20/07/2026: Terrible customer service An experience not to be repeated We visited this restaurant on Sunday evening and, unfortunately, the service was decidedly poor. We waited over an hour just for appetizers, and then we forgot about the pizzas. The ingredients were poor quality, and the pizzas arrived lukewarm. When we tried to point this out, the staff was rude and unsympathetic. The food itself was average, but the total disorganization ruined our evening. We won't be returning; there are much better options in the area.

27/06/2026: A heartfelt place, run by true friends! I've been to Bisteak and you can immediately feel it's a family place. The welcome was incredibly warm; my friend made us feel at home from the first minute. Everything was well organized: fast service, well-kept tables, no waiting even when the place was full. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was just right, without being chaotic.

14/07/2026: Multi-service space for everyone... Bar, cafeteria, restaurant, event rooms, grill, service station (for buses, tourists, and people passing through), gift shop.... Takeaway and eat-in food sales (pizza by the slice, sandwiches, tramezzini...), automated payment service (in all languages), large and clean restrooms, FREE parking, even for a cruise.... Very professional, helpful, and experienced staff... Large indoor and outdoor space. Stopping here is truly WORTH IT!!! ;) :)

17/06/2026: I can't fit into the chains... They dragged me there by force. You eat little, you eat badly, and you get served worse. Goodbye.

17/06/2026: Arizona salad very good and gluten-free, soon there will be a kitchen specifically for celiacs! I went back and had another Arizona salad with chicken strips and cheese squares plus on the side 3 more chicken breasts with bacon and barbecue sauce not bad but the latter arrived cold as a dish I would have liked it hot, I added a gluten-free beer and I paid 33 euros! And as for the gluten-free cuisine, apparently we still have to wait for them to organize because unfortunately it is not available yet, but for now the two times I have eaten there as regards celiac disease I have had no problems!

01/05/2026: We had a wonderful time! Beautiful location, green and open-air, exceptional food, all home-made, and very kind and welcoming staff. There's also the opportunity to tour the farm and purchase their products. I'll definitely be back for lunch and some quality time. 🙂

14/12/2025: Good beers, but the food is definitely to be avoided. It's a pub, sure, but I find it unprofessional to serve a burger completely soaked in cheddar and hope it doesn't come back. It's also a shame that the waitress politely misunderstood my point! The atmosphere and music are top notch!

17/07/2026: A Friday the 17th to forget! The meat was delicious, and I have no complaints about the marinade and salting. But the job ends there. On a mild, not-so-hot July evening, they welcome you to a place with no air conditioning and a garden blocked by umbrellas that don't even let in a breath of fresh air. You'd have to be a real denier not to understand that in 2026, you need to be equipped both inside and outside to combat the heat. Who knows, those nice fans that also produce a cool mist, for example. Nothing. Dead of heat in the garden. Fine. As if that weren't enough, they place the two grills for cooking the meat in the middle of the table, thus raising the temperature. And we're at the table sweating and practically cooking the meat ourselves. Last but not least, my shoe breaks, so we ask for a piece of tape that never arrives. We ask again, and nothing, they don't have any. Any solution would have been enough to temporarily solve the problem! The food was delicious, but there was zero customer service! For what we paid, it was senseless madness. Never again!

28/11/2025: This was my first experience at a restaurant in Rome where, in addition to the entire menu, even the bread (already provided) is gluten-free. The restaurant is decidedly large and spacious, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located next to the Jolly Cinema, not far from Tiburtina Station. Reservations weren't necessary given the available capacity. A great option for celiacs!

17/11/2025: Very good food, all kinds of meat flavorful and tender, fair price, friendly and fast service, unacceptable noise on a Saturday night, ventilation could be improved. Parking is limited. Try it on weekdays.

09/08/2026: If you don't eat after 2 hours nothing arrives yet some things on the menu can't even be ordered.

17/12/2025: While passing through Cerveteri on a hike through the Valley of the Underworld, we stumbled upon this place by chance. We needed a beer and some snacks, so we didn't spend much time there, but I was pleasantly surprised by the place—pretty well-maintained, modern, and clean. The owner and manager were very friendly. There weren't many people there, but it was already late, around 3 p.m.—just a few diners who, I think, had extended their lunch to watch the Roma game.

30/11/2025: Il mio ristorante preferito in zona. Sì mangia sempre benissimo, i prezzi sono un po' alti; ma dato che la qualità è ottima, sicuramente ne vale la pena. Sempre molto affollato: consiglio di prenotare.

10/05/2026: Learn to bring the menu to the table, because one must know what he is ordering and what is in it, and above all the cost, boscaiola with sauce and mushrooms, left the plate entirely on the table, in all of Italy the boscaiola is white, mushrooms and sausage, not with tomato without sausage and only mushrooms... learn to work.

25/04/2026: We had lunch on Sunday at the restaurant next to the hotel. Ample parking, artisanal cuisine, delicious first courses (cannelloni, ravioli, fettuccine with both ragù and porcini mushrooms), delicious grilled sirloin and steak, delicious roast suckling pig and fried potatoes. Desserts prepared by the owner's daughter. Excellent value.

06/07/2026: One of the best in the area, from breakfast to aperitif.

27/05/2026: A €1.30 coffee really deserves a mention: too high!!!! Too expensive, a shame because it's welcoming.
