20/07/2026: It's not what it used to be. The fries weren't fresh, but fried and re-fried, and the beer wasn't the one I ordered. This is already the second time; I thought the first was an isolated incident, but at this point I won't be going back. Too bad.

14/06/2026: Terrible experience. We ordered four items, but only three arrived: a sandwich was missing. The delivery driver completely disappeared, calling countless times without ever answering. The restaurant was even worse: rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful staff, who almost seemed incredulous about the problem instead of helping. Embarrassing service, never again.

16/03/2026: We visited Braceria Pastore, intrigued by the reviews and images on social media, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. When booking, I had indicated that we had a celiac, but once we arrived, we discovered that gluten-free options were virtually nonexistent: no gluten-free bread or breadsticks, and very few truly suitable dishes, often contaminated with sauces. In fact, I was only able to eat a few pieces of cheese and some fries, without even a gluten-free dessert. The staff was friendly, but uninformed about gluten intolerance and unable to offer alternatives. For a dinner of two appetizers, two slices of medium-quality meat, two side dishes, and two glasses of Piedirosso, we paid €180—a decidedly excessive price for the experience. If they had told us right away that they didn't offer gluten-free options, we would have chosen another restaurant. Unfortunately, social media shows very dramatic images, but the reality was quite different.

08/03/2026: Overrated, service lacking, appetizers and sides poor and poorly cooked. Tasteless potatoes, and a selection of cheeses and meats inadequate for the price.

08/06/2026: Spit-roasted heaven. Succulent chicken with just the right amount of crispy skin. Perfectly seasoned. Potatoes soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Truly unbeatable prices for the quality, kindness, and packaging. Mr. Vincenzo may not have won the Sanremo Festival, but he is the King of spit-roasted chicken in Salerno. Try it and believe it. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of trying everything on the menu. Well, you're spoiled for choice.

24/05/2026: The food is excellent, of high quality, and the location is elegant, with great attention to detail and cleanliness, but the service leaves much to be desired.

21/05/2026: Reading negative reviews didn't stop us from celebrating a family event at Royal Beef this time either, because we know... We know that Pino and Lisa are excellent hosts, we know they accommodate us with a menu tailored to our every request, we know the quality of the food is unrivaled, and we know we always impress our guests... And so it was this time too: we celebrated our daughter's birthday with 20 guests; we started with their famous cheese and cured meat platter, eggplant parmigiana meatballs, sausage and broccoli rabe buns, and a sausage and baked potato skewer. All this was just the appetizer, because the undisputed star, as always, was the sliced ​​beef, superbly cooked by the chef. For us, Royal Beef is always a guarantee because it combines the quality of the product, the skill of the chef, and the hospitality of the hosts. Try it and believe it.

16/06/2026: The pizzas were good, except for the salami on one pizza, but the lady was very kind, the service was ok, the atmosphere was normal, and everything was very good.

14/02/2026: I ordered delivery twice and it arrived within two hours. Delicious sandwich, but poor service.

03/01/2026: BUBBLE CHAPTER CLOSED We ordered three sandwiches at 8:00 PM, and the delivery, scheduled for 10:00 PM, arrived more or less on time. One of the three sandwiches arrived with different ingredients than ordered. I calmly called back and pointed out the mistake; they told me they would send the correct one. After 50 minutes (10:50 PM), obviously hungry, the sandwich was eaten. When the delivery driver arrived, he called me and asked me to return the incorrect sandwich. I called the owner back and explained what had happened, but he didn't even have the decency to say, "Keep it for the inconvenience." I'm only sorry for the delivery driver; that said, you've lost a customer. P.S. Not to mention the other time I called at 7:00 PM and then at 10:00 PM to check the status of my order, the order had been lost... two clues make a proof, being a salesperson is an art 😉
