05/04/2026: Angelo and Simonetta are the best. The pizza dough and leavening are exceptional, as is the quality of the ingredients. From thick to superfine to the stuffed white smile... it's the best in all of Rome! And they also make divine meat! Top staff and a warm atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone.

01/04/2026: I've always frequented this pizzeria since it opened, but after moving abroad, I rarely went there. Yesterday I returned with my husband and kids, but when I made a reservation, I came across some disconcerting negative reviews. I understand personal tastes, but to say the pizza is bad... come on, guys, give yourselves a break. Good service, attentive but not intrusive. Excellent fried food, good pizza as always (we had a super thin spicy diavola, a margherita, and a boscaiola; I tried the straccetti with arugula and parmesan in the pizza basket). Everything was excellent.

19/04/2026: Nice location, good food, and friendly staff... but the rest of it just isn't up to par. For starters, we'd made a reservation the day before over the phone, but they didn't have it. The wait times were bizzare: you can't wait more than an hour to have a first course served to your table. Total confusion: part of our order was lost/forgotten, and to top it all off, two different waitresses asked us if we wanted dessert or coffee, even though we'd already been waiting about ten minutes, as we'd already ordered through another waitress. All in all, there were about 40 people in total, and at least three-quarters of the waitresses were working, so I think there's room for improvement.

01/03/2026: Very chaotic atmosphere, not just in the dining room. The kitchen staff was very rushed and inattentive to customer needs. My son, who is celiac, was served a plate of gluten-free pasta that was completely undercooked because the kitchen was rushed and didn't respect the cooking times. The seafood pasta was also undercooked and unsalted. We only paid for two first courses and a second course because we complained about the gluten-free pasta, wine, and water. Total €80 for three of us. A bit too much, a totally negative experience.

13/04/2026: Easter Monday, coming from Rome. Google Maps takes you along country roads, although the highway is a few kilometers away. You park in front of the entrance, and you see cages with various farmyard animals locked only with chains, which are immediately opened by the children without any supervision. It should be noted that there are reports of a donkey that bites and a goat that can't stand visitors. Both are locked behind a wooden door with no locks and a chain, making them quite dangerous. Lunch included two first courses that could compete for the soup kitchen, but the children's pasta with tomato sauce was decent. The grilled second course was very tough, mostly tasteless chicken breast, and one sausage, but the baked potatoes were excellent. After lunch, a minute's horseback ride for the children costs €5 per person. Note that there are tons of photos on Facebook, but they don't reflect today's reality.

12/03/2026: I stop by here about twice a month. A guy named Manuel, whom I've only seen once, remembered what I always order. Exceptional. Very, very good guy. I watched how he waits tables and greets people! Truly top notch. Every Old West should have a Manuel. 👌👍. Kudos to the entire staff.

30/03/2026: Nice, but not very danceable. Very nice place, huge, elegant, and atmospheric. The menu is quite extensive, obviously featuring a variety of meats (from steaks to burgers). The prices for the meats you choose at the counter are quite high, while the rest are average. The only downside is the service, which was absolutely inadequate; we waited an hour (maybe more) between the appetizer and the main course, and the bathrooms weren't clean. There's certainly a small staff compared to the number of seats, but that's how it is.

20/09/2025: I've been here for dinner several times, most recently with a friend. We had a tasting of tartare, tomahawk, and a bottle of wine. Everything was excellent: good meat, superbly cooked, and a very good wine (a Shiraz). The girl who served us (I think she'd just turned 18) was very nice, friendly, and approachable. A place worth spending a few hours with family or friends. It's a well-kept place, and although it's "downtown," it's far from the casino and the hustle and bustle. Well done, guys. See you again.

15/08/2025: Dinner with a friend: good meat, excellent vegetables, delicious grilled peppers. We sat outside, and it was very quiet, perhaps because it was a weekday and not the weekend. But it was a truly pleasant place.
