23/03/2025: Nice restaurant I had a great time even though it wasn't high season. It's not just a restaurant but a lovely b&b. The restaurant offers a fixed menu with various courses. Fresh and very good food. The staff is very precise and the nice thing is that there are many waiters who offer a smooth service. The place is not very big but welcoming, with warm colors that make it well lit during the day.

21/03/2025: Our group of just over 20 stayed here for just over a week as part of the Mandorlo in Fiore festival and the experience here was excellent. The rooms are cozy and have an incredible view, the food was incredible and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

16/03/2025: Breakfast at the Nazionale, the last of many and probably really will be the last. I was with a friend, we ordered at the table where the breakfast menu with the prices displayed was present and clearly visible. Brief mention of the fact that the waitress carelessly spilled a jug of milk on my friend; a mistake can happen. In addition to the drinks we order a croissant and a pain au chocolate. Price of each €1.70 shown on the menu at the table. At the time of the bill, the surprise: the pain au chocolate costs €3.00! We realize it as soon as we leave, looking at the receipt and we return, convinced of a mistake, to ask for clarification. Response from the staff with a seraphic expression: they have increased the price from €1.70 to €3.00 but the price lists have not yet been updated. The price is displayed only on the display case on the counter. An increase of 76.47%!!! Having ordered from the table, should we perhaps have gone to check the prices at the counter? Given that such an increase is shameful, it is incorrect to impose an increased price without having reported it on the price list at the table. Too difficult to correct with a marker? Since the Nazionale reopened I have noticed other unwelcome attitudes but I have overlooked them, even though they were present but today the measure is full. The venue then, a broken promise but this is not the place nor the time to talk about it.

17/02/2025: I recently dined at Macelleria ristorante griglieria da Nino, and the experience was fantastic. The food was outstanding, offering a genuine taste of Sicily. The antipasti were delightful, featuring a variety of fresh and flavorful options that set the tone for the meal. The meats, in particular, were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, showcasing the rich flavors of Sicilian cuisine. Highly recommended!

18/02/2025: We stayed here for two days. Super clean rooms equipped with every comfort. Same thing for the spa. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Excellent restaurant! The food is so good that we didn't have to look for other restaurants. I recommend the meat! Courteous staff attentive to details and customer requests. Tommy in particular, in two days he became a friend! We will definitely return

17/02/2025: My husband and I were there on Tuesday 11th February and we treated ourselves to an afternoon of spa and massage!! what can I say, excellent welcome from Miss Fabiana who welcomed us in a spectacular way, showed us the entire center and pampered us with a magnificent massage... highly recommended, we will definitely return

31/12/2024: 30 dicembre 2024. Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mia figlia. Un pranzo che abbiamo definito "luculliano". Il personale, tecnicamente altamente preparato, non ha esitato a dispensare consigli tutti azzeccatissimi, riuscendo ad interpretare i nostri gusti. Sempre disponibili e affettuosi con i commensali. Ci siamo sentiti "come a casa". Non vediamo l'ora di tornare (prestissimo). Un grazie immenso a Simona, Roberto e tutto lo Staff. Piatti preparati con grande maestria e presentati egregiamente. Vino consigliato TOP. GRAZIE DI CUORE E COMPLIMENTI. Ci rivedremo presto. (Rapporto qualità/prezzo SUPERLATIVO). Grazie. Buon Anno Nuovo.

30/12/2024: Porzioni generose con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, lasciano sazi senza gonfiare. Carne ottima, la guancia di vitello tenerissima e la pasta saporita e piacevole. Una nota di merito va al servizio, simpatico, accogliente, professionale. Per scegliere il vino si viene portati nella cantina, dove si decide una bottiglia assieme al maitre. Un ristorante che unisce raffinatezza alla convivialità.

24/03/2025: Frequented several times both for lunch and dinner, the food is excellent and the owner really kind. The service is also worthy of praise. The only flaw, despite the name you often can't drink two bottles of the same wine. The prices are good compared to the quality of the food.

09/02/2025: I have been to this place several times, including the restaurant on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a take-away gastronomy service and tables where you can eat on site. The restaurant is on the first floor. Attached to the place is the butcher's shop owned by the same owners. The food offered is excellent. Many varieties of choice and above all I appreciate the meat that comes from their farms. The place is a fairly large and spartan deli as it should be for a takeaway place. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Generous portions. Advised.

10/03/2025: Lunch for 4, two adults and two children. For 3 starters and a first course we paid 70 euros. Unfortunately the price did not match the quality and taste. The fried calamari was rubbery and had an unpleasant smell, the caponata was terrible (you can't go wrong in Sicily), the mixed fried fish with chips in their skins was soaked in oil, and the pasta with ragù... no comment. I feel sorry for the waiter and owner who were delightful but the food was not!

05/03/2025: He is the best entrepreneur I have ever seen in my life, he is very well equipped and has a beautiful heart. We went as two students, we feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to chat with him, he has great energy and we felt at home. This man exudes quality 💗 The gentleman named Oleg, who also worked as a waiter, always brought us sweets and never let us pay the bill. We already loved Palermo, but these two people in just a few hours have conquered a big place in our hearts. They were very hospitable. Palermo is beautiful with you, we miss you already, we want to visit it again as soon as possible. Love from Bologna to these two beautiful men 💗

08/02/2025: To be avoided like the plague... Terrible! I went there with my girlfriend, we ordered drinks until there everything was ok, as soon as he brought the meat the misadventure began... completely raw, cold on the inside and charred on the outside when I had to explain to him that this kind of thick meat should first be pre-cooked in a special oven and then grilled... to be "forgiven", understanding the bad guy, he brought some wagyu carpaccio seasoned with peppers in oil couldn't have been worse combined..anyway I go to the cashier convinced that he won't charge me for the meat since he charred it and out of 106 euros he only gets me 6..we went on an empty stomach and got robbed..I would have preferred to give the 100 to a passer-by, it's a shame

23/03/2025: For the second time in the last year we wanted to eat pizza at botanike. After going on a Saturday for the first time, with poor results which we attributed to the crowds on Saturday evening, another unfortunate choice was the evening of San Giuseppe, with the place always full and therefore really slow service, and not exceptional pizzas. Furthermore, the price of most of the pizzas is really excessive compared to the quality of what is offered.

21/03/2025: I went with some coworkers and the place was excellent, very cozy, the service was great and the food was spectacular, very abundant and homemade. They gave us typical starters from the land and the date (carnival) and an incredible steak on a slate that was finished being made there. I didn't know whether to eat it or use it as a blanket...hahaha.... By the way, the wine they recommended to us was excellent. Family and cozy atmosphere. The person who served us was very friendly and collaborative. I recommend it for bachelorette parties, couples, families or even if you go alone. Magnificent.
