22/02/2025: We went with friends, we were desperately looking for a place to eat (given the late hour almost everything was closed) and we found Tortora House. They made us sit right away and soon served us some tasty and plentiful dishes. Advised!

23/01/2025: Conoscevo altre sedi di Tortora e anche questa nei pressi di Piazza Municipio (sotto i portici di fronte il Banco di Napoli) conferma la bontà dei suoi panini. Ho mangiato un panino salsiccia nera casertana, friarelli e provola. Saporito e molto morbido il pane. Va detto che la sala interna (vi sono anche tavoli esterni ma era inverno e faceva freddo) dove abbiamo mangiato è molto semplice, forse troppo; andrebbe curata di più.

16/05/2025: Don't order! Big scam. I ordered from JustEat around 1 a.m. and never received my order. Not a notification, not a message, just a pop-up from Just Eat telling me to "Bon appétit" even though I didn't see a single delivery person. Customer service is obviously unavailable, and there's no refund. 30 euros for nothing!

Unico NEO: l'accoglienza della direttrice che ci ha trattati con apprezzabile fastidio, come se stesse facendo un favore a farci accomodare, nonostante sia stata avvertita telefonicamente del nostro piccolissimo ritardo (dalle 8.45 alle 9) d'altronde eravamo in vacanza in compagnia di persone settantenni e più...alla fine penso che non abbia provato fastidio nel digitare sulla tastiera del pos e incassare un totale di €193,50. A parte lei ...lo consigliamo

The chicken is cooked to perfection, with tender, juicy and flavorful meat, accompanied by crispy, well-browned skin. The fries are excellent, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The staff is friendly and quick with service, making the experience even more pleasant. Ideal for both a quick lunch and a tasty take-away dinner. We always come back willingly.

30/05/2025: The ambiance is reminiscent of holidays in the 1980s. But when I saw the tablecloth in the style of grandma's linens, I knew we were in the right place. The cuisine is simple, but you feel like you're eating at an Italian mother's house. Highly recommended for those who prefer less frills but good food.

14/03/2025: Siamo ritornati dopo qualche anno in questo ristorante e mangiando una fetta di carne piena di grasso e cucinata male contorni da mensa e dolci ridicoli ci hanno presentato un conto sproporzionato smisurato rispetto alle pietanze che ci hanno servito Sottolineando che ti fanno scegliere la carne ma poi non la pesano davanti a te la fetta per cui mangi una fettina da 300 gr e nel conto ti ritrovi che quella stessa fettina era di 600 gr, senza quindi poter contestare. Servizio assente. Veramente è triste molto triste essere presi in giro in questo modo……..
