18/04/2026: From the moment that we came through the door to the very last sip of lemoncello, this was an incredible meal and a beautiful and memorable dining experience! The owners are incredible hosts and the food is spectacular. The fact that they change their menu every day makes it a little bit unpredictable but sit down, order, and enjoy! You won’t regret it.

15/04/2026: A local bar owner recomeneded Il Punto Cardinale as his go to spot. We were not disappointed. So much so that we had to pay a second visit. Lovley clean restaurant with comfortable space between tables.The lady runnig the front of house takes time to discuss the menu options. The result tasty well presentented food. Good mix of locals and tourists which is a good sign.

12/04/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience was truly excellent. The open kitchen is an added bonus: seeing the care and precision with which the dishes are prepared makes everything even more engaging and inspires great confidence in the quality of the work. The dishes were beautifully presented and, above all, delicious, with balanced flavors and top-quality ingredients. Also noteworthy is the wine selection, perfect for pairing each course. A funny little anecdote: throughout the evening, I kept calling the chef "Aldo," even though I knew his real name was Mimmo (Mimì) (maybe it was the wine 🤣). Chef Mimmo, by the way, is incredibly friendly and contributes to creating a welcoming, informal atmosphere. Despite my confusion, the staff was extremely kind and made the evening even more enjoyable. We were with two friends from Milan, and they were also completely satisfied with the experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic culinary experience with attention to every detail.

29/03/2026: Pizzeria Braceria is definitely recommended, with an extensive menu. The pizza is very good, with a light and digestible dough. The meat is also good, with a few cuts but good quality. Service is relatively quick (considering it was a Saturday), and the staff is friendly and polite. I really enjoyed everything, and we'll definitely be back!

Everything was truly delicious. If you're looking for quality ingredients, this is the place. I'll definitely be back!

12/02/2026: We visited Giacuda Braceria in Palo del Colle and had a truly excellent experience. We started with a selection of spectacular raw fish: the freshest beef carpaccio topped with arugula, parmesan shavings, and a drizzle of olive oil that enhanced the flavor without overpowering it. Tender and superior quality. The pancetta served with warm crostini was also excellent, a simple yet perfectly executed combination. We then moved on to the grill... and that's where it really takes things to the next level. Mixed cuts masterfully cooked, juicy, tender meat with that light crust that only a well-done grill can provide. Precise cooking, intense flavor, and top-quality ingredients. A side dish of roasted potatoes, golden on the outside and soft on the inside, well-seasoned and not at all greasy. The involtini were also worthy of applause, flavorful and well-balanced. Welcoming place, warm atmosphere, and friendly, attentive service. Absolutely fair value for what you get. For those who love authentic grilled meat in the area, this is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

22/03/2026: Our second visit in Bari and to this restaurant in 18 months and the quality remains outstanding. We tried the octopus salad, the orecchiette con rapa, paccheri with seafood, and a rich zuppa di pesce with whole shrimp and mussels. Each dish full of authentic Puglian flavour. The Neapolitan-style pizzas have been super delicious, even in the gluten-free version. They are AIC-certified (The Italian Celiac Association), with nearly the entire menu available gluten-free as well, including a delicious pistachio cheesecake. A must-visit in Bari.

Cosimo is a true character: little chit-chat, no frills, and no surgical advice. He looks at you and understands what you want and need. 18/04/2026: We were here for the first time, following Baffetto. Well, what can I say? The sushi is really good, especially the picanha. Not to mention the cheek melts in your mouth, and their meatballs are spectacular. The assassina was good, even though I couldn't finish it all. The girls are really, really kind and apologized for the wait. We understood it was Friday night (and yet they did their best). We'll be back! 😘

We ordered the bombette, and in addition to those, we tried the taralli, the salamella, and the patate alla cenere… everything was delicious, including the house red wine!
