Antonella and Sergio embody the essence of catering crafted with passion, expertise, and authenticity. Sergio demonstrates extraordinary mastery in the kitchen: carefully prepared dishes, top-quality ingredients, and flavors that express the region with elegance and respect. Antonella in the dining room is simply impeccable: welcoming, professional, attentive to every detail. She makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. What's truly striking is the perfect balance between: • absolute quality of the ingredients • true professionalism • authentic atmosphere • attentive but never intrusive service You can clearly sense that behind this place are years of experience, passion, and dedication. In a world where we often chase trends, here you can experience something much rarer: substance, identity, and love for one's work. 01/03/2026: I'm a restaurant professional, and I pay particular attention to certain details that, in my opinion, truly make the difference. I'll start with the positives: the meat was excellent quality, well-cooked, and perfectly presented. The location is very pleasant and well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the change of cutlery after each course and the cloth napkins, details that demonstrate customer care. The wait staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. Regarding the dishes, the only one that didn't fully convince me was the killer "Cortina": it lacked crunchiness, and despite being declared spicy on the menu, it didn't taste that way. A slight imbalance between expectations and the final result. The meat nigiri also deserve consideration: I would suggest paying particular attention to the preparation of the rice, which is the key element of the dish. In this case, I found it rather bland and slightly stringy, an aspect that inevitably affects the overall harmony. Finally, there's one aspect that unfortunately left me perplexed. With an open kitchen, the chef's behavior becomes an integral part of the customer experience. During service, seeing the chef vaping and smoking in front of the customers, as well as eating with his hands in full view, was unpleasant. I understand that there are moments of pause or tasting in the kitchen, but when choosing an open kitchen, it's crucial to maintain an impeccable image in every respect. With a little more attention to these details, the restaurant's quality could rise even further.

08/03/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Divina, and the experience was truly excellent. I think I ate one of the best tagliata I've ever had: simply divine. This restaurant perfectly represents the essence of Apulian cuisine: simplicity, authenticity, and extraordinary attention to raw ingredients. Here, every dish speaks for itself. Even a seemingly simple dish like stewed turnip tops is not only expertly cooked, but made with truly superior quality ingredients. You can clearly sense that the restaurant is run by people who know their craft intimately and do it with great passion and professionalism. The service is always attentive, friendly, and never intrusive, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. I can highly recommend it to anyone who loves good food and authentic flavors. I'll definitely be back! 😊

20/02/2026: I went to this steakhouse with friends last night, and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. The choice between pizza, meat, and excellent steak was excellent. To finish, a fennel liqueur helped a lot with digestion. Prices are a bit high, but in line with the quality of the meat. Definitely worth trying again.

12/02/2026: We visited Giacuda Braceria in Palo del Colle and had a truly excellent experience. We started with a selection of spectacular raw fish: the freshest beef carpaccio topped with arugula, parmesan shavings, and a drizzle of olive oil that enhanced the flavor without overpowering it. Tender and superior quality. The pancetta served with warm crostini was also excellent, a simple yet perfectly executed combination. We then moved on to the grill... and that's where it really takes things to the next level. Mixed cuts masterfully cooked, juicy, tender meat with that light crust that only a well-done grill can provide. Precise cooking, intense flavor, and top-quality ingredients. A side dish of roasted potatoes, golden on the outside and soft on the inside, well-seasoned and not at all greasy. The involtini were also worthy of applause, flavorful and well-balanced. Welcoming place, warm atmosphere, and friendly, attentive service. Absolutely fair value for what you get. For those who love authentic grilled meat in the area, this is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

07/03/2026: During the evening, a waiter accidentally dropped a bowl of red sauce, splashing it all over our table, both our clothes and our skin. It happens, and no one wants to blame this waiter, but there were two waitresses across from our table who stared at the scene and laughed. In addition to this waiter and the two waitresses who saw the scene, there were three other staff members in the dining room, and no one, and I mean NO ONE, approached our table to ask if everything was okay. My wife immediately asked for stain remover, and no one came near. After repeatedly asking for help, especially because one of the guests at the table had a white shirt completely stained with sauce, someone finally came over. A waitress wearing a black helmet then arrived and apologized for what had happened, but then immediately said, "Only those who don't work never make mistakes." The whole thing ended with the owner intervening, offering a discount on the bill. There's nothing to complain about on this last point, but in such an important and renowned restaurant in our area, such behavior from the waiters who witnessed the scene and instead of intervening decided to laugh it off is unacceptable (I'm talking about the two waitresses standing motionless in front of our table). And it's unacceptable for a waitress (with all due respect to the profession) to respond to the customer thinking he couldn't hear. The quality of the products is unquestionable, but service always makes the difference. Credit goes to the waiter who caused the damage, who was mortified, but he really had nothing to do with it, because yes, it's human to make mistakes, but it's not human to ignore certain situations. I would advise the owner to think about this as well as the turnover.

01/03/2026: We visited Tradizione Braceria and had a truly positive experience. The quality of the meat is excellent, and you can immediately sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients, with truly tasty specialties and premium cuts that satisfy even the most discerning palates. The cooking was perfect and the flavor authentic. The service was impeccable; the staff were welcoming, professional, and always attentive without being intrusive. We felt at ease. The attention to accessibility was also greatly appreciated, with an elevator that allows access for people with disabilities. The only small drawback was that the dining room downstairs was a bit too noisy, probably due to the chaos of Saturday night. At times, it was difficult to communicate comfortably, even when facing each other. Otherwise, an excellent experience in every way. We'll definitely be back!

New dishes have been added to the offering, and the slightly higher-than-average price is justified by knowing what you're eating. "Grills and hugs"—a slogan that lives up to its name!

22/03/2026: Our second visit in Bari and to this restaurant in 18 months and the quality remains outstanding. We tried the octopus salad, the orecchiette con rapa, paccheri with seafood, and a rich zuppa di pesce with whole shrimp and mussels. Each dish full of authentic Puglian flavour. The Neapolitan-style pizzas have been super delicious, even in the gluten-free version. They are AIC-certified (The Italian Celiac Association), with nearly the entire menu available gluten-free as well, including a delicious pistachio cheesecake. A must-visit in Bari.

We ordered the bombette, and in addition to those, we tried the taralli, the salamella, and the patate alla cenere… everything was delicious, including the house red wine! The tables are simple yet elegant, and each dish showcases tradition with a touch of passion. The sausage is a poem of flavors, the typical meat and potato dishes are authentic and irresistible. The wine pairs elegantly with everything, while the smiling and friendly staff makes you feel right at home. The cured meats, all strictly homemade, add character and authenticity. An experience that is not just about food, but an encounter with the true soul of Locorotondo. A discovery that warms the heart and the palate.

18/03/2026: Excellent butcher shop, with a friendly and very helpful owner. He gives you the right advice on which meat to choose and even lets you know if you have a lot of it, so he's looking out for the customers. Friendly staff, from the wife who takes your appetizer and drink orders at the table, to all the very helpful waiters. The meat is truly delicious, from the sausage with turnips to the various cuts of meat, including the boneless and boneless braised beef, spectacular. The place is also very nice.
