Taking a look at the other reviews on Google I also notice a certain resourcefulness in responding to the more negative ones, some of which I must say are even funny and creative, I suggest (provided it is ever possible to evade passive aggressive responses, otherwise the effort is appreciated) to invest this energy in organizing and understanding any criticisms from customers. 28/02/2025: Nice place and a lot of friendliness from the waiters but the Danish meat was almost inedible, it was offered to me several times instead of the Florentine, I accepted but regretted it. I got the final blow when I paid the bill......maybe it's a method to recover the losses of the pandemic? But the pandemic is not the customers' fault!!! Let's not kill each other citizens!!! I returned after 2 years and I have to say that fortunately the situation has improved a lot.....in the sense that the price increases around have become unacceptable, whereas at Porcavacca they have remained within the norm!!!

I live in Piazza Bologna, I'm surrounded by sandwich shops - even mainstream ones - but none compare to Ciccio! 30/03/2025: I booked a table for 8 people asking if it was possible to bring my dog, specifying that he was small and saying that if he dazzled me I would be very careful to take him out... we were greeted with little kindness and by a waiter who smelled of smoke and was in a hurry to serve us, some people took the first courses, others the second courses, obviously they ate the first courses in the meantime the others watched, my daughter and I ordered a rare steak which was inedible, flavorless and hard to cut, we got to dessert and my father went to pay and they told him that we had to hurry up and leave because the dog had been barking the whole time, regardless of the fact that it was a big lie but what I wonder is why do you allow dogs access if then after having had terrible service and equally mediocre food we, the customers, should be the ones to complain? I am very sorry that I was not able to speak to the owner myself to be able to complain about the service I had, the waiter who smelled of smoke and the alternating food that we customers had to wait for, perhaps the owner should pay much more attention to his work than to a one-kilo dog, placed in the corner that smells and smells and does not bother anyone, I strongly recommend not allowing people with dogs to enter your restaurant instead of throwing away polite people who pay despite having had terrible service and having eaten badly

16/03/2025: We are a family from Turin joined by a couple of friends from Frosinone. We were literally enchanted by the welcome and kindness of the staff. The location is wonderful, but above all the food is of excellent quality and the prices are below average. But I want to give a special thanks to Simona who welcomed us in a fantastic way. We will return with the entire dance school, that is 30 people on Saturday 22 March.

Both arrive cooked oh well, there are 2 things, I have the male waiter" with glasses and with little desire to work, he doesn't learn what is asked, I have in kitchen are not up to making a steak as you want. Don't forget to pay a little more attention to the customer, and an extra smile never hurts

We tried to give it a second chance after an initial disappointment, hours late for delivery, no one answers the phone, food arrived at 10pm completely inedible and ice cream. What's more, they reply at the end of the evening with an apology message and smiley faces. Never again, little professionalism!
