieme ai primi e non con gli antipasti. Un po' caro per me quello che era nel piatto

18/11/2023: Our first few days were spent in Pizzo, one of them being a travel day with late arrival for any beach time so to kick off our beach adventure we picked Lido Regina Del Mare as our best bet. We visited Regina on the back side of Summer so we knew most places have either shut down or are in process which this lido was doing when we arrived at 10:30 and thought maybe they were closed for the season already. The owner Mimmo set us up with chairs, an umbrella and friendly introductions as well as some discussions about what we may like for lunch and I mentioned loving mussels and my wife loves a good Vongole (almost once a day if she can get away with it) and off he went. We tried out a mezzo or two of local rose wine while taking in the views of Pizzo in the distance we had the beach to ourselves for least for a few hours until others came after lunch. The beaches in Calabria are some of the most beautiful in the world and crystal clear due to most beaches being rocks of vary size from match head size pebbles to golf ball with very little sand to murk up the water so bring good water shoes. Luara is Mimmo's wife she is also the chef and runs a tight ship she cooked two of the best pastas we had of the trip a red mussel for me and vongole for the wife we returned plates that could have been put back on the shelf. Very attentive service with great food set in a scenic uncrowded beach just a short way from Pizzo should make this place at the top of your beach needs in this area. It is a true family affair and we felt very well looked after I also got to play with their German Shepard Aria for a bit whenever I made a trip to the bar which was an added bonus.

08/09/2023: Pizza di ottima davvero. Mi avevano parlato di questo Ristorante-Pizzeria. Siamo andati ad provarla. Davvero ottima. Ho visto servire in altri tavoli piatti a base di pesce. Comunque è un Peccato che questo locale chiuda al termine dell’estate perché non è strutturalmente progettato per rimanere aperto durante l’inverno. Per cui alla prossima..,, Estate

07/09/2023: Personale gentilissimo e simpatico. Cibo casereccio di ottima qualità e molto buono. Servizio veloce condito da un ragazzino super simpatico e premuroso. Prezzi più che giusti. Consigliatissimo

05/08/2023: Location Esclusiva con cena VISTA MARE! Posto suggestivo sul lungomare di Cariati, abbiamo praticamente cenato in acqua. Un locale ROMANTICO, TRANQUILLO, ELEGANTE con PERSONALE ACCOGLIENTE E DISPONIBILE che ha servito PIETANZE GUSTOSE! Un Menù che spazia dallo sfizio al piatto più sofisticato, anche se la scelta è limitata probabilmente per riservare il gusto dei prodotti "freschi "; unica scelta tra menù di terra o mare, ma varietà su panini e sfizioseria. Consigliatissimo!!!

26/07/2023: Posto bello, direttamente sul mare. Personale molto accogliente, in particolare modo la barista Angelica che fa degli spritz eccezionali.

28/12/2023: Pizzeria ristorante di buona qualità, antipasto molto buono ed abbondante: ricottine, prosciutto. Braciole, mozzarella. ecc, ed inoltre pizza buonissima sia con impasto tipo calabrese sia quello tipo napoletano tutto con ingredienti di prima qualità, dunque fatti i complimenti a tutto lo staff per aver trovato quello che cercavo

22/08/2023: Ottimo cibo antipasti e pinsa e un servizio ottimo.il locale molto bello atmosfera accogliente. L’esterno ottimo in estate.

01/09/2023: Pizzeria, rotisserie located on Corso di Le Castella near the Aragonese castle. A good 'dinner saver'. It has a decent selection of baked and fried products. There are some tables outside, about ten, always cleaned by a lady, which in the evening are mobbed by the many people who circulate along the street. Prices are in line with those of the area. I recommend it for a quick treat or, as mentioned before, as a dinner saver. The arancini are excellent, especially those with slightly spicy nduja.

24/08/2023: Last summer I ate a pizza that was good to say the least, very good... I went back tonight, reheated pizza, hard as wood, with very little seasoning, you couldn't eat it, I pointed out to the kids that the pizza was hard and that I wanted to speak to the owner, but they didn't want to call me, but they wanted to give me more pizza which I refused... bad experience, I won't go back again....
